I have been going to Dynamic Flow Acupuncture for nearly a year for the treatment of a few physical conditions, one a vision condition and others with joint pain and headaches. I have noticed considerable improvement to these areas since being treated by Sarah Roell. She and her staff are very professional, as well as knowledgeable and personable. She spent time discussing my concerns, especially with my eyes. Sarah is thorough and compassionate with her acupuncture procedures. I have been to many other practitioners, but Sarah and the Dynamic Flow team exceed other practices in patient understanding, skill, and service. I have recommend them to others who may have need of acupuncture care.

TMJ, panic attacks, numbness in my limbs, migraines, etc. Once I started acupuncture all these things went away after a couple visits. I go back once a week to maintain feeing good. I have struggled with debilitating stomach problems for years, and within a 4 sessions of going have already found relief from a terrible flair up. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful! They even have some amazing herbs that make a difference between sessions. I am so grateful to have found this place and love that it’s on the South side! I completed a set of 20 treatments at this shop over the course of a month. When I started, my hip (arthritis) was so bad it was uncomfortable for me to walk to the other end of the grocery store. My doctor had said it was not yet time for hip replacement. The doctor recommended physical therapy, which I took during the time of the acupuncture treatments. After the first two sessions with Sarah my pain was noticeably reduced. At the end of the course of treatment, when I went on vacation to the mountains, I was able to complete a 3 mile hike without pain. It’s now almost 2 months since my last treatment, and there has been no recurrence of the pain. Aside from Sarah’s medical competence, both she and Alicia are caring, thoughtful people with good spirits and an exuberant outlook on life. I recommend them without qualification.

I can't say enough about this place! They helped put me back together after a car accident. I was having headaches and back pain every day, but my Dr only wanted to give me pain meds. I came to Dynamic Flow and the headache dropped significantly during my first treatment and by week 2 my back pain was at least 75% better. The headaches completely stopped after 3 weeks. I suffer from endometriosis and super painful periods. I started acupuncture in September of 2020 and have seen huge improvements in my cycle. It is shorter by 3 days and the pain levels are manageable and very mild! I am hoping to continue my treatments this year, it has changed the quality of life for me. I am able to run on those days, spend time chasing after my toddler, not feel miserable and can now spend more quality time with my family!
