Dr Ken Tsubata is Excellent in his diagnosis as well as plan of treatment. He is highly patient focused with a very good rapport and information exchange in each session. I would Highly recommend him for all podiatry and vein care for the legs. I have included photos from the Kapiolani street side to make the entrance easier to find. Walk past the Bank of Hawaii sign to find the lobby entrance. I've also included lobby works of art to help find the elevators up to the 11th floor as well. I really appreciated the sage advice, kind presentation, and awareness of possible supports and aids to help me. #RockFromRI

The entire practice is very well run. I was welcomed by the front desk staff and shown to an exam room in a very timely manner. The doctor took time to listen, examine my injury, and explain to me the treatment. I am confident that I received excellent care from start to finish. I would highly recommend this practice.

I went to the Honolulu office today and was seen on time. Booking the appointment was a very simple process which I liked. The doctor thoroughly explained my condition and what the treatment will be. Overall, a quick process which I liked.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and extremely professional and kind. The receptionist was gruff and a bit cocky with how she treated my 88 year old mom. Mom has difficulty walking and standing. Mom asked if it was okay if she sat down and the receptionist insisted she come and stand at the counter to check her in. Mom struggled to keep her balance and look for insurance cards that the receptionist demanded she produce. The receptionist would benefit from sensitivity training when working with the elderly.

the staff were very friendly and kind! the doctor is very knowledgeable, nice to talk to, and he explains what’s going on in a way that’s easy to understand. everyone genuinely cares about your well being and getting you back to your best self. I normally get nervous about the doctor’s office, but I’m looking forward to my follow up because everyone was so lovely!

Dr. Tsubata is so down to earth !! He makes you feel comfortable and doesn’t scold you or make you feel ignorant !! Iam overweight and over the hill, lol..🌱 My “ torn tendon “ problem in my arch has improved so much .. He placed a cast and had me wear a brace and HOKA SHOES after the cast was removed.. Highly recommend Dr. Tsubata !! He is knowledgeable and also a comedian…ha ha …😊

Today was my first visit to Aloha Foot Centers. The visit was very thorough and the Doctor explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. I left with a treatment plan and feel confident moving forward. An added bonus was that I was actually seen before my scheduled appointment time! I highly recommend Aloha Foot Centers! Super friendly staff (Amy is on it!) and Dr. Tsubata is awesome! Foot surgery for embedded glass went well and healed quickly. Follow-up treatments for nerve issues are going well. Very professional yet friendly (and funny!)...always a great trip to the doctor when it’s at Aloha Foot Centers! Town and Kailua locations...always convenient and flexible. Highly recommend!!! My first visit to Dr. Tsubata's office was great and I recommend this place. Contrary to my gps, the office was located across (not inside) from Ala Moana mall but still accessible from the mall parking lot. The check-in procedure was quick, the patient form I submitted prior to the visit was printed out so I didn't have to go into detail about my problem w/ my toe, and he answered all my questions with expertise and professionalism.

I have been living with a foot pain for over close to 3 years. The first Podiatrist, I saw, gave me some shoe inserts and told me to do some stretches regularly. I waited a year and finally decided to see a second Podiatrist, Dr. Tsubata gave me a more detailed explanation of the several issues that was going on with my foot. After my first visit, some of the pain I had was alleviated by his suggestion to get a pair of good shoes. HOKA ONE shoes are great! Expensive but well worth it. On my follow up visit, with Dr Tsubata, with some of the pain I had gone, he was able to identity and fix the problem that was actually causing the pain in my foot. I no longer need to hold onto things, as I take my first initial steps. I can put weight on my foot and walk with out limping! Thank you Dr. Ken Tsubata and Aloha Foot Centers!

My dad has diabetes and his shins to his feet get all swollen and fat. His feet also get cold a lot. Picked up some great medical grade compression socks here. He complains less and his shins to his feet look much, much better!
