I went to Instride Carolina Podiatry because my both of my big toes were were hurting me and because I can't find any shoes that fit my feet without hurting them after about a week. Dr. Percival's Assistant was awesome in the beginning. She asked all the right questions, took x-rays before he came in. When Dr. Percival's came in, he looked at my feet, asked me why I was there and I told him. He looks at my big toenails are ingrown on both feet. So, he fixes the left one and as of 8:34pm the day after, I am having very little pain. Actually the pain that I feel is in my other toes, not my big toe. We cleaned it earlier and put medicine on iit, and I figured I would have lots of pain from that but there has been very little pain. THANKS DR. PERCIVAL FOR AN AWESOME JOB WITH LITTLE TO NO PAIN.

I went to Carolina Podiatry Group in Rock Hill, SC to see Dr. Harris for a 2nd opinion on an issue I was having with my foot. Dr. Harris and staff continue to be professional, yet personable. They are thorough and truly care about solving the root cause of the issue instead of “band aid” fixes. During a biopsy procedure on my foot, the level of care I received was far beyond that received at other podiatry offices. Not only did Dr. Harris take time to explain the procedure, but also made extra sure I was numb enough before he began. I did not feel anything during the procedure. Afterwards, Dr. Harris took time to clean the area well and explain in detail how to care for it after, as well as what I should expect before my next visit. Highly recommended!

I have been seeing Dr. Robert weekly since June 2021 mainly at Lancaster office for a diabetic wound in bottom of foot. We have gone through many different kinds of treatments to save foot. I also suffer from Charcots foot, which he has tried to keep it under control during process. He goes above and beyond normal service, excellent bedside manners, talks to you in a way that you understand, and patiently answers questions. He has wonderful help with Victoria, who is a sweetheart. Front office staff are warm and welcoming upon entering.

Dr Jackson is amazing. Instead of rushing to surgery she recognized the symptoms of Reynards disease and referred me to a rheumatologist. Now that I'm being treated for Reynards the foot pain has subsided. The staff is very helpful and does a great job accommodating my needs

I want to express my gratitude to Dr. William Harris for his insightful and caring process he has used in treating my condition. I moved to the Lancaster area about a year ago, immediately after having surgery in Wilmington, NC for a crushed heel bone (calcaneus). I fell off of a ladder at my former residence and surgery was performed with the aid of a plate and fourteen (14) screws. After months of physical therapy and healing, diagnostic tests indicated most of my heel had mended. However, there was this critical non-union of two (2) of the largest parts of the heel that had not joined. Additional surgery, requiring a re-opening of the area along with more months of rehabilitation looked more imminent. Dr. Harris suggested a less-radical procedure using a bone growth stimulator where treatment could be rendered daily in my home. X-rays were taken at approximate 8-week intervals to see if the stimulator was working and IT DID! The non-union is slowly but surely closing, saving costly conditions, in both time and dollars. Since my calcaneus re-work, Dr. Harris has also attended to a critical situation with the great toe on the same foot. He was concerned with infection getting-into the bone of the toe and took precautions to ensure a positive outcome. Ultimately the nail needed to be removed, but it was performed with the greatest of care and professionalism. My wife recently required help with an ingrown toenail that ultimately required surgery. This also has a positive outcome under Dr. Harris’ treatment and care. Dr. Harris has the contemporary knowledge and skill set to tackle issues with precision and has a great bedside manner to boot! I would recommend him for any type of foot care.
