The staff is very professional. Everything is well-organized. PA Levitch was very knowledgeable, personable, and kind. This was my first visit and she took the time to get to know me by asking and answering lots of questions. I felt comfortable and cared for. I plan to continue going to Full Circle Health for my medical needs.

Excellent care. Saturday clinic was such a blessing. In and out in an hour as walk-in! Pharmacy was great - left the appointment and my prescription was ready. Couldn’t have been easier or more convenient!!

The receptionist are wonderful, always kind and curtious. They do thier best to find available appointments for me. The doctor requests that I visit once a week for now. Soon it will be every few weeks. I appreciate the consistency and time getting to know and trust my doctor more each appointment. They are quick and efficient. They will except you whether you can pay your copay or not. It makes me feel like they genuinely care about people's health. I love Full Circle Health. If I need urgent care I can get in at one of their clinics. All staff treats me like a person instead of a 15 minute appointment. They are very easy to work with financially.

I’ve been going here for a few years now. Sadly my doctor retired so I had to find a new one. My new one is great. Dr. Esplin is very sweet and caring and she actually gets stuff done. While I will miss my old PCP I am happy that I didn’t have to search too long to find a new one. The office is nice as well, the front desk people are kind and courteous and the waiting area is comfortable.

It's not often one finds a good doctor, and even less so that one finds a good doctor's office. My primary is a phenomenal doctor. Moreover, every other doctor I've ever seen for any reason have been nothing short of fantastic! The clerical/admin/lab teams are all great as well. I suggest FMHC Emerald Clinic to my own family members, and I'd suggest them for everyone.

Dr Andrea Esplin is an excellent doctor who listens carefully to my health concerns and then provides options for possible solutions. She never rushes through my appointments and never makes me feel I am taking up too much of her time. She is friendly and helpful but lets me make my own decisions. The office is also efficient and the staff are friendly.

Most companies who serve the public fail to do this, I am a service conscious individual who knows that people more than just matter, they are the reason we serve. Registration, check-in, and rooming were all fast and very easy. The CMA who roomed me - Rebecca - was gentle and very friendly and competent. And Dr. Colson is just great - takes time to listen, is clearly knowledgeable, and very caring and thoughtful. The Family Medicine Health Center is a great place to get health care!

I have been a patient since 2016. Three not my residence Dr have graduated. I met my 4th today, Dr bloecher. They all have been great doctors for me. I am a challenging patient because I have a rare genetic connective tissue disorder. The offices on Raymond st and emerald st are run very well.

I finally found a real doctor tht practices best medicine towards their patient. I highly recommend this facility and ask for Dr. Loren Colson especially on how to handle, contain such erratic stubborn blood pressure. He will work with you plus his Staff so warm, friendly and open their listening ears to you. I cannot thank you enough for I am on the road of recovery.

Since I've been going to Family Medicine. Babette Munting is the only person I will see I've seen other doctors there but the Babette is the best. If I'm not feeling good and I describe what I'm feeling she listens she hears me she cares and you can't ask for more than that but I give you 10 Stars

Everyone I spoke to went above and beyond to help me out… I was not even an established patient yet, and called at 4:30 pm on a Friday, but everyone stayed late helping to get me answers and a Saturday appointment the next day!
