I have always been treated with compassion and empathy with all my visits I have had. I have felt more comfortable with the care I have received from Terry Riley than most doctors I have seen. One of the doctors convinced me to get a scan done that may have saved my life. Since finding out I had lung cancer. My Med Doctor treated me like a person. Not just a number. The changes he helped me with better equipped me for what lies ahead for me. And I can think more clearly. I am very grateful for the care I have received. Thank you.

Everybody I came across during my experience was so wonderful and accomodating. Visits to the doctor’s office typically make me very anxious, but the transparency, quality of care, and attentiveness from the team at Terry Reilly was so refreshing.

The receptionists where extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The medical staff is amazing. I was able to address all my medical concerns in a timely manner and left in a better state of mind than when I first entered the office. I would recommend Terry Reilly to anyone needing or wanting good and friendly health care service.

My first time to Terry Reilly Dental clinic. I do not have dental insurance. I have appt. to see Dentist Justin Madsen to pull my tooth, on Feb. 27, 2019, his assistant check my blood pressure & is very hi so then he made appt for me (the same day) to talked to PAC Larry at the medical clinic to discuss of my hi blood pressure. At the Medical Clinic (this visit also my first time) Larry PAC assistant very pleasant to talk to (I believe her name Kim) & Larry PAC very courtesy, thoughtful treating me nice, that how is should be no matter if you have insurance or not. At the check out the receptionist name Stacy very nice & helpful in recommending a primary Dr. for me to see about my hi blood pressure. I didn't know I have medical insurance or not my daughter-in-law said I do, so she gave me the Health card insurance & Stacy said this is better, co pay only $10, instead $30 (base on fee sliding scale.) Hopefully (now that I have medical insurance) & that my first time meet Dr. Kantayya will be pleasant. I have not seen any Dr. or Dentist for 17yrs.

Dr Kantayya is one the most outstanding Doctors I have ever had. Caring, concerned, communicates on an understanding level. Finding a new doctor is one of the hardest things a person has to do. I was so fortunate to have found him. Thank you

Dr. Kantayya was very patient with my son (3) and quickly got him in with a specialist after I changed doctor from saltzer medical group because his pediatrician there did nothing to help him. He followed up with me until he was seen at the specialist and made sure my son was not in any pain all while answering my questions.

When my friend told me to go to Terry Reilly to get a nasty wound checked out I was really hesitant, but came to find out their staff is super patient, helpful, and professional. I was in and out of there in less than an hour on a Friday afternoon with the exact care I needed and the visit was super affordable! 10/10 recommend.

I went in for a mental health screening due to anxiety and depression. The doctor who saw me pushed very hard for me to get on SSRI meds, to which I was very adamant I had no interest in. She then got an attitude with me, saying i have no other choice, even going as far to say; "I'd bet you're the type who wouldn't put your kid on ADHD medicine, huh?" She even lied to me and said that Paxil is non-addictive, are you kidding me? I honestly felt like I was treated only as potential pharmaceutical customer, my mental health was of no concern. I asked if there were alternative options, like therapy etc., to which she said it would be of no use without being on the pills. The only upside was Matt the therapist who was able to put me at ease for the first time in years.

Great place for preventative medical services. They also do great service to the community by providing assistance to homeless and low income families not only servings their medical needs but also providing mental health care which can save lives. So by patronizing Terry Reilly you helping to insure that they can continue their work

I wouldn't have gotten prenatal care if it weren't for this clinic. Dr. Kantayaa & his nurse Stephanie are so kind and caring. It's not perfect, but without insurance, it's a wonderful institution.

I honestly can't believe these reviews because I've been going to this clinic since I moved to Idaho 4 1/2 years ago and even though some or even most of the staff has changed, ive always been treated with nothing but absolute loving care and respect. I have always had good experiences here, but my only issue is with contacting them by phone. There has multiple LONG days where I have attempted to call and get a message that the phone is busy and to try back later. All day long.

Not bad services. But getting ANYONE TO RETURN A PHONECALL is futile. If i call on a monday tues wed, i get a response on next monday tues wed..... thurs fri i have never gotten a call back.
