Everytime I go in the ladies up front are so helpful and caring. The drs there are pretty awesome too. They take good care of my asthma issues and really anything else u need they will help!

They take you back quickly and make you wait. Even with x-rays and tests they don’t diagnose you correctly, the prescription they sent came through 3 days later, which was 2 days after I went to the hospital and had emergency surgery - not constipation as they determined. Never received a follow up call from Urgent care. Very friendly but slow. Take yourself to the hospital if you actually have concerns.

This is by far the best urgent care I've ever been to. My wait time was 2 min after getting checked in, the staff was very professional and friendly. The nurses and doctors didnt brush off my concerns or questions.

I've been here for myself, as well as with friends and have never waited more than a few minutes after checking in. and this is on a WALK IN basis! Staff is kind and courteous and doctors not in some crazy rush to see you and push you back out the door!and always willing to listen. Every ER in the area could learn lessons from these people!!

I received some of the best care I've ever experienced at urgent care. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful. The Dr made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They were very thorough and caring. The follow up care they sent me to was also wonderful. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!! Thank you to you all!

I have found some of the best care across many disciplines at Broadlawns. The administrative staff, nurses, and doctors are helpful, professional, and competent. The E University clinic usually gets you taken care of and on your way in about 30 - 45 minutes, which is beyond convenient. The facility is very tastefully appointed and very clean.

First time visiting this clinic and I was extreme impressed. We got called back before we were even done with checking in. In and out in less then an hour. Front desk ladies were extremely welcoming and let the kiddos pick out a stuffed animal which is always a nice gesture!

Never would of thought to go to a broadlawns clinic just because of what I’ve heard, but I was so impressed, these doctors actually care!!! I have been treated amazing. I would choose this over any unity point or mercy.
