Before seeing Dr Bertolo at his private practice, I was one of the uninsured, diabetic patients he treated at CNHC. Dr Bertolo is compassionate, caring, and provides excellent care. If I did not live in Columbus, I would drive 100 miles to see Dr Bertolo for my diabetic foot exams, or any foot or ankle problem I may have.

Good vibes! If you need a podiatrist - look no further. All check in done electronically, super communicative and friendly. Front house staff perfect in every way, which is not surprising, due to the authentic, warm, welcoming, knowledgeable treatment given by Dr. Bertolo himself. My heart & feet are happy knowing I have a doctor who I can talk to, trust and rely on. Thank you so much for being wonderful!

Gorgeous. Perfectly decorated. And that was my first impression. Not of Steve, but of this very unique office. Steve and his amazing tattoos greeted me and after a brief chat about his tattoo artist, he took me back to see Dr Scot F Bertolo, DPM. Dr. Bertolo was thorough, professional and explained everything as he went along (plus on my second visit, which happened to be yesterday morning, I was greeted by a unique mix of Amy Winehouse. Could this place get ANY more perfect? But seriously, my feet have never felt better. Thank you.

I would like to applaud the convenience of this office with easy and ample parking. The waiting room is large and very comfortable. Office Manager is very welcoming and efficient. I have been a patient in this office over several years. I highly recommend Dr. Bertolo. His professional services, knowledge, and communication skills are greatly appreciated. I had my first ever ingrown toenail and searched podiatry in Columbus. I'm so happy that I found Urban Podiatry. They made scheduling super easy and sent lots of reminders. The staff is super friendly and Dr Bertolo was gentle and told me everything that he was going to do before trimming my toenail down. I'll go back with any foot related issues I have in the future for sure!

I must write this very positive review of my recent visit to Urban Podiatry, and to the excellent care I received from both Dr. Scot Bertolo and Steve, his Nurse Assistant. An amazing couple of guys who truly care about the concerns and afflictions of their patients. From the first moment I walked in the the office I felt absolutely that I had made the right decision to come here, especially after having a poor experience with a previous appointment with another Podiatrist in the area. These two gentlemen make one feel right at home with their congenial and informal personalities; yet without sacrificing the absolute confidence I had as I went through my exam with Dr. Bertolo. Both are professional in all ways, but have done so without taking on the air of stiff professionalism. I as very pleased with this office and the treatment I received there and am now looking forward to an ongoing Doctor/Patient relationship that will give me all the excellent care I will need in the future since I was recently diagnosed with Diabetes Type 2.
