I had a great experience here! The service was very professional and friendly and I was able to get everything I needed to make me feel comfortable before traveling. I was required to submit payment at the time of the appointment, but was easily able to submit a claim through my insurance with the documentation provided by Passport Health at the appointment.

My company arranged for a consultation prior to business trip. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and they were ready at the appointed time. After discussing the details of my destination we created a customized list of vaccinations to protect me. Shots were administered in quick succession and quite painlessly and recorded on my shot card. I will return for my booster shots at the appointed dates and feel confident that I am safe from many unseen dangers as I travel! My second visit was equally pleasant. An additional vaccine along with a booster shot was administered and I am ready for the world!

Ted was wonderful. He explained all the risks and benefits of the different vaccines and medications we would have to take for our trip and helped us to make a decision on which ones were right for us. The passport clinic was also very easy to make an appointment with.

This review is for the Columbia, MD office. The nurse Kathryn was super helpful and informative. She answered all my questions and was very nice. I could get my vaccines right there and any other supplies I may need for my trip. They give you your own personalized spiral notebook of the country your going too, tips, visa info, etc. I would definitely come back, and I would recommend to my friends and family.

This was my first time using passport health and had a wonderful experience with Ted Frankenhauser as my travel consultant. I was well informed of recommendations and safety concerns of my travels. He was well prepared and guided me through the prescription and medication process. Will definitely be using them again!
