Very friendly people and it's a great service to be able to get your vaccine whenever you find it convenient. As other reviews state, though, the waiting area is not set up for their demand. They need to get appointment scheduling under control so people can just wait in their cars or go run errands elsewhere until their turn comes up.

Awesome, friendly people. I made an appointment on their website and filled out all the forms so I just had to sign in and wait 10 minutes for my shot. Plenty of people were getting walk ins easily though. Don’t register with Zocdoc. They have no way to access all the info you fill out and you have to do it again when you get there (saw it happen to 3 different families). Register on their site!

I called beforehand to see if there was a wait before my scheduled booster shot and there wasn't. I came and got my shot within 5-10minute. Super quick and friendly people! Would recommend if you're trying to get the vaccine.

I was at the Instavaxx on Halsted today for my booster shoot and there was no wait at all. Derek and Niyah were both very corteous, pleasant and professional. I did not have an appointment and was just dropping by to schedule one, but since there was no wait, I ended up getting my booster. The process was very quick and easy.

A god send! Booked an appointment for a COVID booster via ZocDoc, which I ended up having to reschedule last minute and still ended up getting an appointment that same day. Came in, and while there were issues locating my record, I was still able to get in, get my shot and get out within 20-25 mins. Considering that everywhere else is booked up for weeks and the recent spikes in cases, I was ecstatic for the service provided.

Walked in for a booster shot without an appointment on Friday afternoon, easy sign-in and short wait time. In and out in less than half an hour. Had all boosters available. Friendly and helpful staff.

One of the few places that you can go as walk-in to get COVID VACCINE. It makes everything convenient because 99% of the time, even if I have an scheduled appointment, I ended up waiting. This place though was fast. Even there's a lot of people came that time to get vaccinated, I only had to wait 7-10 minutes. Also, the only healthcare facility where everyone is nice and smiling and engaging from the time I walked in until I left. Big shoutout to my nurse, she's so very helpful and help me decide what booster vaccine I should take and able to change last minute. Definitely a one of a kind experience.

Friendly, quick and efficient. Scheduled the appointment early Thanksgiving morning, appointment confirmed the same day, booster shot received the next day. Walgreens, Osco and CVS all have a two week wait.
