The staff at Advanced Care was amazing with my wife!!! The nurses were great when I would call to get updated on my wife which I called a lot!! They were always friendly and never made me feel like I was a bother to them. My wife had one major issue with one of the nurses aides but when I talked to Stephanie her case manager that issue was dealt with swiftly!! I do have to give Stephanie a lot of credit she kept me updated daily on what the plan of care was, when she was ready to be released to the next rehab facility she went above and beyond to help me be able to pick her up and drive her back to Casper!!

Great Care! I spent most of October and part of September 2021 at the hospital. I transferred in from Utah as Billings is my home. A total of 42 days on a ventilator and I walked away in large part due to the excellent care I received. One of my observations is that people hustle to get a job done nd it doesn't matter the task. A huge thankyou to all the staff.

Advanced Care Hospital of Montana was incredible! My husband was there for 27 days. I am forever grateful for the care, treatment and concern all the staff showed. I couldn't be near him because of Covid and was home in Wis and they kept me updated with weekly conference calls,and kept me informed of his progress whenever I called! Thank you all! Advanced Care Hospital has an amazing team through its entire facility. Each disciplinary works together to give the patients the best possible outcome! I have had the privilege to perform my RN clinicals at this facility for nursing school almost 7 years ago and was amazed by the hospitals performance then and now as a clinical liaison. I can tell you first hand there is an enormous amount of care, effort & knowledge that goes into the process of admitting patients. There is a safe plan of care set up when the patient is in the facility with the flexibility to alter the plan as the patient’s healing process occurs leading to a successful plan of discharge. It is because of these reasons I am proud to be a apart of Advanced Care Hospital of Montana and recommend our care to you, your friends & family.

My father- in-law is in great hands, friendly staff, always helpful, and well knowledgeable with patient preferences. Room well kept, clean, organized, and always have extra items at your reach to help insure that you have the adequate and proper PPE to use to help with resident/patient. Thank you for always having a smile on your face when attending my family member.
