I always have issues getting my prescriptions I never ask for them early or anything but yet the day my refill comes I have to go back and forth between the pharmacy and the Dr to get to then to send my meds it's happened like 5 times now. And as someone without a car it's hard dealing with the stress of a driver getting mad because they have to wait on me for my medicines is there anyway y'all can fix. This issue for me I never complain about anything but this is out of my control

I have been a patient here since dec. 2020. I have been to the family health clinic before I see internal med now. I see dr. Kubiack and her awesome team of doctors. Every since i have made it here things have been great. Not only are the nurses the staff really friendly and comforting they are so connected with me they have worked with my crazy schedule and been very considerate anytime i have questions I can call i usually get brigette or briana and they are super quick to help me . I wish i remembered everyones name because all of the nurses and nas are very sweet friendly and kind. I use to have fears of doctors. But they have made me feel great and they are sooo helpful I mean that in the highest since. The ladies at the front desk are nice. My favorite is kareema i beleive her name is she is super friendly has the little bee sticker on her computer she always is the first one to greet me when i come in and makes me feel its ok to approach her. I wish i could write the company and send them a letter about how great I have been treated in just the few months of going here. ! If anyone knows how to let mahec kniw how great their team is let me know!
