Towanda Monument Street Referral Coordinator is freaking amazing and getting things done. Shes very professional hard working and efficient. Great customer service. I can always call her without any no problems. And she make sure my referrals are faxed and helps me with my appointments she goes above and beyond without hesitation She's the best coordinator this company ever had

I have been going to Jai Monument location for years. The staff has always been stellar, but I take issue with their gift card program. They send you validation checks in the mail stating gift card issuance on site, after visits, but I have yet to have this happen. If they offer them on site, why would it take several months, after having called, do you have to wait just to receive a validation of address, then months after that before you get your card? I suspect this could be a way to bring in clients. Administration should review this program. You would not want to be accused of unfair business practices. Here’s the update! Today I was hand delivered my gift cards and a sincere apology was given! Thank you guys soo much for listening!!

Jai medical center is the best. Dacia Gladden is always caring and very polite. She is very patient when answering my questions and very helpful making sure that I understand the answers that I ask. Always smiling. I can tell that she is not just working, she cares about the people and what they are going through. Awesome job Ms. Gladden😃

Jai Medical Center is where I have been going for years, for my primary care doctor. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and empathetic. I recall having an issue, needing my medical records, in order to enter into my bachelors program. A wonderful young lady by the name of Chasity, not only helped me to obtain the necessary documentation, she went above her job duties and helped me to obtain my immunizations records, from my previous clinic, that had been closed for years. Not only, was she professional, she was patient, despite the stress and urgency i put on her.

Overall jai is the best clinic i ever went to. They accommodate you and they have excellent customer services. The young lady Ebony Brown is excellent. She is very professional, courteous and very loyal to her job. She will help you out in any way possible. To be honest if she wasn't there I would not be either she is very mannerable. But all in all jai is the best I recommend jai to everyone I come across that need a pcp.Dr Dias is awesome she is very caring and passionate to her patients. I recommend her to people as well. I take my son there to pediatrics its never a long wait and ms Kelly Johnson works well with him and she accommodate my schedule for work and she always give me a courteous call to remind me of an appointment and to see how my son is doing. She's a loving person and very friendly.

When I visited JAI MONUMENT., these two ladies made my visit soo easy. My first interaction was with MS. Dacia Gladden she was so helpful and respectful she showed great customer service as well as bed side manners. Ms.EBONY BROWN is an outstanding supervisor the best that MONUMENT has seen in years she definitely is on top of her stuff & those girls my appointment ran smooth thanks to those two girls as well as the provider. I didn’t have any complications with my referrals either.. THANKS GIRLS keep doing what you do best 🤞🏾

Due to Covid, I recently had to find a new insurance company and PCP. Being closer to my home, I decided to go to Jai Medical on Monument St. Chasity was very professional and kind. I gave this place a 3 because the clinic isn’t the problem it’s the security in the building is very disrespectful and rude and all I asked for was a mask when I seen a box right there Jai Medical this is unacceptable for a clinic not to have mask provided up front like any other medical facilities.

I'm giving JAI 5 stars because I've been coming here for years.. except today I called and asked when is the latest I can do a walk in??? The lady says 5:30 well I got here at 5:07 and the chic at the front desk was rude and said we're not seeing anymore patient's but I was told on the phone 5:30. Obviously I wouldn't come if I knew something was wrong so my pressure is 167 over 112... Thank God the manager has a heart and made room for me..

I love my doctor but the receptionists are horrible and very rude, I hate calling and trying to talk to them. Also when you need a referral faxed they dont do it when you ask then you have to call a million times to get it done finally.

My son is a patient in the pediatric department the clinic is always busy so sometimes they might have been backed up in the kids department so I noticed Ms Ebony Brown worked in the adult Clinic but would always come up and start multitasking to help the nurses In the kids Department she is always friendly and helpful and everyone seems to like her.
