Reviews of Free Medical Clinic
Wonderful experience. There was an hour wait to be seen by the physician, but I was able to leave and come back at the appointment time. I was taken back quickly, and all of the staff were friendly and professional. The physician even told me to come back in a few weeks and she would refill my prescriptions which were all available free through the clinic's pharmacy. It also felt like a very LGBTQ+ friendly environment, which put me as ease. 10/10 would recommend.
The staff is great and caring. You're treated with respect and they actually listen to you. Yes, there was a wait but that should be expected. I knew that going in. They do a great service to Columbia and the surrounding community's.
I was nervous to go, not knowing how they worked, if the employees were gonna be rude or unhelpful. I was very relieved that I was worried about nothing. EVERYONE I came in contact with, from the front desk, to nurse, to doc to pharmacy tech. They were all so kind. They were all so helpful and answered everything question I had. They all made me feel so at ease. Very very kind. I’m glad I went and got the help I needed.
This place is truly a blessing if you are uninsured. Treated me respectfully & professionally despite not having insurance. I really am thankful for the free medical clinic & the employees doing what they do. I was unsure what to expect but I felt this was a friendlier & more caring environment than some doctors offices I paid to go to in the past. Bless y'all!
This was my first visit here and I am so happy I came. Everyone here was very helpful, right from the time I walked in the door!...I highly recommend this clinic if you don't have insurance. they will lead you in the right direction for applying.
I had gone to multiple hospitals for my crhons disease with little help due to insurance. These people have done everything in their power to give me care and are so kind while doing it.
it's a blessing to have free care if you can't afford it. Expect a long wait. The staff is nice. Different doctors as they volunteer their time. Nice that they have pharmacy on site.
