Excellent experience. Efficient service at Front desk, no wait time beyond scheduled appointment, Dr Hersh thoroughly diagnosed and explained everything, strategies and approaches used to address my issue are appropriate and I was given choices. I can only highly recommending this praxis!

Dr. Hersh is a very caring and responsive doctor. I emailed him with a problem I was having and he called me very quickly after to set up an appointment. As I am not a regular patient, I was both grateful and impressed. I was in very professional hands and he talked me through the treatment. Even though he was "fitting" me into a very busy schedule, I was not stuck waiting. His nurse receptionist is a very pleasant person to deal with. All in all, I give Dr. Hersh a very strong recommendation for anyone with foot problems.

While the gout pain has diminished Hallux rigidus in my left big toe joint has gotten worse and the insoles created for my foot hasn't supported the walking limp at all. I will be requesting a full refund.

I had some concerns going into my appointment and I'd say that it was one of the best patient doctor visits I've had in a long time and the doctor didn't hesitate to address my concerns and I left feeling very reassured. I left knowing what my options were and at no time did I feel pressured into anything that was unnecessary at the time.

Easy to get an appointment, decent street parking, personable receptionist, thorough exam (including X-rays and ultrasound on site during initial appointment), accepted my insurance with nominal co-pay. Address is on Orleans but you need to take the Hubbard Street elevators inside the building to reach the office. If that info was on their website or reminder emails, I’m sorry I missed it. I felt treated with respect and concern. Recommend the practice in general and Dr. Hersch specifically.
