One of the BEST hospital we had been to. We were visiting Hawaii and unfortunately my lil one needed medical help and doctor at Shriner were very committed, listened to us patiently, helped us in every way as we had our flight back in next 3hours. Would recommend to anyone, very well maintained and operate all through 24hours is a blessing for people around. I wish we had a faculty like such in our neighborhood. Thank you for your service.

They are a hospital for children who have orthopedic problems, burn victims, spine injuries, and cleft palettes. Shriners hospitals have 22 institutions, the majority of which are located in the United States. No one is ever denied treatment, regardless of whether or not the patient can pay for it. My cousin suffered scoliosis when she was younger, and as a result, she had surgery in which a rod was implanted in her back. Although my aunt did not have to pay for the procedure at the time, she was quite generous in the gift that she gave to the foundation. She has matured and is now above the age of 18, but when she was younger, she had an accident in which she slid on ice on the mainland and wounded her back. She was informed that she would need to have surgery on it once again, so she went back to the Shriners Hospital to undergo the necessary corrective surgery, during which another rod was implanted in her back. When she came in for her procedure and recovery at Shriners Hospital back in March 2017, she was the only patient there at the time. She had two nurses waiting on her hand and foot, of course they had to have kitchen staff to make her meals, and a security officer to patrol the facility. She also had a kitchen crew to cook her meals. The building itself is really attractive in its own right. They offer a café, a large lobby with a stunning aquarium, and an upstairs play area with toys, DVDs, books, and a video Game Center for children to enjoy. The rooms are large, and the whole location exudes a gleaming, spotless cleanliness from every nook and cranny of view. Regarding the extent to which this organization has assisted my cousin and his family, I just do not have enough positive things to say about it. I will be eternally thankful to the masons who established this foundation and maintain it operational for the benefit of youngsters who have a need for its services.

A wonderful Shriner hospital supporting the entire Pacific region. Friendly and professional staff. They all made me proud to be a Mason and Shriner. Top of the line specialized health care for children at no cost to the families.

I have been a Shriner for almost 30 years.
I was active on the Board of Governors for 9 years.
I am stll amazed by the quality of care given to our patients .Especially impressed with care given to my son James who is a Down person and a patient at Shriners.

1st of all I work there. Shriners hospital is by far the best place in the world to work. Taking care of kids and their orthopedic needs is one of the most rewarding professions I think I could ever chosen to be involved with and then to be blessed to work at shriners has just been 1 of the highlights of my life. All of the staff are just so friendly willing to bend over backwards to help each other to help families and of course to help the patients. The one sad thing is that people don't know that anyone can come to shriners for treatment well anyone under the age of 18 of course as we are a children's hospital.

Well I would like to give a big Thanks to shriners and staff! My son has been going since he was 2 .From Sacramento to Hawaii shriners, they do the best job, they are really helpful, my social worker Helena pontilas is super nice, knows how to do her job, and very caring . My son malachis life was saved because of shriners I am greatful for all the surgeries ,skin grafts and tissue expanders, we come from the islands and appreciate what we do not have , I love shriners because it's all about equality, and the health of the child , getting treatment to improve their lives, so with being said my son is 16 now and I am so thankful for shriners, and all the people who made shriners possible for the children may the Lord bless you all and continue with the great work ,oh and Dr. PELLET IS SO AWESOME . He loves working with children and so passionate about his job, very awesome person. My son appreciates you all.

Been taking my daughter since she was 3 y/o and she is now 14. Great staff great doctors but seems totally different now since new staffs. The front staffs been screwing up on appt. and it's very frustrating to deal with. The back staff are still awesome. Plz, stay that way.

The hospital is ok, but the Shriners make it too hard to donate by check. You have to download and print and fill out a long form instead of just tgiving you an address to send the check, like every other nonprofit. And I do not want to donate by credit card, because then part of the donation goes to Visa or such!

I have been a Proud Member of Antioch Shrine Center for over 41 years. We are over here in Honolulu, Hawaii on vacation and decided we needed to visit one of our Hospitals. Larry Rike & Betty Crusenberry, Bob Brandon & his wife Kathy. Memorial Day 2015 we are going to tour Pearl Harbor. Then in the next couple of days we plan to visit the Shrine Hospital before returning to home in the Dayton, Ohio area.
