My experience with Jencare for the last about five or more years has always been positive. Wonderful environment for seniors and their unique needs. Really appreciate not having to wait weeks to get appointment if I need a unscheduled one. Many times I have been able to see doctor the same day or next day for non- emergency. Best part may be the high standard of care I have received from staff and doctors who manage to be patient and kind at the same time.

My enter acting with the staff was negative with some. My three star rating is because the center is not updated in technical areas for appointments. The most important is a member of the staff chose to lie to me about an appointment I needed for my heart and I have been through a lot and my health is important to me. Now I will have to call the other facility to schedule a stress test for myself

8/4/2021 I visited JenCare Wes End for the 1st time this morning. I was amazed at how attentive everyone was. They were very patient and kind. I feel as if they genuinely cared about me, the patient, and I was very comfortable with them. Update 8/2/2022 It's been a year now and I'm stiil going to JenCare and I absolutely love it! All of the employees, from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors, are super kind and helpful! A lot of them know me by name when I walk in the door. My PCP is amazing!❤️ I've never felt rushed. She spends as much time as I need at each and every visit! This is the 1st time in my life that I've had a doctor that genuinely cared about me! I feel totally cared for and I am very comfortable talking about whatever ails me. My PCP is located at the West End location, but I've been sent to the East Point facility and to the facility in Decatur! I received the same quality of care at all off these locations! On a scale of 1-10 I'd give them a 12!🌹 Call them. You can thank me later!

Jen Care West End is the best for Senior Care. My mother is taken care of from the time she enters the door and until she leave. Everyone is patient with her and attentive to her needs. This is a GREAT place to come for your medical needs.

My physician looks directly in my eyes and reads me like a book. It's amazing how much my physician shows that she cares about my physical and mental health. Even with the mask on, she never asks questions with undivided attention. I am always impressed with her and her care team. Heather and Jewel her nurse, even calls with concern. I would change insurance every year to stay them.

I am highly pleased with my doctor (Dr. Teheri) and his nurse (Cathy). He usually does video visits, but during my office visit today, the rest of the staff and receptionists were also very helpful and welcoming. AND MY HEALTH HAS IMPROVED TREMENDOUSY while under the care of Dr Teheri. JUST DO WHAT HE SAYS!

Our JenCare team no us so well they recognize our voices and remember our situations. They treat us truly like family. What is special to me. I tell jokes sometimes and we have a good laugh. I was talking to my sister earlier today so she needed to see her doctor soon because she wasn't feeling well, her appointment is mid October so l told her l had talked to my doctor he told me.l can call anytime or come in if needed when l call and need to come in. I enjoy going to Jen Care Medical Center. It helps as a senior you get to see multiple doctors under the same roof. The staff are pleasant with the patients and knows them by name when they walk in the door. This makes me more comfortable. I would recommend this place and since covid they keep you six feet apart and someone is always wiping down the areas to keep you safe.
