The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. I didn't have to wait long in the lobby. I was called back by a nurse who asked health questions and took my vitals. She was very nice too. After that, I was off to the exam room. I waited about 20 minutes for the doctor. Dr. King came in and he was less than friendly. He was in the room for maybe 5 minutes and spoke to me like I was dumb. Horrible bedside manner. After that, I never saw him again. Another friendly nurse came in with discharge paperwork and prescriptions. I had positive interactions with everyone there except Dr. King. I would go back but request not to see him. The facility itself is very nice and clean.

This facility is just superb. I've been into urgent care several times and just had my gall bladder removed by Dr. Hughes and everyone was just top notch professional. From front staff, the ultrasound tech, nurses, the anesthesiologist and the doctor were just amazing. Very sympathetic, thorough, and outstanding. Urgent Care can do better Overall staff was great, seating was fine, but it appears there's inadequate staff for demand. I waited 3 hours and 45 minutes and still no doctor. I had to leave. If you need to go here expect a long wait. Probably better off seeing Dr online if nothing serious.

Mind Yours

Excellent care which is rare these days in the American healthcare system. The staff was attentive; outside of the girl at check-in, she was somewhat unfriendly—but the medical care staff was excellent from the nurses to the doctors, and they are quick and efficient. It’s also very clean on the inside. Thank you so much!

I've had the privilege to visit this urgent care facility on two different occasions. Both experiences were top notch in what I expect from a medical facility. The reception staff Angela and Shimeka were both kind and professional. I made sure to thank them with the same energy I would as if I had a complaint. The all so awesome Teonica and her staff Joni and Heidi were all exceptional in their care. I am so very grateful 🙏🏽!!

My Nurse Practitioner and staff were very friendly I called to try to get in touch with the NP about my prescription and was told I would be contacted in 24 hrs but haven’t. The next day I called and the lady over the phone was very rude and not helpful at all. Like y’all just opened , you work in a place where ppl are really needing your help but if you’re not an ppl person you shouldn’t work in that field.

Was here last night for an issue with my daughter. We thought that she may have had a broken wrist. Everyone from the administration staff to the nurses were absolutely fabulous. This is the fifth time my family has been here and we have never received less than a five-star experience. I would recommend this place, especially if you're looking for an urgent care versus an emergency room because this is exactly the type of place that will get you in and out as fast as possible. We were in and out in less than 2 hours and that includes an x-ray for my daughter. My daughter is only two and the staff was really understanding when she was fidgety and wiggly. Absolutely love this place. Would recommend to a friend.

Absolutely love their urgent care. Everyone is super nice and they truly work to get you back and out as fast as they can. Super clean and I love that they give you a big room with a tv which is nice for when we’ve had to bring our young children when they needed to be seen. We’ve been here at least a handful of times now between us parents and our kids and we’ve always been pleased.

Found myself having to go and be seen today due to suffering from migraine symptoms for over 24 hours. ALL staff were nice, caring, and determined to have me seen and feeling better by the time I left. From the lovely front desk ladies, to the nurse that hooked up my IV, the doctor, and the nurse that released me. You ALL did an exceptional job, and I thank you. Best I could have asked for, as a last minute urgent care visit.

I’m at the Lexington Urgent Care Northeast facilities. I was the 4th patient in. I was process and escorted back to the examining area. I remained in this area approximately 45 minutes until I stepped out and asked “You guys haven’t forgotten me have you”. The nurse respond that an urgent patient came in and that’s why we are waiting. It’s now 10:15 am and I approach them again, same response. An urgent patient with chest pain. I certainly understand that rationale, however just checking in on me and explaining the situation would be nice.

I had a port for chemo installed by Dr. Barwick yesterday. While no-one wants to be in that position, the fact that every single person I encountered was kind and professional made all the difference in the world. I want to thank Iris, Jane, Jessica, Dr. Froelich, CRNA Melinda Gibson, Kevin, and Dr. Barwick for making the experience as positive and comforting as possible. They were all responsive and demonstrated tremendous expertise and care. GRATEFUL!

Very fast, front desk was very nice and welcoming, intake was also very nice, got a room and my charge nurse Jason was very nice, I read reviews before I came in about Dr. Dingle and so when I saw his name on my board I got a little nervous but he came in and asked me questions asked me what I have taken in the past for what I was in for and also made sure he knew my allergies and found a medicine I could take since I breastfeed. I was very pleased with his services today.

Clean, all staff were very nice, attentive. I loved all the female nurses I came in contact with! Warm blankets were offered ! Came, was seen, & left in a very timely manner!

First time here tonight with a family member. Everybody here has been extremely pleasant and compassionate about our reason for coming and the needs related. I was able to stay with them too as a support person. The location is great as we stay in the NE and it’s close by as opposed to driving all the way to the ER at LMC. Again, the employees here tonight are wonderful!!!

Everyone was very kind and helpful. We went straight to the back once we signed in. The wait was a little long once in the room, but there was only one doctor working, so I didn’t mind. Doctor was very thorough and rooms were immaculately clean.

My visit today was awesome! From the pleasant greeting from Ms. Whitney at the front desk to the techs Ms. Jess & Ms. Lisa. Everyone was so nice & explained everything in detail about each step of the procedure. I would definitely recommend LMC radiology on Longtown to anyone that has an imaging need.

I haven’t even left and i had to give a review! The staff is extremely friendly. The facility is quiet and clean. In all it took less than 3 hours from the time i walked in until the time i walked out. The doctor was extremely friendly and had great bedside manners. I’m not a huge fan of LMC, but the staff at this location are amazing.

This was my first time here since the opened, from the front desk, triage nurse, Dr. Gibbons and Charge nurse Jason were amazing! Great experience as usual. Was in and out in an hour. Friendly staff. They used to give Iv fluids and blanket but they didn’t do that today. Maybe they stopped doing that. But would come again!
