I initially was going to tackle the IL medical cannabis application process alone but I am SO glad I didn’t and I worked with Tiffany at Soul and Wellness Chicago. As a current medical cannabis patient, I wanted to ensure my application would be approved. That process can be overwhelming as it’s been a few years since applying - Tiffany took all of those anxieties away. The entire process was extremely easy and I even walked out with some new topicals to try. Thank you Tiffany and team, can’t wait to visit for a future event!

My experience at Soul and Wellness was wonderful. It was a very calming, peaceful and comfortable, welcoming environment. Tiffany is very kind, educational, soft spoken, assuring, and helpful. She answered any questions I had and made it very fast and simple to obtain my medical card. Other doctor's in the past have given me a hard time. The man inside also was extremely kind and welcoming and so was the woman at the front desk. Very down to earth individuals, sweet and understanding! If you don't go to soul and wellness, I don't know what you're waiting for! Hands down 10/10.

Just got my medical marijuana card at Soul and Wellness in Pilsen and it was the EASIEST process I’ve ever been through in my life. If you’re looking for a place ~ this is it! They also offer cultivation classes and a variety of holistic health services *and* have medicated products on site. Tiffany is such a kind and overall awesome person. I can’t imagine having a better or easier experience than we did. The employees in the lobby area were so kind and the man even pulled a bench up to accommodate my family and then a chair when he saw it might be cramped! It was surprisingly quick and Tiffany was just as helpful as the rest of the reviews say. I had my temp card in my email by the morning and was able to purchase medical that day. 10/10 thank you guys!

However, when I walked in, the person at the front was so sweet and funny... it automatically made me feel more comfortable. Okay I will Begin by saying my review is very very very very very very very late 😂 😂 😂. I mean technically I should have written this after my first visit to Soul and Wellness!! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ My first time experiencing Soul and Wellness was attending one of the various events they host. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner at a NORML event.She was so passionate and energetic when she spoke about her own discoveries about the benefits of cannabis and holistic medicine. At the event there were two different topics of discussion/education. There was yummy delicious food, raffles, and giveaways. There was even a dab bar where you could try CBD concentrates. I purchased some delicious terpene packed CBD crystals, and one of the CBD rubs/cream. My favorite classes so far .... The Cannabis Butter Making & The Vape and Paint, a friend was able to get her Illinois medical marijuana certification card. She went on to take the class on growing your own cannabis 😂 😂 😂 I would say she learned a lot based on the pictures I've seen honestly they have a hub of activities/ resources. If you got a question about what kind of CBD or alternative cannabis options. Someone very possibly Tiffany herself will be assisting you to find just the right combo. After you have your first encounter with any of the staff you will understand why I felt so guilty for taking so long to write my review. Every Soul(employee)I have encountered at soul and wellness has been lovely. Not only are you embraced and made to feel like a new family member. They are all very educated about cannabis as well as the community links in Illinois. Since that first visit I've purchased various vegan CBD soaps, assorted CBD infused bath salts, lots of CBD edible infused goodies and they're awesome at making a gift baskets for friends who appreciate Holistic goodies. If you're reading this then you should already be on your way or at least calling them. they do curbside pick-up now which is super convenient when you forget a friend's birthday 😂

Tiffany at Soul and Wellness did a great job with helping me obtain my medical marijuana card. I hate dealing with paperwork and government bureaucracy and she helped me cut right through all of the red tape. Pros: 1. She took care of all of my filing. 2. She helped me find a sympathetic doctor to prescribe (I didn't want to risk my relationship with my regular doctor by asking for it through her since medical marijuana is still controversial). 3. She provides on site photography for your card. 4. A few times a month she has on-site finger printing you can come in for. If you can't make it she can again provide easy referrals. 5. She is incredibly responsive over the phone. I never had to wait even 20 minutes to be called back. Cons: ...Nothing really. Be sure to bring her phone number with you when arrive at her offices. I needed to call her to get the right door. There's obviously no marijuana on premises, but they still keep signage to a minimum for security reasons. A note on parking: Parking is really easy, but it doesn't look like it at first. Right in front of the office is usually full, but if you go just one small block South to West 21st Street there's always a ton of easy street parking.

Soul and Wellness is the best place to get your medical marijuana card. In addition, the soap making class was a lot of fun. Tiffany and staff are beyond knowledgable about the laws and products she has on site. The one on one assistance is everything. Having a doctor on site is awesome. I 1st met Mrs. Pushley & Mrs. Reynolds when they were Good Intentions. They found me a doctor & handled all the paperwork. Considering how difficult it was before i met them to even get doctors to talk to me about cannabis, it was a breeze. They made everything go so smoothly. I couldnt be more thankful. I have cerebral dysfunction in my frontotemporal lobes. I have epilepsy, major anxiety, major depression, insomnia... Spinal stenosis, scoliosis, sciatica, 2 torn discs, Osgood schlatters disease, arthritis & carpal tunnel. Everything has decreased or somehow gotten better. The pain is a lot more manageable without pain pills and my seizures have decreased from several in a week down to about 2 or 3 a year. I couldn't be happier. These ladies are also so professional, you can tell they really care about they're profession and the theyre patients as well.
