They’re kind and caring and want to make sure that you are healed well before allowing you to make moves by using your feet after surgery with them. They also did phenomenal work on my surgery. I’m very blessed that I met Dr Lily Moore. She is an amazing doctor and amazing surgeon. An amazing heart. And her staff is very nice. Very caring Very good. Thank you, Dr. Moore.

I was very fortunate to meet the Moores years ago when I needed them. They were able to remedy my issues. Always professional, courteous, mindful and they have genuine concern for me, not feeling rushed or like a number in a assembly line like many doctors do. This also reflects in their staff from the other surgeons, nurses, assistants and those you first meet in reception. A totally good experience even when you don't want to be there under those circumstances! Love them and all who assist us!

I have been going to Moore Specialists and have seen Dr. Ward for about 6 years now. I find her very knowledgeable, friendly, and with a good bedside manner. She never rushes through the appointment. In addition, I find the staff to be very helpful, courteous, and friendly. I have been to two other foot specialists in the Asheville area that I would not return to - I'm so glad I found this practice. I highly recommend them.

This was a wonderful visit. We got all the new patient info done online, talked with the insurance department to make sure the visit was covered& it was thoroughly looked into for us. The staff knows me by name, they treat me with respect and courtesy and are always a joy to interact with. I can't say enough good things about this team of surgeons and nursing support staff. In the year I've had numerous surgeries and over a year of weekly in-office treatment and have come to realize why I see so few amputees in the Moore office. It is because of their relentless fight to save limbs. My trauma was certainly severe enough to amputate but the Moore team has worked diligently, sometimes overnight on a Sunday to save my foot. I've read some negative reviews but they are always about waiting and even one about the accent of a nurse in the office. to those I say, "Welcome to the South" and if you are a reasonable human being that realizes the world doesn't rotate on you as its axis, you will love the care you receive here. They are busy for a reason. These people are like machines. I've spent weeks in the hospital and see how much time they put in. Lighten up and be grateful there are caring people willing to keep you on your feet. Chris, Lillie, Meredith, all you nurses, WE LOVE YOU ALL & APPRECIATE ALL YOU DO FOR US! PS: I don't know who Rae is or why google used that name but this is your very happy client John Galloway & of course Nicole.

I'm Patricia Rentmeester. Moore Foot and Ankle in Asheville, NC have taken really awesome care of me. I've had 3 different ankle surgeries without any complications. Dr Chris and Dr. Lily Moore as well as Dr. Ward have made sure I was taken care of. Skincare is a top priority for them. Bone health is also taken care of. The staff is wonderful. Very pleased Dr. Moore was wonderful and helped. BUT.. I agree with the others.. long wait times. I wouldn't mind the wait so much if I was allowed to wait in the waiting room. The small room after a bit causes anxiety. In the waiting room I can chat with people. But I like Dr Chris Moore very much.
