My first visit at Podiatric Medical And Surgical Associates, on Packer Ave. was very nice. I met with Dr. Nicole Dalessandro. She gave me the opportunity to voice any problems or concerns that I had about my feet. She was very knowledgeable about the feet and the problems that comes with it. The people that worked in her office was very courteous. I was seen within minutes of my scheduled appointment. I am considering of making this my permanent Podiatry Office.

Dr. Frank Macri was great. First time I've been to his office and was very happy I made appointment. The girls in the office were very pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Macri took the time and listened to my needs for what care was needed. Made another appointment so you know I was happy with him and the office. Location is very convenient for me also.

I was well treated from the minute I walked in, I was seen within minutes, and a doctor came in within another minute. Everyone was very professional and yet made the mood feel relaxing and comfortable. The doctor was polite and had a very pleasant mood that made me comfortable, also she was extremely knowledgeable and very concerned about me and future issues that could happen if I didn't follow her directions/instructions. She had given her concerns and that had given a greater impact on me, but in a way that did concern me without scaring me into a panic attack or any anxiety attack. I have another appointment with them and will follow up with this after the appointment.

Everyone has been extremely nice and accommodating to my mother. They remember us, they engage us and are always pleasant. In the 4 years that I’ve been taking my 86-year old mother to this office, we have NEVER had an unpleasant experience. During COVID-19, I’ve been reluctant to take my mother out of the house. They made it very easy and we felt extremely safe. This is a great practice.

So I had an issue which required a foot doctor I had never been to one before so I googled who was closest to me. I found that Podiatric Medical and Surgical Associates was five minutes away so I called for an appointment. The woman I spoke with was extremely nice and friendly she scheduled my appointment for the very next day. She asked me whether my insurance requires a referral and I wasn’t sure so she said don’t worry I’ll call and find out for you! Within 30 minutes she had texted me letting me know that a referral was not needed and she’s see me tomorrow. Everyone was so welcoming the doctor was extremely friendly and comforting. Overall an excellent experience.

Everyone was so nice. No wait. Scheduling was easy. They sent a crazy amount of reminders. Parking was easy/location. My issue is being handled AND they went above and beyond to order bloodwork for me that was completely unrelated in an area that I have been dismissed by other doctors. Truly refreshing to see a doctor who actually cares about helping people in any capacity.

Called in the morning for an appointment because I hurt my foot. I was seen a couple hours later. The entire staff is awesome from the time you walk in. The young lady at the desk could not be nicer, you can tell they actually care about their patients. The doctor always informative and gets me back on my feet.
