Very impressed with how you folks have managed through the pandemic. Could not get an appointment with the 2 "big" hospitals in town but, you made it easy, so easy, I switched from my old doc to you! Great receptionist and wonderful medical assistant! The doctor there was fantastic and quick to the point and made sure that my test results came back efficiently! Quick prescription solutions and options!

We recently had the COVID booster and high dose flu shot. We called for an appointment and received one for the following day. Balee came out to the vehicle - she was very friendly and professional. She took our previous vaccination card, and because it was laminated, offered to write up new cards with the info from all three shots - how sweet! She brought them back out after our 15 minute required wait and asked how we were doing. Couldn’t have been easier. We have been going to Primary Health for many years and will continue to do so!

My teenage daughter has an extreme phobia of needles and MA Hailey went above and beyond to ensure my daughter was stable and safe before and after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. We had a positive experience at this Primary Health and highly recommend this location.

I came into the urgent care center with a severe cough and overall not feeling well. The PA conducted a COVID-19 test. The PA was listening to my lungs and suggested I get chest x-rays. Turns out I have pneumonia. If I had been given a coursery examination this could have easily been overlooked. When asked where I had prescriptions filled I responded the VA. The care center was able to provide me with my necessary medication. Primary Urgent Health Care on Cole and Fairview gets an A+ rating. Thank you for the compassionate and professional care.

Staff was very efficient with the check in, the nursing staff and the wait time to get the vaccination was right on time. I think we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. That time included the wait time after just to make sure we didn't have a reaction.

I have been trying for weeks to get my Covid vaccination through the local hospitals with no success. Called Primary Health and received my first Covid vaccination on Feb 26. Very kind and caring staff. I would definitely recommend them.

Primary Health on cole and fairview Boise, ID was very clean, the military who greeted me for my testing for the virus was very nice! Front line in and out.. Thank you and stay well thanks for all-you- do! ...Every single one of You!! ✌ All the girls at the front reception were very kind the Dr was very pleasant. It wasn't scary or weird. I can't stand to go to any Dr. I avoid it as much as I can! It was a quick visit. you were in and out and I didn't leave there feeling stressed or any anxiety . All in all it wasn't a bad visit at all. I would recommend you to anyone who seeks your needs with a drop of a hat. Thanks for your service primary health! Oh.. One more thing... I tested negative! Went there to get my Covid vaccination. The checkin and checkout process was a breeze. Got my vaccine with less than 5mins of waiting. Very well marked social distancing signage. Parking is the only minor inconvenience i can think of. Had a dirt parking lot that was hard to get in/out of.

Somewhat good experience, staff was friendly and efficient. Went in for a covid test, Brody Yardwmian explained everything and was most knowledgeable. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I had to finally call to find out the results of my test and was told they left a voice message on an old phone number . I had given my NEW phone number to two different people.
