Grandma Kids

Total Care physicians are a staple to the Bridgeport community and beyond. The Doctors Ciaccia and Frazier are caring knowledgeable and supportive it can’t get any better!!!! Also Alesha does an outstanding job with her patients always. I’m so happy I found this team they are great at what they do. I’m not a Bridgeport resident I live in Arlington heights however I’d drive anywhere to see them ☺️ definitely 5 ⭐️ stars

It has been an incredible blessing to have Dr Frazier and Dr Ciacci as our doctors for our almost 3 yrs old daughter and myself; even for my dear wife with regards to resourceful and communicative speaking. My wife, our daughter and I are more than proud and we owe a lot to these outstanding doctors for taking care of our Izzy in congruence since we first came in for her check ups as a newborn in 2019! Since day one they have not only shared such remarkable knowledge and sweetness, they have touched our hearts. They work hard along with miss Alicia at the front desk who is also amazing! She’s super awesome too! They are all godsent! Honestly, They have literally saved my life a few times due to Covid and such. I cannot stress enough how important such doctors but enormously kind human beings firstly they are, full of compassion and understanding, wit and humor!! It’s been a year since we’ve moved from our Bridgeport neighborhood. On opposite sides of town up north now. Yet we are bounded and will forever as long as can be keep care with the best doctors one could ever ask for! Dr Frazier & Dr Ciacci! No matter the distance. With deepest appreciation and gratitude, Thank you! Go to them! You will not be disappointed! They are like family to us. They will certainly brighten and ease your day! My son has been seeing Dr. Frazier for over 8 years, he is always super nice and caring. I don't even know how he remembers so many of his patients' personal details and interests. I felt like I needed to write a review because I saw some people negative's impression of the front desk, I forgot her name right now but she is always friendly and helpful. It has been a crazy year for them as a small clinic, I think we need to give them a little compassion for what they have been dealing with during the pandemic. Everyone in that office have always been accommodating, nice, and professional in all the years that we have been going.

I’ve been taking my son to Dr. Frazier since my son was born. He really is the best! The total care physicians staff is super friendly and make you feel so comfortable! We love Dr. Frazier, he really seems to care about his patients which is rare to find in a doctor nowadays! We would never even consider going elsewhere!

I love visiting Dr. Ciaccia. She is so personable and sincerely cares about your health. I never feel rushed and I always leave feeling informed and reassured. She makes herself available to your needs by phone or the portal. She follows up on your referrals. No long wait times for your appointment. Nurse Alicia is also very friendly and considerate. They work as a seamless team and it makes for a calm and inviting environment. I highly recommend this doctor’s office.

I recommend Total Care Physicians to anyone I can! Every time I’m there I feel heard and taken care of. Both Dr. Ciaccia and Dr. Frazier take time with their patients and explain things in an easy to understand way. The nurses are also welcoming, thoughtful, and always make me laugh. I also identify as queer and it has been nice that they don’t assume sexuality and use thoughtful language. I feel grateful to have such great care in Chicago!

From the first time I walked into the doctor’s office I was greeted with the beautiful smiles of their staff members. They were all very polite and very helpful. Dr. Frazier and Dr. Ciaccia took time to listen to my health needs as well as took the time to answer the questions I had. This is the best experience I have had in a doctor's office. I felt like a person and not like someone sick. I wouldn’t change them for nothing they are so fantastic and so heartwarming that they make me feel like family.

It was and is always a pleasure to find comfort verses nervousness from inside a doctors’ office, especially when it’ it has a warm and pleasant atmosphere along with personable & caring doctors and staff. When I leave there I always feel as though I’ve been somewhere special; and when necessary, I look forward to my next appointment. Their office hours are conducive to practically anyone’s schedule, including Saturday hours. Another area of service is: return calls from the doctor(s) themselves if needed and/or within 24 hours. Total Care is a complete package and has Exceptional service all around...because they care!

I was with Total Care Physicians for a short time. I felt no stress after my abrupt move from my last doctor. This office did a excellent job with my continuity of care. Both Dr. Ciaccia and Dr. Mathew Frazier are strong advocates for their patients. Dr Ciaccia talked to me about weight loss and was not insulting. I liked that she just met me and cared about my health. This is an indication that your in the presence of a good doctor. Their staff, Alicia and Kim are very professional and treated me well. I wish you guys the best and thank you for doing an excellent job with my medical care.

First time i have met Dr Frazier. He and his associate were most professional and friendly..Willingly answered my questions and asked me the important questions related to my general health and the medical issue. The minor procedure, he did was done smoothly and with minimal stress. i would willing recommend him to any potential patients.

This is where I've been going for several years for check ups and anything else. Never had a problem with any staff here. Parking has always been an issue in this area especially if there's a Sox game. Good doctors here.

This place is the best!! I won't go anywhere else. I live on the far north side and I will gladly sit in traffic or take a longer train ride to get there. The entire staff is amazing and friendly, and Dr. Ciaccia is SO patient and understanding and clearly cares about her patients. Never once have I felt rushed or judged. I love it here.

We have been coming to Total Care Physicians since our twins were born in November 2016. Any time we have an urgent need to bring one of the twins in to see them, they always manage to find us an appointment that day or the next day. They have evening and weekend hours that make it more convenient to bring our children in for regular check ups and vaccines without missing work, and the doctors are caring, friendly, and really get to know the whole family. It's a small practice, but I highly recommend it to anyone living on the south side.

He followed up with us a few days after to make sure everything was good. That alone means a lot to me and my family. Kim who runs the front does a great job and is always super courteous. (tl;dr: truly an outstanding practice staffed by exceptionally intelligent and empathetic people) As a person with a chronic health condition, I feel I have a rather specific perspective on the medical profession. Often getting physicians to hear you out or care about your concerns can feel like a chore; prior to my diagnosis I had many medical professionals disregard symptoms and even fail to make eye contact with me as I was explaining critical health issues. With all that said, I have never had any of these issues here. The professionals at this practice have continued to impress me throughout my time with them in a diversity of ways, from their professionalism and visible concern to their absolute commitment to patient care. I trust Dr Frazier and Dr Ciaccia implicitly and have unreservedly recommended their practice to my wife and several friends. The level of care is excellent and they are exceedingly understanding about the difficulties of insurance and scheduling.

Dr. Frazier is our family doctor. He answers all of your questions and makes sure you understand. Going thru a little medical issue and was nervous and very upset about taking a certain prescription. This is being prescribed by a specialist. Dr. Frazier actually calmed my fears down. The specialist did explain everything, but Dr. Frazier explained it in a different way and I feel so much better. He listens and don't judge you.
