Everything about my experience and surgery with Dr. Raatz was off the chart great! His office staff runs like a well oiled machine. Each one is kind, considerate, friendly and knows how to interact with their patients. I felt well cared for from my first visit and each one thereafter. My questions and concerns were addressed with confidence and in a way I could understand. If I had to have any kind of foot surgery again I would go to Dr. Raatz. I can highly recommend his competence, his kind demeanor and his wonderful open personality. I was very impressed and pleased with my care and the results from my surgery.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ostiguy and the entire staff at East Village Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Everyone was very professional but also warm and friendly. I felt like they cared about me and my treatment. So they get 5 stars for bedside manner! Also, my surgery went very, very well. I'm all healed and have a tiny scar that is not noticeable at all! So 5 stars for service as well! I would recommend Dr. Ostiguy and East Village Foot & Ankle Surgeons to everyone!

The office staff are all great! Dr Ostiguy and Dr Raatz explain the procedures until you understand. I have had surgery with both of them and trust them. I did not get the results I hoped for but they have been very helpful after surgery. You will love them and I am very picky about my Dr. So you will love them too.

I have been a patient of Dr Raatz and East Village for almost 2 years. I've had 2 foot surgeries which have turned out fabulous. I could barely walk and now I can go long distances . The office staff is superb. Consultations before the surgeries were informative and prepared me totally. I saw 3 other surgeons prior to selecting Dr Raatz and i made the right choice!!
