I could not have had a more supportive and caring team when I went to the Rose ER for a bloody nose that wouldn’t quit. I was moved into a room immediately and had a lot of quick attention. Everyone from the nurses to the techs were great. A special shout-out to Dr. Summer, who addressed the problem with care, concern and the utmost skill. He encouraged me to come back 2 days letter for a follow up. I felt lucky he was on duty that day too! Everything was explained fully and I felt respected and empathized with through the whole process. I would never hesitate to go to the Rose ER if circumstances necessitated it and I would encouraged anyone to do the same. The care is first rate.

I came into the ER on a Saturday early afternoon with a broken foot and the entire experience was exceptional. I was in and out (checkin, evaluation, X-rays, treatment, discharge) in approximately 90 minutes. Everyone was amazing. Excellent bed side manners. Special thanks to Angela my RN !

I got admitted to the ER a couple months ago when I had a 7 mm kidney stone blocking one of my ureters and I needed emergency surgery. The nurses here were great. The entire night I spent there I had nurses checking on me very frequently, bringing me medicine to help with my pain, bring me heat packs, etc. I am so thankful for the amazing treatment the nurses and doctors provided me with during my stay.

I had an unusual situation the start of Labor Day. I had been bit by an insect that we never identified up in the mountains and after a few days my toe became so painful I was unconsolable. It seemed like it wouldn't stop swelling and like a rubber band was squeezing it off. We had taken our elderly neighbor to Rose ER over the 4th of July for a fall/injury and we were so impressed with the staff. My husband said that we needed to go to go back to Rose for my situation so we did. I am so grateful I did! I was met with the best possible care, I did not have to wait long Which was important because the pain was a 9 and they took care of me urgently. The doctor Craig Summer was so attentive, concerned and showed genuine bedside manner. I have not been this impressed with a medical staff in a long time. I have had to take my mom in to several procedures at other local locations and we have not been met with the same experience. The nurse was the same nurse that our neighbor had and she was also kind and very attune to my needs. I hope I will NEVER have to use an ER again but if I do Rose outshines the others I have had the unfortunate experience of visiting with family and accidents.

I live less than a mile from Rose and have used their emergency room on several occasions through the years. They are always professional, caring, accurate, and as fast as you could expect (I had an arm injury once and was bumped for someone in cardiac arrest, that seemed reasonable). I remember one time when I had a nasty splinter under a fingernail, the doctor went to surgery to get exactly the right size scalpel blade because emergency did not have one that had been autoclaved. He could easily have used the next size, but insisted on obtaining the best one for my injury. That's the kind of care I've come to expect at Rose.

My experience here was the best ER experience I have ever had. The entire staff was so kind and caring…I have never had an ER provider be so kind like this. They really helped me and linked me up with a great referral to continue getting help from a specialist.

Not a place I choose to go but, under the circumstances it was a very comfortable experience, The doctors and staff were very professional and caring. Even one of the nurses brought a little levity to the situation. So overall, very good care.

Fast efficient service. Everyone is polite from Security Check-in to medical caters. Rose Hospital was a determining factor for us moving to this area. In 22yrs I have never regretted that decision.

Tiresome Stuff

I have always had good care at Rose. Recently called fire dept lift assist. They pulled me up and injured back severely because they ignored how I said to lift me. Pulled me up o stead od bracing my feet and pushing me from back, not pulling. I am not interested in any PT rehab wxcept from home and will not go anywhere but home. Have DNR and MOST FORM posted and on file with my physician. So if I go there, those are my rules. St. Joseph's Denver created false records and won't let record be corrected. I am not interested in changing doctor. So now what?

My visit to the Rose Medical Center ER was very stream-lined and professional but also friendly and efficient. All of the doctors and nurses and other techs worked together to get me taken care of and all of them came to my cubicle, even the portable x-ray machine. The doctor prescribed 3 medicines for me and I am getting better still. I was out in about an hour, whereas at home in WA state an ER visit is 5 to 6 hours!! Kudos to the whole team!!

It is not often that you can say that a trip to any Emergency Room is a great time, but this time it was! From Mason the Paramedic to the Nurse (wish I could remember her name) to Dr. Ziller I felt safe, cared for and was very well treated. While I hope no one needs an ER, I highly recommend the Rose Hospital ER.

I had a seizure apparently and was completely useless, the doctors and nurses were kind and patient, made sure I was ready to leave and had enough time to re-orient my self, rehydrated me and provided some safe medications.

Super smooth visit. They took my pregnancy seriously and moved very quickly. They treat you first, then the office aid comes into your room to check you in, so you’re not waiting in the lobby. Every single person we encountered was great- even the security guard

Doctor and Nurse were top of the line and Rose Medical Emergency Room will always be my number one choice. I can't thank the staff enough for the caring and professionalism they all showed.

If you have to go to an emergency room for anything, this is a good one! It always takes a while due to the nature of the beast but we got great service and ended up with what we needed to know. I was pleased with all the medical staff we saw and the service I got.

I am in Denver for regenerative injections into my somewhat mangled spine by a specialist in Broomfield. I have a lot medically going on, MCAS, SFN, Facet joint Syndrome, to name a few, and I had a really bad flare about 3 days after arriving in Denver. This flare went hand in hand with a couple IGG positive tests for GB. This scared me and my Dr enough, considering my symptoms, that she encouraged me to go to the ER. After a quick google search I knew I wanted to go to Rose Medical. Rose Medical was a positive ER experience. That’s saying something! Despite having chronic pain conditions (usually you get treated like a hypochondriac in ER’s) I was treated like an actual human being, who was actually in distress and pain. They helped me stabilize my blood pressure and heartrate and they ran every possible test. I left feeling secure that what I was experiencing was a flare and not a new infection. This is a very different experience than most chronic pain patients face when challanged with an ER trip. So, thank you, nurse Jo, and Dr A.B. Ziller. I greatly appreciate your compassion and kindness, and it gives me renewed hope for our medical system to find compassion and hope in an ER for a chronic pain patient. I woke the next day with the flare gone. Seems like fluids and dehydration might be playing a serious role in my cyclical flares. Thank you Rose Medical, I think you helped us figure out a big piece of my puzzle!

Rose medical was a Godsend !!!! .... especially Mary !!!....she was totally fantastic !!! ....the only negative issue was the first nurse/technician/ ( name unknown ) that was from urology to install a dialating catheter- however, as things turned out Mary was my advocate and all ended well-- ....please, she rightly deserves ' nurse of the year ' !!!!!!!! thank you ! -r

Professional, caring, and efficient. I had a double, unstable fracture of my wrist. They got me in right away, took first class care of me and even arranged a followup visit with a surgeon for the following day. They were the best! Thank you! Thank you!

Went in after slipping on ice and injuring my foot. It was absolutely the smoothest emergency room visit I’ve ever had!! All the healthcare professionals in this ER we’re amazing. Although, it was very apparent they had a lot going on and we’re very busy, I felt like the only patient with the care and attention they gave me.

I've been to other ERs before, but never had care as nice as this. Physician Assistant Denise Flaspohler and Dr. Rachel Bozeman were both outstanding and listened to me very well, and also explained/answered questions well.

Came in with issues with COVID, and I have to say, this was one of the best ER experiences I have ever encountered. When I came in, it was all hands on deck and immediately got help. I ended up having to stay for a while, and all of the Nurses and Doctors were amazing. Most notably, Daniel was the most comforting nurse by far. Great attitude and wanted to make you as comfortable as possible. I want to thank everyone for all of their help while I was there. Also, the food was pretty amazing, so hats off to everyone in the cafeteria as well. Thanks for bringing my health back. I would recommend this hospital to anyone in need in the area.

I was seen at Rose ER on a Wednesday morning CERTAIN that I was having a heart attack. At registration for no more than 60 seconds, I was slapped in a wheelchair and taken to an exam room where no fewer than 6 staff members went to work; inserting IV line, EKG monitors, vitals, drawing blood, etc. Fortunately I did not have a heart attack but was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation and given medication along with follow up care instructions. The nurses and staff were AMAZING, especially Nurses Erin and Simone, who were the epitome of of kindness, caring and professionalism. They explained every step of what was happening and checked on me constantly. Simone was my primary nurse and went out of her way to make me comfortable and was friendly and compassionate to not only me but also my husband and son. Dr Don Lefkowits was professional yet warm and very down to earth. He explained my condition clearly and it was very easy to communicate with him. The next day I received a phone call from the discharge coordinator to make sure I had scheduled a follow up appointment (I had) and the day after that a call from Julie, a cardiac nurse navigator to answer any questions and to expedite my follow up appointment with a cardiologist. That's two phone calls to check on me in 48 hours! The entire staff made me feel safe and the level of care I received was outstanding. BTW, I work in the medical field so I tend to have high expectations but the staff at Rose ER surpassed them all. My first child was born at Rose hospital and I had another child as an inpatient when he was barely 8 weeks old and both times I was equally impressed with their facilities and especially their staff. The nurses at Rose are second to none!

Went there late at night for chest pains, and they saw me right away. I've had so many issues in the past with doctors and nurses not explaining what was happening, but as soon as I told them it would calm me down if they explained what they were doing, they were so informative and kind. They made a very stressful experience as positive as possible.

Once again , our experience with the hospital, staff doctors nurses was again outstanding. They surely go out of there way to make your stay memorable, A very attentive staff and caring. I would recommend this hospital to my family and closest friends. Often you go to these other hospitals and count on them to care for you and family and get no response no one going out there way to even acknowledge you. So once again I recommend this outstanding hospital.

Security treats you like a second class citizen. ER dr didn't seem to want to be bothered, when asked what I needed to do, was non-chalant. Plus side, no wait
