The combination of GI and allergies has been a game changer in the diagnosis and treatment of our family members. Dr. Leung offers extended schedules, flexible appointment options, and multiple communication mediums to facilitate maximum patient care access. He cares about his patients, is realistic and is committed to excellent patient outcomes. He is a pioneer in medicine. The support staff work hard and are always very polite. At times it feels like additional support/supervision would be of benefit to ensure that loops are being closed and issues are resolved. Thank you all for your great work!

I have seen Dr Leung several times. Every time was a great experience. I have recently noticed changes in my digest habits. Dr Leung was able to try his best to schedule me for a procedure as soon as possible. The result of the procedure helped find out the reasons for my symptoms. I went to my PCP before for a relevant test but they didn’t find the reasons. Highly recommend Dr Leung’s practice.

I had an amazing experience here. Everyone from the medical assistants to Dr. Leung himself are kind and knowledgeable. This is the first doctors office I’ve been to where I really felt heard! They spent almost an hour listening to me and taking detailed notes to understand my condition. They then had me watch a video on my condition and treatment options so I could learn more. I appreciate the emphasis on educating the patient and involving them in their own treatment. It was also easy to schedule an appointment, I didn’t have to wait 3 months like at other major hospitals. I highly recommend anyone with food allergies or GI issues come here!

My experience with Dr. Leung was great! My one year old went in for food allergy testing followed by the oral food challenge. His staff were very patient, helpful and professional! There was not a long wait time like I have experienced at other doctors offices. Overall great experience. I will say parking is a nightmare so if it’s your first time going to that area, give yourself an extra 30 minutes to find parking and walk into his office. There are parking garages around but be prepared to pay at least $16 per hour. I have given Dr. Leung 5 stars because my experience with him and his office staff was wonderful. I don’t know how much control he has over the parking situation 🤷‍♀️

I recently had to visit the Boston Food Allergy center a couple of times. The staff was very prompt in getting me signed in and ready for the appointment. The Doctor’s assistant was very soft spoken and made sure that they captured every tiny detail about me and my condition. Once they had all the information, Dr Leung visited. The doctor and I spoke through my problem to narrow down on the possible causes. They made sure I had a clear understanding of what the plan of diagnosis and treatment would be, to the point that they explained about what every test could diagnose. All in all, I had a wonderful experience, there was no waiting, everything was very timely. I’d definitely recommend this practice for anyone looking for an Allergist.

I went to see Dr. Leung for some issues I'd been having for years and that other GI doctors were unable (and mostly unwilling) to help with. Dr. Leung was absolutely fantastic! He was caring, thoughtful, and thorough and I never once felt rushed when explaining my issues and medical history. His staff were extremely kind, whether I interacted over the phone, via the patient portal, or in person. Dr. Leung also reduced my issue by >95%, and this has drastically improved my quality of life!! At one point, one of his treatments required prior approval from my insurance, which was handled quickly by his office and I was able to take the prescribed medication within a week. I would (and do!) recommend Dr. Leung for anyone looking for a GI or allergy specialist. He has been a godsend for me!

Talya and other personnel for Immigration exam are wonderful. I do not have any complaints to them and super satisfied with their service. However, I do not like the service offered when you call to the office. The person who responds to office calls is very rude. No greetings, no appropriate communication with clients, the first thing you hear is "can you hold for two seconds". Who does like this? It does not happen the first time actually. Every time I call I hear that.

Dr. Leung and his staff are excellent. Dr. Leung became a health care provider for me several years ago, and through his diagnosis and subsequent treatment, I am no longer suffering from chronic sinusitis, sore throats, and painful skin conditions. These were ailments that I was plagued with on a near daily basis. If the conditions are not completely resolved, his prescribed treatments have assisted in keeping them at bay, and manageable.

I had a great experience getting the immigration medical exam (I693) done here. The pricing was very reasonable and straight-forward. I was able to get the sealed exam envelope in a week (one trip to get all the tests/vaccines done and one trip to pick up the sealed results). It is also very easy to get a replacement copy (if you or USCIS lose the first copy). I would highly recommend it!

We had a great experience using Dr. Leung for our USCIS immigration exam (I-693). They are by far the cheapest in the area ($370 including labs) - we called about 20 doctors in the area and drove in from an hour away. All the staff, especially Daria (who coordinates everything for immigration exams) are very friendly and very efficient. We always expect a long wait at a doctors office, but as soon as it was time Daria brought us into her office and all our paperwork was already laid out for us. Then we quickly got all our tests done and a quick chat and physical from Dr. Leung and were out of there in no time. My only small complaint is that the nurse who drew our blood was not so friendly or considerate, even after my wife told her she has a big fear of needles.

I used to shadow Dr. Leung to gain clinical experience. It was an excellent experience. I got plenty of exposure to common immunologic and gastroenterology conditions and learned a lot from Dr. Leung. Besides that, I found the environment nice. The other staff was friendly and I even made friends there. If you want to gain clinical experience, learn to use the EMR system, and have a good exposure to patients, I highly recommend this place.

As always, the staff was efficient and friendly. Because of the proximity to Christmas, there was no crowding. Our only caveat is that patients are expected to bring their own allergens - in our case milk - for desensitization.

Having the flexibility of choosing where to get the vaccines and carefully reviewing the requirements so not to incur additional costs for getting unrequired vaccines was really great (some places charge a flat rate for vaccine and everything together). I highly recommend their service.

I came in with a BUNCH of foods I wanted to get tested for and they ran tests for all of them no question! After moving to Boston, I was having one of the worst bouts of eczema I have ever experienced. Went to my PCP and dermatologist multiple times, where I have gotten biopsies and creams to no avail. They suggested an allergy skin test, but it would be 6 months out and cost a fortune. After visiting BFAG, Dr. Leung immediately sympathized with my condition and offered the Dupixent medication, letting me try a few samples before my insurance company could sort out the doses. My condition immediately improved, and I've been able to live the past year with cleaner skin and can't be more thankful. As more effort is hopefully placed in treating and curing eczema, I look forward to consulting Dr. Leung in the future.

This is my first review ever and it must go to this one for sure. I have been looking for a place to help me get the I-693 (Green Card Medical Exam) done. Everywhere else I called charges a hefty price (>$400 cuz capitalism) and they don't include any of the labs or vaccines (they dont even take insurance either, everything out of pocket). Here though, they even encourage you to call your insurance to make sure they cover all the lab tests and vaccines. They even walk you through the process. If your insurance covers everything, then you might only end up paying the $180 fee. No need to go elsewhere. Also, all the nurses and receptionists are very capable and friendly. 100% Recommended if you are getting your immigration medical examination and have insurance that covers everything, otherwise it will be expensive. I am now just waiting... will update after I get my sealed form. Update: paid my $180 and got the sealed form. No issue so far.

I've been coming to Dr. Leung for a number of years, starting when he was running the group under Tufts Medical Center. After my first allergy test he told me he had a plan to control my pollen, dust and animal allergies. 5-7 months in, I was feeling amazing with little sniffling and a significant improvement around cats - but the most amazing thing to happen was that they helped me curb my Oral Allergy Syndrome, now my raw fruit and vegetable allergies are at a minimum and I was even able to eat walnuts and almonds again!! Mallory has been helping me out the entire way and is quick and painless with shots. The office is convenient for anyone working/living in the Boston area. Thank you for all your help over these years.

Updated my review on 11/21/2019 So the office manager reached out to me today to address my concerns. She was being helpful, listened to my reasonings, admitted there was miscommunications and mentioned they will update their deposit policy in the future to avoid any confusions. I am happy we could work things out. ———————————— Don't ever pay the vaccine deposit and get the vaccines done here!!! Go to CVS or your primary care doctor. It's a total JOKE that they promised to return the deposit if you insurance covered 100%. Came here with my husband a few weeks ago for the the i693. We called in advance to insurance to make sure all the vaccines listed in their website are covered 100% under preventative care. On the day of examination, we were told we need Tdap vaccines, they charged $105 as deposit ($75 for vaccine itself and $30 administration fee), and told us if our insurance covered 100%, deposit will be returned to us. HOWEVER, on the processed claim we received from insurance, it cleared indicated that the tdap is covered 100%, the allowed amount for tdap is $58, and insurance paid $58,100%. BFAC told us they would only return us $58 as this is what paid to them. COME ON, I know claims quite well, I know what allowed amount and paid amount means. The $58 allowed amount is the negotiated rate that Dr. Leung agreed with insurance company to get paid by them for the service you would render to members covered by that insurance. So in our case, it is indeed covered 100%, how can you have a contractural rate with insurance company and gain the benefit of accessing to their member pool while still try to make additional money from the patients??? IF you told us earlier that we have to make sure the allowed amount to be $105 by insurance company, we will go to CVS instead. I called the office this Monday and they said they would get back to me on this which they never did.... very disappointed about the way they conduct business here.

But if you have insurance, you’ll only have to pay $180 cash. Majority of staff is friendly, except for this one hispanic girl with an accent, l can’t identify her cause she wasn’t wearing a name tag but she was so rude while l was trying to get helpful information!
