The ER Staff were very responsive and got me to a room quickly. I was kept warm and in a quiet room while tests were run on my physical condition. I was asked several times what else I needed. I was hungry and not allowed to eat but understood why by the next day. All nurses and doctors were friendly and sympathetic. I appreciated the thoroughness of their care and for running all the diagnostics they performed. It was also great that they included me in the decision making.

My husband was in the Heart Hospital for 31/2 days because of fluid retention and rapid weight gain. .It is easy to understand why the Heart Hospital is considered one ot the best hospitals in the state. The staff is superior.Needed tests are done in a timely way and interpreted quickly and reported to the patient. We are fortunate to have access to this fine hospital.

All medical care exceeded our expectations. Every nurse, tech, doctor was competent, caring, a good listener, thorough, and worked well with coworkers. Even the housekeepers were friendly and fun.
Some maintenance issues of the facility were evident. The downstairs of the Heart Hospital was very cold.
Supplies seemed to be scarce. For example, funding for linen budget seems inadequate. Pillows, hospital gowns, blankets, walkers were in short supply.
Staff, however, gets the highest marks possible for making do with what was available and solving problems as they arose.

I was very pleased with the care I received at Lovelace Heart Hospital. The nursing staff and anesthesiologist were caring and sensitive to my concerns and put me at ease and seemed experienced and skilled as they prepared for my surgery. I am feeling much better (10 days later) so think the surgeon was very good too.

I normally would not do this type of review but I must take the opportunity to recognize the extraordinary nurse that got me through a scary procedure. This is a huge shout out to my radiology nurse Jason. From the instant he phoned for my preoperative review until the last moment I saw him in the procedure he was the consummate professional--calm, competent, confident, knowledgeable and always reassuring. Thank you so much Jason, best nurse ever.
Nancy Miller
I loved all the nurses and techs. They were all very helpful and very sweet. My favorite nurse was Ana who always help to came right a way and always took the time to explain things fully. Michael one of my techs was a big guy with a heart just as big. He was so kind to me when I needed bathroom help and was so nice and put me at ease when I had diarrhea.
DJ Sarracino
I was here for post-op. I checked in at the admissions desk. I didn't have to wait. Did the paperwork and when I was done the nice lady helped me to where I was supposed to go next. I didn't get her name. But that was a first. the staff would just send you on your way. She helped me due to me being in a wheelchair.
I don't know what the leaders of Lovelace hospital did but I liked the improvements
The next stop was getting lab work done. The nurse that drew my labs did a great job. I let her know of a bad experience and she was very professional and friendly. So, I was done in a few minutes. Next was an EKG and that was done. In minutes. The nurse knew where to place the leads to set up the procedure and I was used to waiting and wondering if anyone was going to help me. I think I spent less than 30 mins. The staff did a great job.
So, when was done on the first floor. I was heading for an x-ray. Which was easy to find. But that was where the quick service stopped and the waiting started. I think waited longer than my labs & EKG combined. once the tech called for me to that when getting my X-rays were done in a flash. The technician was friendly and was great at explaining which position he needed me in.
The service has improved and it shows. You no longer have to wait for an hour for a 10 min procedure. The staff has improved in helping and working with the public. The medical staff gets the test or procedure done quickly without any loss of knowledge and professionalism. Also, ensure their patients know why the test or procedure is being done.
If you would have asked me if I was sick and if I needed medical attention. Which hospital would I want to go to? Lovelace Hospital would be the last place I would choose due to a bad experience I had there with the support and medical staff. If I needed a hospital I would always ask to be taken to another hospital. The service I received today has shown me that the administration has been listening to patients and some staff. keep up whatever you are doing. I hope that the improvement of your services continues to improve.

The OR staff,Michelle, Melissa , Bobbi, and Jordan were terrific.
Professional, and compassionate. So were Dr. Richardson and Dr. Marquez. If any complaint it is now 9 days after surgery and there is no final path report available on My Chart.
Little thing,I would have any of these people take care of me again.
Minnie VanWormer
I have always been satisfied with the care we've received over the years. We live 200 + miles from the hospital, but choose to make the trip because we know we will be getting excellent care. My cardiologist, Dr Sean Mazer is the best. I am willing to put my life in his capable hands.
Glenwood Harvey
Staff was very attentive. Visit was to install a PD dialysis port. Procedure was quite painful after the fact. The anesthetic brought on urine retention for at least a day and a half. Most uncomfortable. Any coughing causes a searing pain in stomach. Looking forward to complete healing. Got prescription for oxycodone which does nothing and contributes to urine retention.

Facility was clean and organized. Staff that were supposed to put an IV in my arm so that I could receive medication prior to my procedure, but called away on a "Code Blue". My doctor had to chase down an RN to get the job done. After the procedure, I was placed in a private room with a chair next to my bed for my husband who waited 5 hours for me to be released. I was treated excellent by the anesthesiologist, surgeon and nurses. This facility was downtown Albuquerque...not the facility on the West side.

My mother was admitted for pneumonia. I wasn’t there during the emergency processing/admittance care but I spent time every day there after she was in her private room. Overall impressions:
Facility: Convenient location off of I-25. Outside: Decently maintained with parking, both self parking (structure) and Valet available. Interior: Dated and could use updating/upgrading, especially room bathrooms. Generally clean facility.
My father spent the nights there and his biggest complaint was that it was uncomfortably cold at night.
Staffing:
Nurses: My mother had some excellent nurses and support staff, especially Rachel and Jasmine. They were very attentive, responsive, and gentle with her.
Doctors: I had a couple of conferences with Dr. Arora and she was kind, attentive, and was focused on my mothers ongoing testing and she was always willing to answer my questions. One of the attending Drs (Dr. R…) during Dr. Arora’s off days did not inspire confidence that he knew my mother’s file well. He stated two data points that were not accurate as to the testing that she received that day and a previous operation performed during her stay.
Cafeteria: Basic with 3/5 food quality but had reasonable prices. I was glad it was available.
Other staff: Generally courteous.
Discharge process: Very poor communication…..we were only provided two hours notice that she would be released to home care (Dr. R… was recommending a rehab facility when we expressed that we preferred to provide home rehab.) It appeared rushed and with very little support as far as home care guidance or equipment was provided. A home care coordinator did visit us to say that we would have a weekly nurse, PT, and OT person contact us within 24-48 hrs. (We did get a visit from a nurse within that period.) We did not see the assigned case worker who is supposed to provide guidance during the discharge process except when she chased my sister down to sign a document as we were near the exit of the hospital. We did have an admin person provide and review with us the discharge documents, which contained the personal guidance for my mom regarding her ongoing medical conditions.
Conclusion: This facility and staff helped bring my mom out of a very serious condition to the point where we could bring her home. In that, we are very thankful. The nurses and techs were great and the doctors were hit and miss. The facility needs interior refurbishing and more reliable equipment. Their discharge process could definitely be improved…..don’t know what drove the expedited/short notice discharge and the poorly timed exit plan….seemed a little chaotic.

Every time I come to the Heart Institute the staff is pleasant and professional. My appointments are typically only a short wait and the online check in saves a lot of time for all. I have received test information and other relevant info on my MyChart account very quickly.
Mark Haynes
Mostly positive! When I showed up for my heart stress test, there was a question as to whether or not Medicare would pay. My liability would have been way beyond my budget, so I told the receptionist that I would have to leave.
The staff, especially Holly, went over and above the call of duty to try and get this all straightened out. It took over three hours before they got to me, but Holly and the staff did an amazing job. The three-hour wait was a pain, but I had driven three hours, so it was not like I could just come back.
The actually test went very well. Everything was very carefully and completely explained to me. I feel like I got great quality care and the staff did a great job of telling me what to expect.
I would highly recommend Lovelace. It was not their fault for the delay and the care I received was top-notch.

Prior to my appointment I was asked to arrive 30 minutes early to complete the checking process. I was told this at the time I made the appointment and again when I was called to pre register for my procedure. The day of my appointment I arrived 35 minutes early to check in. I waited at the check in desk for about 5-7 minutes and then was called forward only to have my name taken and asked to go to the waiting room until my name was called. They were very busy. About 10 minutes later I was called back up to the check in desk and processed.
After checking I , I was told to make my way back to the radiology waiting area and someone would call me. I turned around and walked two steps toward the waiting room only to be stopped by a man was walking down the corridor calling my name.
I acknowledged him and let him know I was the person he was looking for. At that point this man (John was the name on his ID badge) very sternly said “ do yo know you are late?” “ you are supposed to arrive 45 minutes before your procedure!” I told him that I was told, twice, to be there 30 minutes early and that I was in fact here. John then stated “well I don’t know about that!” He additionally informed me that because I was late the doctor was no longer available to do my procedure and That I would have to wait until he was available to do my procedure. It is important to note that it was 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment
Then John proceed to press me on why I was having a procedure done that I had done month earlier. I explained to him that I was advised by my doctor to repeat the procedure because the original test came back inconclusive and the doctor wanted to get another sample. John kept questioning me but eventually walked me back to the radiology waiting area and instructed me to wait there until someone called me. John went into the back office and I did not see John again for the reminder of my appointment.
What bothered me most about this was the tone John took with me and his attitude about weather or not I needed the test repeated as my doctor ordered. Additionally, this conversation happened right in front of the admit desk within earshot of other employees and patients. This was definitely a compromise of my right to privacy.
The reminder of the appointment went fine. Everyone was nice and efficient.
Chris Smith
Very efficient!!! Quick check in. No long wait in the waiting room. Nurses and doctors were fantastic. Overall, my care was very thoughtful. Best of all, the nurse did not hurt me when she put theIV in!!! I didn't know she put the needle in me
Bobbi Young
I was admitted for PT n OT rehab. Therapists were great and pushed me for the better. Nursing staff and Physicians were knowledgeable and approachable. Diet and nutrition were up to date. Room cleaned daily .

This is the BEST place for all your healthcare needs. I have had joint replacements at Lovelace Medical Center, my primary care physician is a Lovelace doctor, I’ve gone to the Pulmonary Clinic, and I’ve gone to the Heart Institute, and I have always been treated with respect and professionalism. When needed I’ve easily gotten same day appointments. I confess I have never used any facility other than the VA, but I’d recommend Lovelace to everyone wanting a caring, professional healthcare experience.
Barbara Simoni-Twinn
I was admitted to the Lovelace Hospital on September 24th from the ER for emergency surgery on my foot. I was in the hospital till October 5th. I received the best care I’ve ever had. From the doctors, nurses, techs, everyone was so caring and great. Big shout out to the nursing staff on Floor 8!!
Theresa Voss
I felt I was in the best hands. The nursing staff was friendly, professional but I had the feeling that they cared. Dr Bieniarz took the time before hand to go over the procedure and allow me to ask questions. During my procedure the whole staff showed great care. They worked well together and explained what was going on. Nurse Bobbi was very caring and tired to protect my privacy. This was a great experience.
Rhea Alper
The Heart Institute & Hospital are wonderful resources in Albuquerque. My husband was treated well pre & post surgery and the physicians were very understanding of his special needs during the surgery and were thorough in explaining how procedures would be accomplished based upon his spinal issues. All nursing & medical tech staff were caring & kind. Highly recommended!
Kab Yun
Admitted to the intermediate care unit thru emergency room.
Doctors and staffs are excellent in providing and caring for patients.
I stayed in that unit for 3 days without any single complaint and was discharged in good condition.

About a week ago (I was so out of it I don't remember the date) I had a medical emergency after being brought to the hospital via ambulance. Due to my brain being in the beginning of blood starvation, I was whacko-complete, and I have only vague images of the faces of the crew who saved my life. I just remember being more or less in some kind of sensory shock from the impact of too much blood pressure medication which was pulling my heart beats toward zero and death in short order. The medical procedures included--among other things--flushing my body multiple times to clear all medications from the system. As of now I'm still not completely back to normal. I just want to express my absolutely-complete-heart-spoken thanks to each and every one of the team which saved my life and took such good care of me during this crisis. I sincerely wish I had their names so I could hug each one of them and tell them how much I value, respect, and prize all that they do everyday to help those victims threatened by medical emergencies.

Here for my mom’s knee replacement. So far pre op has been great experience. Not sure why some reviews are bad. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Will post more review after the surgery

Shoot back in October, 1969 this place rocked! This was when I saw the first light, night, cold, warmth, and the other elements out of my maternal mothers womb and still to this day am alive. Too bad I never met her, crazy days back then. Man if this ain't proof of the history of this hospital then what is? Sure glad not born earlier and or exposed to thalidomide. lol.
P F
I had general surgery and it went so well I wish I had done it sooner, but then again, I did it at the best time because less Covid, more experienced Surgeon and the team too. It was well done!
Bill Longhurst
I visted Lovelace for a CT coronary angiogram. The intake staff and the CT techs were competent and friendly. I was taken in for my visit a few minutes early and the study was completed without any complications. I received my results the next day on the MyChart app. I can recommend this facility to anyone in need of this procedure.
Jim Schultz
Nearly a perfect experience. But I was discharged from an EVAR one night stay in the hospital with no EVAR post operative do's and don'ts....yes 14 pages about stroke but i did not have a stroke.

The staff at Lovelace Medical Center always has a smile on their faces, listen to what the patient says and genuinely cares about the patient. This reminds me of the way health care was intended to be . 5 stars out of 5’

Test: Nuclear Stress Test held on December 16, 2022. The Tec Staff led by Janet (I believe this was her name) was GREAT. I explained I had broken both of my shoulders and Janet tried to accommodate my needs in order to complete the test. I am 75 years old and was a bit scared but all worked out.
Kelli Cooper
Lovelace has the best customer service. When you call to make an appointment, they are efficient and friendly. When you arrive the are kind and helpful and almost always, appointments are on-time.
Bonnie Brinksma
I really like this hospital, as much as you can like a hospital. The doctors in the ER are exceptional. Their staff is courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, considerate, and most of all, very patient. I'm sorry to see them leave my insurance network. Thank you for making my experiences as nice as can be.
Leslie Armstrong
So though I received good medical care on my visit Jan 7th I wouldn’t take a dog to this ER because after receiving medical care the discharge nurse would throw the poor dog out on the streets before calling a medical transportation because she doesn’t have the number to call and if she did I’d have to call them. I had to sleep the lobby from 10 pm until 5;30 am as a result of that. So yeah not going to seek medical treatment at ERs anymore because of nurses taking their work issues out on me.

All my contact w/ Lovelace has been with The Heart Institute. The doctors, techs, nurses and clerks has been professional and timely.

So I went in on New Year's Day as I tested positive for a UTI. I was really suffering. They prescribed antibiotics for it and after a couple of days, the UTI symptoms went away. They were VERY responsive to my needs and compassionate in listening to me.
James Stuber
Lovelace was not my hospital but the University Hospital was admitting only infants and babies, so I was sent to Lovelace instead. I was admitted for pneumonia and another life-threatening infectious disease. I spent 2 days in ER before being transferred to ICU for several more days, and finally to another room. The staff at Lovelace was courteous, helpful, and professional throughout my stay, although they had more than enough patients in this pandemic experience in our country. In addition to their normal duties as nurses, they emptied bedpans and urinals and assisted me in my needs. They explained questions in a professional and comprehensible way. In my stay I learned of a whole new dimension of nursing: traveling nurses. I am very grateful for their contribution to the Lovelace staff in dealing with the horrifying medical problems we face everywhere an I salute them. My doctors met with me every day to discuss my case, especially the newer attempt at removing mucus from my lung and the area next to the lung. My primary care doctor brought in the Infectious Illness Unit to monitor progress with the new treatment. The hospital fed me delicious meals which helped me to quickly regain most of my lost weight. My overall evaluation of Lovelace is extremely high. I had considered using their services and I may very likely switch my healthcare to their site.

The Lovelace Rehabilitation Hospital Nurse and Occupational Staff was Excellent. They comforted, made stronger and helped this broken person to regain the confidence I lacked after accident. Thank you all
Suzanne Gould
My recent experience with Lovelace NM Heart Institute was outstanding. They put the "care" in patient care. From the people who check you in (in particular the 1st and 3rd floor) the people who call for follow up and instructions, the nurses, the technicians, the cardiologist; they are all very professional, extremely compassionate, and have wonderful attitudes. The system runs like a well oiled machine. The follow up is one of the best I have seen in a long time. I would like to give special recognition to Vicky who is a CT Technician on the 3rd floor. I had to attempt this scan 3 times and she was my technician twice. She is very patient and kind while paying attention to detail. Also nurse Manuel who made sure that my scan was read right away since I had a short time before my follow up appointment. Manuel also followed up with me to make sure I was aware the scan was read and I wouldn't have to cancel the follow up. Also nurse Tracea had great response to several on line questions. She sent a message saying she was on it immediately and got me an answer in very short amount of time.
Dr. Shenoy is a great cardiologist and goes over everything with you. Her nurse Serena also had a wonderful personality and was very pleasant. My over all experience was fantastic. Great team work!
sammi martinez
The surgical team & daytime nursing staff on the 8th floor were absolutely amazing! Dr Chris Dominguez, nurses Darin & Krystal & nurse tech, Allana.
Jane Landreth
The nurses, CRNA, and Dr Gerencer were all very professional and took good care of me. I felt safe.
Reg Patrick
I was very pleased with the care received at Lovelace heart hospital. The staff was very kind and professional and provided the best of care possible. Dr. Raymond Yau, was was amazing! Very direct but patient and attentive to what I had to say!
The nurses where very caring and kind.
My special thanks to nurses Meredith and Nicolette for their attention and professionalism. I highly recommend Lovelace and I thank them for the excellent care I received while a patient there.
Nancy Yuen
I love my (new) cardiologist! I moved here from San Diego, where I had excellent doctors and care. While my first PCP left much to be desired, he did refer me to the Heart Institute, part of Lovelace Medical center. There, I secured an appointment with Dr Kunz, a lovely, observant, thoughtful physician. While I will be changing my PCP, I'm certain I will want to keep D Kunz for cardiological care, as he has certainly met my very high expectations!
Steven Schott
After 10 days of hospitalization at the Lovelace Medical Center I continue to be impressed with the comprehensive quality of the staff and facilities.
I was treated very well by a competent, caring, and experienced staff.
Even though having to lay on my back with lots of devices plugged into my body was a grueling experience for ten days the staff made it endurable for me. I am very grateful for that.
Dr Haarhuus was an outstanding player in my care.
HEATHER SEWARD
The staff was kind, attentive, and professional, anticipating my needs, even moving me to a second room which was more comfortable and fit my needs better. Each procedure was explained and demonstrated prior to implementation, so I understood exactly what was going to happen. Each and every one was patient and kind.
Stanley Robb
At 76 years of age having quality heart care is important. NMHI at Lovelace has been an excellent resource so much so that I feel no need to travel to Mayo or the Cleveland Clinic. The doctors and staff are excellent.
Carolyn Anderson
My husband loved the fact that valet parking didn't touch his precious Tesla. I did not enjoy my post op experience. Never blame the victim. I will avoid using Lovelace in the future.
Greg Hoffman
Dr. Peralta is amazing. He really takes time to explain and ensure his patients understand. I highly recommend him.

Biopsy on spine. Transferring from wheelchair to gurney and back was very painful (the nerve bundle in my spine is being crushed). But once on the bed and meds applied, the procedure was quick, painless and successful.
SC Guerin-Sexton
The staff at the Heart Hospital were prompt, informative and very nice. They explained everything to me and every step for my scan as well as when I could expect results. Thank you.
Denise Archibeque

Not to take away from all the others But Antoinette left a remarkable place in my heart...going out of her busy schedule to accommodate me ,,,,,Chandra her professionalism was perfect and she was so informative,,, God Bless your team...thank you again
Carla M Rubio
I was received with respect and in a timely manner by all that I came in contact with. I actually was surprised by the treatment that I received from them all. They didn’t treat me like an object nor did they make it seem that they just had to be there and didn’t want to !!!! I definitely will go back and thank you.
Sue Shook
The er is really friendly & the wait for me was short, however the er rooms need to be a whole lot cleaner once you get a room they are nice but it takes a long time for somebody to help you when you buzz for help
Liliana Jurewiez
I had a stress test done at the cardiology hospital. It was a great experience both, with the front desk as well as with the technitians performing it. I recommend LOVELESE HIGHLY .
Sue Hutchinson
I had a pleasant experience, overall, at Loveless Rehab Center. The employees work very hard at being efficient and are very competent!
John Ford
Great place if you have to be in the hospital. The staff are very competent and friendly. I felt very safe with their explanations and procedures.
I recommend Lovelace Medical Center.
Harriet Casleton
I recently had an MRI and received very good instructions. Technicians were caring, made sure I was comfortable, could hear and understand the procedure. My first visit to Lovelace main hospital as mostly go to Lovelace Women's. All experiences have received friendly, caring and excellent care. Thanks to all health care workers connected to Lovelace.
Linda DeVlieg
Great and caring people, the system (other than the on line communications) is perfection.
Ian Power, perhaps the best ortho doc on the planet.
That's all!
Shari Friedman
My second eye surgery at Lovelace Downtown and I have been very pleased. The staff is very efficient and thorough.
Estevan Gonzales
My surgery was a huge relief and everyone involved was very helpful.
I did have a longer wait time from the was told to check in to the time I actually went back to surgery was 2hours. The anesthesiologist Lea was very kind and calming. She reassured me that my personal medical decisions would be honored in case of an emergency. The nurse that greeted me when I woke was Michelle, who was absolutely amazing.
She was extremely patient hard working and kind despite being stretched thin due to not having enough staff. Thank you all for your help.
I was able to get my surgery done months earlier than I could have at UNM.
Sandra R
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. ER and surgery were fantastic. Nurses, reception and pretty much ALL were the best ever. Dr Wilkerson and staff were beyond incredible. Thanks for taking such great care of my 90 year old mom.
Brian Finley
I had the best experience at this hospital. I had a heart attack and they took the best care of me. Thank you Lovelace I am forever thankful
Maria Castro
Very good experience, as soon as I walked in the emergency entrance I was greated, sent to the triage area, not very many people waiting either. Immediately they got my personal info. And was seen by the nurse & did some tests that needed to be done. Soon I saw a Dr. Explained to me what was going on with my body, prescribed medications and was out of the hospital in no time. Was happy about the service!
Kathy Pelletti
My stay in the ER at Lovelace Medical Center was interesting. Because there were no beds available at the Heart Hospital, I was in the ER for almost 3 days. I found most care was adequate. One nurse stood out over the others. The rest did their jobs as best they could considering how crowded the ER was. The Hospitalist was extremely helpful in getting my transfer to the Heart Hospital.
Jim Whitfield
The physician visit was pleasant, and without any significant wait delay. I had two radiology procedures earlier the same day, and the techs also were very friendly. The whole process was very efficient and went very smoothly.
Susie Tagliapietra
Had an endoscopy and was treated extremely well by all staff and especially Dr. Jaquish who takes extreme care and attended to me so well. I am so thankful for him and the staff.
Mary Ingham
We were so impressed with the care Mary received from your facility. We were really apprehensive in going to an ER as our last experience landed us in for a week and left with making an out patient appointment which was almost impossible. Curtis (the nurse) and Dr. Prescott evaluated Mary and were able to do the cardio vert procedure successfully and had us out the door in about 2 hours. We were stunned at the efficiency of the team and the wonderful interaction with us. We were truly blessed! Your team that night was really impressive!

I certainly was not planning on having a Cardiac Event but was happily treated to very good care at Lovelace. It was not a simple case and it took a lot longer than anticipated, but in the end it all came together. I am home and doing well but very slowly mending. The only problem I encounted was transportation, I don't have a car or reliable help and no one had any information to get me home. I did eventually find a way home, it was very expensive but the driver was great help, stopping for very necessary drugs. Really did not want to spend July being ill but I am alive and glad they can help me stay that way.
Brenna Sherwood
They were very accommodating for our 2 year old when we brought him in for surgery. They let him decorate his mask that they used to put him under, had me there when he woke up instead of waiting until after and even put a mask and hair net on his little bear stuffed animal. Plus they went above and beyond to get us out quickly so my son could start to feel better. I highly recommend.
Pat Gould
All staff are very friendly, helpful, and compassionate. The hospitals and offices are clean and comfortable.
Raymond Sweetland
I've been with Lovelace for multiple years. All staff including doctors have done a great job thanks a billion 👍 …
Peter Dunlap
Late in July I had to have emergency appendectomy. The staff was friendly and concerned about my issue. I was checked in by 2:30 and out of surgery by 6 PM. Everything went well and was released late that evening to return home. I would recommend Lovelace for any and all your medical needs.

Great customer service and great communicating with me thoroughly about my procedure. I enjoy using MyChart and getting updates there!
Stephen Ruggles
I had a very good visit. The nurse was very nice. The doctor was very caring and knowledgeable.
Ilene Starr
I was recently at Lovelace for total hip replacement surgery, released the next day. My overall experience with staff and facilities was good -- staff particularly professional but kind and helpful, supportive. Food (3 meals) was pretty darned good! Forget the horror stories of hospital food this was more than decent. Overall, if I had to have surgery, this was a good place to be!
Lori Workizer
I've had to receive a lot of care through the downtown Lovelace location, from hospitalizations, many tests and procedures, and ongoing oncology care. I've been very pleased with my care there. Excellent caring staff, great in-patient care, and thorough explanations of results and recommendations. My case is unique; I'm grateful to be getting the care I need at Lovelace.
Cyndi Roberts-Ojeda
ER Triage nurse and NP were great! They listened to me and took care of everything promptly. Hands down the best experience Ive had at this Hospital.
Thank You!
Ingrid Biel
I was at Lovelace Downtown Radiology. The tech who performed my procedure was a trainee without supervision, although she seemed competent enough and was patient and polite. Radiology is housed on the first floor of the hospital, which was built is 1968. Rooms are cramped and gloomy, particularly the waiting room, which was crowded. Some people were not wearing masks and were coughing.
Gary Shallcross
The health providers and other staff are professional, explain everything clearly, and, best of all, have a sense of humor. Almost makes me want to get sick.
Teri S
Lovelace Medical Center/ New Mexico Heart Institute is a very modern facility with wonderful staff. That being said, I was pretty upset when I had to order and pay for records to find out test results. What is the purpose of having mychart if you are not going to post test results so the patient can see them and ask questions? It defeats the purpose of mychart. To add insult to injury the patient ends up paying for records that belong to the patient. Not cool!!!
Tamara Toliver
Was hospitalized on 5th floor of Lovelace Downtown where I received great care by intelligent, compassionate, caring Nurses, and Aides. Im a retired RN, so I know that the quality of care I received at Lovelace far superior to other hospitals In town. Great job guys!
Tammie Rogers
Lovelace is a great facility. I see my neurologist there and had my brain MRI done there. The technician was on time, courteous and funny. Dr. Shibuya is the very best neurologist.
Mona Soliz
Your facility is awesome. I won’t go anywhere else you guys are prompt accurate and you respond quickly and the facility is immaculate.
Deborah T.
When I arrived the lady at the entrance to hospital registered me so quick & placed my band on my wrist for my appointments. The catscan she was helpful and quick, and assisted me to blood draw. I had excellent service at all departments. They were very kind and compassionate. Great hospital ❤
Security even helped drive me to the front doors from parking garage. The handicap parking was far , and I couldn't have done this without their help.

I was treated for a heart condition. The medical team, including the surgical persons, nurses, and administrators were very good at wha t they do, all while displaying concern and care for my well being. I had a bad reaction to the blood thinner that was given me right after the procedure, but thankfully survived that. Hindsight tells me that more precautions/thoughts given before administering it, but the staff, ultimatley saw me through it

March 23, 2022 was my 4th surgery at Lovelace Downtown. As always, the staff was great, enthusiastic and helpful. Because every patient is probably not in the best of moods and somewhat demanding of their own issues, I imagine it must be impossible to maintain that personal touch. The only reason I didn't give Lovelace Downtown a 5 Star rating was for 2 reasons - #1: the "alarm" button didn't work so that when I call the nursing station, I could hear them but they couldn't hear me and that info didn't get passed from one shift to the other and #2: there used to be choice of food, there no longer is, and what is on the tray is tasty but very salty and just plain dark!.
Gail Love
My experience was great. From the pre-procedure instructions to the easy check-in, it was simple. The staff were very professional and I was completely at ease as the nurses made me comfortable and kept contact with me all the way to delivering me to my daughter's care.
Andrea Buschman
Everyone was friendly and helpful. However, my summary on the Mychart page stated that I was screened for something completely different from what I was told.

I was on my way from myrtle MS to the grand canyon i found myself 1200 miles from home. I have 1 kidney and a kidney stone is something I can't play around with. loved the day shift the nurses took good care of me. as for the nurse on the night shift needs to learn how to not to be so pushy and bossy. I was hurting 1200 miles from family as my wife took the 1st flight she could to get to me the night shift nurse was like she can't be here. not a good thing for people hurting that just want to have someone there with them. people need to be understanding sometimes and rules can be changed. I live by 3 rules 1 don't lie 2 do not be disrespectful 3 dont touch anything that's not yours. night shift needs to learn rule 2

ICU unit was terrific, awesome, and just beyond words. To many names to give a shout out to. Hands down to the care they provided to my husband. Now on the 4th floor. First day, the beginning was going ok. Now that’s when my husband was moved there. As the day progressed. The lack of communication was very noticeable. We asked for meds through the desk and the CNA. The desk said they would tell his nurse. Waited for an hour. The CNA came I asked her about his pain meds. We were told our nurse was on break. He came back and nothing was offered. It took me reminding the RN about the meds. It took 4 in half hours to get pain meds. I know I should say something. Yet, this is their job I’m paying for. SMH Lets see how the overnight team is.
Chris Schiotis
The care I received at Lovelace was amazing. Everyone is concerned and shows this through their kindness and attention to detail. Most importantly, the surgery was a resounding success. The pain relief I experienced in a short recovery time can only be described as amazing. Thank you, Lovelace! Thank you, Dr. Erasmus and Nurse Trujillo!

Happily, I was given markers to get parked and into the building. Registration to all of 5 minutes, and then I was sent down the hall to imaging. The day I was scheduled i was given a student to try her hand on me. She was polite and gentle. The teacher arrived and then I was finished. Nothing like a well oiled machine!

Definitely the most pleasant and comfortable hospital in Albuquerque for heart care issues. Over the past 20 years I have had surgery, tests, and Doctor visits at this facility. A week ago, and for the first time, I had a Doctor visit canceled without being advised before hand. Initially I found it quite upsetting, but now understand it was necessary because the Doctor was pulled for COVID service that day. My complaint is more accurately placed with the selfish people who refuse to get the available vaccine and now expect others to make them “all better “ - of course at the expense of medical staff and other patients.
Nancy Wasser
Lovelace Oncology Clinic staff always treat me kindly and respectfully. As a staff, they are aware of what's going on with their patients, and they take responsibility for their respective positions and communicate with other staff as to the needs of the individual patient. It is so important that patient information is transmitted among staff so that the patient gets the best possible care. Lovelace Clinic does this really well. They treat their patients as unique individual human beings, not as body parts. Also, they see patients relatively on time. I wish all facets of medical care were this good. Thank you for all your good and conscientious care!
Lynn Blackwood
Lovelace has been my provider for the last 6 years, 4 surgeries and some of the best care around. Great surgeons and nursing staff to boot. Very happy with the level of care! Excited to live a very long life with Lovelace as my provider in the future.
Carl Konrad
All the personnel I encountered starting with the lady that took my temp at the door, the young girl that registered me in, to all the nurses and doctors that took care of me were not only professional, but seemed to go out of their way to be friendly, and have a very positive outlook. Special thank to Paulina and Zayla my last nurses. Staying in the hospital is never a great experience, but your staff did a wonderful job making my stay as positive as they could make it. You have a great staff at Lovelace Medical Center, please take care of them.
Carl Konrad

From when I got to the lovelace hospital I was attended fast and they looked for everything that may have been wrong with me. And because of their quick action I'm alive now so I thank everyone there help.
joe sanchez
i would like to thank everyone on the second floor ICU everyone so professional and compassionate. I can't say it enough but thank you for saving my life and making my family feel positive and comfortable that i was in the best place in the state for my heart condition. So from the whole Sanchez family god bless and continue to make all your patience's feel the respect and professionalism given to my family.

I was treated with respect by all staff. Dr. Larh was awesome. Highly recommend The Lovelace ER systems.
rttrasksr
I was in the hospital for four days including a weekend day as a surgical patient. Without exception, 24 hrs a day, every staff member, regardless of their role, were kind, caring, and empathetic. I could not have been more impressed with my stay at Lovelace.
Shea Katner
The staff at Lovelace are the best medical professionals I have ever met! They make sure that you are taken good care of and that all of your needs have been met. I would not go anywhere else.
Lionel Gutierrez
Thank God for All the people who work at the Hospital. Especially the nurses who took care of me, felt like a VIP. You also gave me another 10 ? Years to take care of my 95 year young mom. Thank All of you wonderful Americans
Susanna Gilbert
The endoscopy and esophagus flip went well. Good before procedure care.
Helen Barela
Went into ER for kidney stones, the wait was faster than I expected, after that the wait and having a set time for surgery was kept telling me different times, as it turned out had to wait till next day at first they said first thing in the morning than 3:00 PM ended up 5:00 PM. But in the meantime my stay was very comfortable the nursing and tech staff were very helpful and accommodating. Just one nurse in the operating waiting room was very rude and insulting when I asked how much longer would it take the surgeon to get there! Overall I would go back if I had to.
James Hallock
The only reason it's not a 5 is the usual hospital practice of never allowing enough time for sleep. It seems blood tests, BP readings, and every other thing are deliberately spaced out to interrupt any sleep you may get. I was admitted Friday and finally got 2 hours uninterrupted sleep Sunday morning.
Bo Francis
I would give Lovelace five stars if possible, but the patients are so great in number, no way any facility can keep up. I am grateful that I was seen by excellent staff, but I am just another patient with no name.
Sharon Lukach
The Med Asst has troublesome tattoos. He needs to wear a long t-shirt under his uniform.
Robert Ashmore
Good hospital. Competent, friendly staff. The only criticism would be the same with all hospitals - you never know when the doctors will make their rounds to pass on information about care. Nursing staff did their best but have no control over the doctors. I would recommend Lovelace hospital.
rebecca lucero
For the most part my stay at Lovelace was uneventful. The hospitality I had was awful! He showed zero compassion and then blamed it all on me. I have yet to figure out what a hospitality does anyway. My nurses were absolutely amazing! Kind, caring, compassionate. The techs were on it as well.

My husband was recently hospitalized at The Heart Hospital for a life threatening health problem. He had to be flown there from several hours away. Not only did the medical team accept his complicated case but, the entire team provided him with exemplary care. I want to emphasize the WHOLE team. Outstanding care that saved his life, thank you, thank you.
Bob Morbenforsen
I read lots of the bad reviews but I am not one who has had a bad experience here. I've had numerous procedures and they have all gone well.
I felt like the people who cared for me, especially the nurses and the people in MRI/CT did a great job and they made me feel like they were really concerned for me. I don't leave a lot of reviews or do alot online but I logged on today to leave some reviews and I just wanted to mention this.
Hospitals in ABQ are all really not that great compared to other cities I have lived in...but my experience here has been good so I wanted to speak up and say that.
Thank you for your help.
Jean Griffin
My ability to schedule an ECHO at Lovelace Medical Center downtown in a timely fashion was a real blessing. My doctor at the Heart Institute wanted this test done prior to my next visit. This visit was scheduled near the end of May, but the Heart Institute did not have any openings until mid July. I called centralized scheduling and was able to get appointment prior to my doctor visit.
Dave Romero
I have used Lovelace numerous times and have never had a bad experience with them. Matter of fact a bunch of caring and professional health care professionals work there. I would highly recommend Lovelace to take care of your medical needs in the future.
Rod
Lovelace medical center I recieved a warn and friendly welcome, the individuals in the front area were very informed.
Phil Mckenzie
I could not have had a better experience. The people here were very professional and were genuinely concerned about my surgery and how I was doing. I think it is the first time that it took less than an hour, from the time they told me I was going to be released to getting released. If you have a choice of hospitals, I would highly recommend this one.....and for Neck surgeons. Dr. Otero-Lopez IS the best. I can't believe I was on pain meds for less than five days and already feel SO much better than before the surgery.
Larry Benson
I passed out while fixing breakfast on a Sunday morning and my wife called 911 and I was taken to Lovelace Hospital ER where they took good care of me for the rest of the day. The staff monitored my vital signs and ran blood tests to make sure my heart was okay, did a CT scan of my head and neck to make sure I didn't have a stroke, concussion or bleeding around my brain, and installed 5 staples to close a gash on the back of my head. My only complaint is the television monitor in my room was not working, but fortunately I had brought a book to read or I would have been extremely bored.
Bill Holder
All staff encountered were very polite and professional. I waited only a short time before being called.
Jim Fedor
Even in these hard times and the hospital over flowing all of the staff were eager to help and make sure all were comfortable and cared for.
Cyndi
I was very pleased by the level of care I received at the Lovelace ER on MLK. The doctors and the staff were really helpful and answered all my questions. The only reason this isn't five stars is because there was a terribly long wait for this process.
Jacob Nicholas
My experience at Lovelace was terrific! The process of getting an appointment was fast and all done electronically through my phone. The testing piece was simple and they returned my results to me the same day! Can’t ask for more than that! Thanks Lovelace Medical Center!
Nancy Kristen Wilson
Kind and patient technicians worked with me, helping me relax and feel comfortable thru a CT sedan and MRI. Thankyou
Steve Foxe
I've been a patient of the Lovelace Heart Hospital group for several years and just had a surgical procedure done there. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The doctors and staff are awesome.
Susan Keller
The nurse assigned to my husband, Lynn, was first-rate. My four-star rating is based largely on the fact that she went above and beyond -- doing her own job and fixing things others had broken. That meant dealing with screw-ups in communication (no one arriving with a family member for a procedure the same morning had been notified that they had to leave the hospital entirely and await a phone call once their loved one was in recovery). I totally understand and support Covid protocols but I do not understand why this information was not relayed in any of the pre-op communications. Lynn also was the one who broke the news that my husband had to spend four hours post-op lying flat on his back -- a detail that had not been mentioned in any of the written material or discussions with doctor before the procedure. Since Lovelace Heart Hospital is a specialty facility and draws patients from all over New Mexico, it should take seriously the difficulties created for out-of-town patients and their families by not communicating information vital to planning for hotel stays, drives home, etc,
Joe Hanosh Jr
I'm extremely grateful for the professional patience, caring kindness, positive attitudes, pleasant cheerfulness rendered during my surgical operation. The entire medical staff, supportive staff and therapist provided exemplary services to be emulated as a prototype. Thier personal conversations made my days ahead for a speedy recovery be a motivational tool!
The Best Family Team, 'cause you are the Best Family Team!
Thank you so so very much with endless appreciation, Hipster Fun-cle Bionic Alien!

Even in these COVID trying times, the staff was friendly and caring. The Martin Luther King facility pre-op area is starting to show its age and the fact a lot of patients go through the space. The patient prep areas are small. I have had surgeries at the Lovelace Women's hospital and the West Side facility and both seemed in better condition. So the staff was good but the facility could use some updating.

Everybody that had an interaction of any type with me and my father during our visit to the Lovelace Heart Hospital did a wonderful job of making us feel comfortable at all times during our struggle to help my father survive his peripheral artery disease problem that occurred. Thank you staff from the bottom of my Heart.

Lovelace Hospital (downtown Albuquerque) is top notch in almost every area from the ER to the OR and everything in between. My experience is a happy one overall except for 1 bad nurse named Lorraine. She is a charge nurse on the 8th floor. The day she was assigned to me she refused my requests for help. I was made to lay in my own urine for 6 humiliating hours. And she deliberately delayed giving medicine stating she didn't want to give it as ordered. This is such a great hospital but if I ever get admitted again I will be reporting staff like this nurse. None should be ignored or embarrassed in a hospital ever!
Karen Bonime
I received excellent care during my recent surgery and overnight stay. The staff were professional and caring. I have only one complaint, and it is very concerning. On each side of the bed is a set of buttons for raising and lowering parts of the bed. Above those buttons is button for calling the nurse's station, and that button does not work. I was told that this is true of all the beds on the ward I was in. The only way to call the nurse's station is to use the hand-held device which has a button identical to the ones on the bed. Not knowing this, I waited for hours to get help, thinking the nurses were just "too busy." I am not the only patient who experienced this frustrating lack of response. The "Call Nurse" buttons on the beds should be PAINTED OVER. What I endured MUST NOT happen to anyone!
Meg Sullivan
I was well taken care of for my hip replacement on 11/30/2021. The pre-op team was phenomenal and made me feel comfortable. On the 8th floor, they also took good care of me. It's interesting to see the care styles from one Lovelace facility to another. My chart has a timeline of care now, but they don't follow it. For example, deep breathing exercises. Those were never done. Just little things like that..
Monika Parker
I am two weeks out from an anterior approach robot assisted total hip replacement. I went into surgical care at 5:30 am and left the hospital at 3pm. I could not be more pleased with my progress or the care given me at Lovelace Hospital. I waited far to long to get the surgery, but I was waiting for a surgeon with the skills to use the anterior approach and in the use of the robotic arm. Dr. Jay Wojick of the Lovelace Orthopedic group is skilled in both and I highly recommend him. His team and everyone else, from the hospital greeter to the person who wheeled me down to go home were professional and caring. My other hip is also in need of a replacement. I'll be scheduling that surgery in August of this year with Dr. Wojick at Lovelace Hospital.
Kaye VanFossan
I was in the Heart Hospital for vascular surgery. My review is based on my post-op experience.
All staff are over-worked and far too busy to provide the kind of care needed on my particular ward. Most of my Nurses were very kind and caring, but by the second day after surgery, I felt pretty much ignored.
Marilyn W. McClenahan
I went in In January because my PA at Alb Renal was concerned about my low pulse rate. An EKG was done that day that showed that half of my heart was not receiving a consistent signal. I took a Heart monitor study for 2 weeks. When the results were forwarded to my Lovelace Doctor. he rescheduled my appointment , moved up my echocardiogram, canceled my stress test, and got my Pacemaker installed the following week. I am alive without any stroke's or heart attacks, The reception staff, techs, nurses and Doctors . did their jobs well.
Keith Walden
Everyone there was so professional and friendly. All of the staff and the nurses and the doctors and the surgeons and the kitchen workers and everyone.
The food is really good too!

I have had an ablation &, 2 months later, a cardioversion for my long-term A-fib. Both were initially successful. Due to having A-fib many years it came back after the ablation. Don't make my mistake of ignoring A-fib.
The care I have received at Lovelace has been exceptional. Every medical professional handling my case has communicated fully what to expect & greatly eased my mind going in & after the procedures. Absolutely the best care is provided by a fantastic team at the Loveless heart hospital.
NLD Texas
Overall, my experience at the Lovelace main facility was good. The surgical Floor 8 seemed to have a good staff. The room that I was in was very run down and needed damage repaired and painting. It had been used for the past floor as COVID ward so this could be the reason. There was trash in a cubby in the rolling table from a previous patient, so, of course, that makes me wonder about cleaning procedures.
I was unable to get a creamed soup consistency There seemed to be a problem between insisting on ordering an all liquid diet or a regular diet and due to special needs regarding swallowing, I needed to have thickened liquids, yogurt and these types of textures - the eating did not have anything to do with why I came in and I told those around me that I would need a special diet based on my special swallowing needs. Essentially I was unable to eat for the two days I was there which is not good for the healing process related to surgery.
PT and OT were very helpful and educational. My main nurse was amazing, kind and helpful. She worked out a plan to maintain pain management. She knew that one drug would not hold me over until it was taken again and another could be taken as needed she had me taking the other med later. It was more work for her, but kept the pain under control so that when I went home I was able to maintain the schedule which is very helpful to my recovery.
The care was good in my opinion. I appreciate the pre-surgical team was
and their care for me. The anesthesia group really relieved some of my anxiety because of the time they took to explain their part of the procedure and shared that they also had a plan b if plan a did not work.
The orthopedic team from the surgical scheduling nurse, to Dr. Hanosh and his physician assistant have been amazing. As much as I hate the pain, I think the procedure was done well and great skill. The team seemed to have a really good communication environment and did their best. I hope that everything continues to go well and I thank this group and team.
Ken Snyder
Nurses were great. Bit confusing who the doctors were. Seemed I would get several at a time. NOW, the food was god awful. I was not there for the food but was just awful. Too salty, bland, no taste, etc.
Patty Bustos
I'm new to Lovelace Medical Centers and have had nothing but good experiences. Every one I have dealt with has been very attentive and kind. Thank you all for having such nice attitudes and not making me feel rushed in any way.
Rodneythor
I had lumbar surgery on my spine on November 15, 2021. Overall the care was excellent.
But there was one thing that needs to change immediately and I fear it won't be:
RECOVERY
When I woke from surgery the "NURSE CALL BUTTON" didn't work.
This is because the Lovelace Hospital has a panel of buttons on a cable that is thrown into your bed. You wrestle with it, you lose it, ut that's your nurse call button.
You are on your tummy for back surgery, so they intubate you to control your breathing, because they're giving you meds that impair it.
When you wake, your voice is as raspy as it is weak. You're weak overall. And you can't summon any assistance except to talk.
Suppose you have a complication and need assistance.
Tough luck.
The recovery staff is drinking coffee at the nurse's station for most of their shift, except when THEY are moved to check on you.
As soon as I woke I realized I had not recovered my breathing strength, and an attentive young staffer bent down to me and offered me fentanyl. I thought this was improper. At least wait until the patient has strong respirations. That soon after surgery, pain isn't an issue yet.
I was promised that when I was in surgery they would catheterize me for urine. Two days later I had a urinary tract infection. This may be because of sloppy technique.
I give the surgery team five stars
I give the care team on the floor five stars.
I have diabetes, and any steroid makes my insulin ineffective.
I was given regular meals and my blood sugar skyrocketed.
Why was this information lost?
When I was finally given a diabetic diet, I was given a sandwich. Really?
An insulin dependent diabetic, given steroid, and then fed sandwiches? Do they want me in a coma? Suppose I don't go into a coma but I feel miserable and sick? Is that the level of care they want?
James Clark
Probably an unfair rating due to Covid-19 issues such as short staffing. My room mate was verbally loud, talked on his cell phone, played video games with the speaker on and had the TV on until 4:00 AM with no consideration for others. Nurses and techs never asked him to turn them off. My last day (day after surgery) I saw my nurse at the beginning of the shift and on discharge. Had little response from the nursing station on late meds and info on release. Finally called my surgeons office to get something going on release. Poor cell service in the surgery waiting room. Had to cut my pancakes with a knife to eat them due to too much time in the microwave.
Mary Velarde
The staff and care I received was very exceptionally good. Everyone involved in my care was super concerned and very caring of how I was doing. I would choose Lovelace again in my future for any length of hospital stay. Like I said the people who attended me and the care I received was EXCELLENT!!!!
Debbie Scott
The staff is wonderful and very compassionate. His nurses were excellent. Just need the Dr. to sign the death certificate.
Berta Descarga
My nurses Will and Dwan (on the 8th floor) were very professional and very caring! I would love to publicly congratulate both of you for the professional treatment you gave me. I will always remember them. My Drs very professional and kind too. The cleaning lady very good. Everyone in the operating room is very friendly, including the anesthesiologist. I had very good care. In general, I am very pleased with the hospital, emphasizing that my surgery was planned with very little time. Greetings to all and good luck, your patient Berta Descarga wishes you.
Tara Marino
Dr Otero-Lopez and Dr Keri called me in for emergency surgery on Monday night.
The staff was excellent and caring.
My care was excellent. Nurses, Dr's and techs.
I had 24 hr access to snacks after surgery. Meals were great! I can't say enough about my care at Lovelace downtown. They were just phenomenal.
Mary Seal
Excellent care, friendly, efficient and professional staff. One would never know that these folks have been slammed by the pandemic. I am very grateful for the great experience my husband had at Lovelace downtown and the Lovelace Women's ER.
Billie Sanchez-Torres
I had a CT scan performed by Laurie, she is a friendly, gentle , well skilled professional. Beginning with the greeter as you walk in, the receptionist, as well, friendly and good at what they do! Thank you Lovelace Medical Center on Martin Luther king Ave.
Rachel Caird
No one wants to be in the hospital and insurance doesn't give us much choice of where we go. Overall I left healthier than I came in. There were awesome staff and there were terrible staff. Very average stay.
Barbara Lugones
I was in the ER in room A3 for four days before they found a room upstairs for me. While I was in the ER half the time when I paged for a nurse to help me with something it took them anywhere between 30 minutes and two hours to get into the room to see what I needed. Once I was upstairs in room 4027 I was well taken care of if I needed something and Nurse was right there. I want to thank everyone who helped me it is a shame that the ER is so shorthanded
Sherry Ryan
Overall, my experience went very well and the staff were sincere, caring and professional with all my procedures I needed to get done. Everything was explained to me. I've never been here so I felt like I was well cared for from the time I came in to the time I left.
Gary Traylor
I was at Lovelace Downtown for an outpatient procedure. Everyone from the check-in to the recovery room were exceptionally professional letting me know what was going on at all times and following up regularly to make sure all was OK. A very good and much appreciated experience.
Carla Cotter
Lovelace was such a great help as I was going through alot of different things including high blood pressure stomach pains as well as alot of other things that I couldn't figure out why. I went to the E.R. and the nurses and Drs were so good to me and figured out my problem. I can't say enough about those staff. My experience there was excellent.
Steven DuBois
Nursing is above reproach, Pre-Op Phlebotomist is friendly and excellent taking blood from this very hard stick. Lovelace should do all they can to get her into the Physician Assistant Program.
The kitchen leaves something to be fixed. My lunch wasn't edible broccoli had been steaming since at least Sunday and the had been slow baked since last Wednesday. On the positive side for the kitchen my supper of AWESOME BBQ Brisket, baby asparagus and diced baby red potatoes was fit for the 🤴
Pre-Op Wednesday was AWESOME but nurses need to watch what they say about how hard they work a d get no recognition.
Post Op nurses and doctors are AWESOME
8th floor nurses are what makes Lovelace my new hospital coming from Presblaterian
MerryChristmas Claus
I had surgery to put in a Fistula for dialysis. Dr. Wilkerson is amazing. Kind, detailed enough in his explanations that I sent from scared spitless to comfortable and confident. The anesthesiologist listened carefully to my problems with prior anesthetics and repeated the issues back to me when explaining what he would do to ensure everything went well.
I came home with a small piece of gauze and a Tagaderm cover. Others with different surgeons came home with their entire arm bandaged the size of a football.
Anthony Serrano
Every time I go to lovelace, I am treated with the highest professional care. I have told all my family and friends how I am treated, with the highest professional care and respect a paitant can receive at any lovelace hospital location. Thank you lovelace for taking care of me.
Robert Cordes
Dr Rai was excellent, thorough, and very conscientious about my irregular heart beat. However, maneuvering through the hospital mechanisms was very difficult. I still don't have Lovelace Heart Institute connected to mychart records for my PCP. I got word that your IT was working on it, but no word yet. I think it must be a nightmare for hospitals to recover from the crunch of covid and then be faced with horrendous labor issues. However, I'm Maine Health Cardiology and able to call in, get a live response to questions and have scheduled tests to be done.
Respectfully,
Robert Cordes

A week ago, I had an accute Gallbladder attack in the early morning hours that resulted in its removal. Even during the challenges all HMO's are now facing due to COVID-19, the emergency and hospital staff at Lovelace Downtown Hospital were professional, responsive, informative and compassionate from the moment I arrived until I was discharged 4 days later.
daughterofmist2
Went into have surgery and from check in, pre-op holding, surgery, and recovery were awesome. Even though they were slammed with patient still took time with each patient. Dr. Perez was awesome.
Rita Peaslee
Had to go to the ER at Heart Hospital/Lovelace and was checked in almost immediately and nurse checked all my vitals and Dr. Prescott was in within minutes after that and was very professional, diagnosed my issue and was released with instructions....all within 30 minute time frame. I would certainly recommend this hospital ER for such services.
esther clark
I recently had an ablation at Lovelace. I'm an old nurse so I know good nursing care from bad and the care I got was excellent. All the nurses were calm, competent, and made me feel safe and cared for.
CG Shifter
All the doctors and staff were extremely kind and helpful. I was always able to get whatever I needed quickly. The facilities were clean and well-maintained.
Neal Johnson
My stress test with myocardial perfusion was a good experience. Janet Berry and Albert Brierden explained the procedures and were very professional. Janet was very personable which made me feel comfortable.
Roland Wood
This hospital was great I wish I had came here first not UNM
Jerry Brown
Very happy with everyone I have interacted with at Lovelace. Appointments have been pretty easy to schedule as well. Much easier than other locations.
I would recommend Lovelace to anyone, based on my experiences.
Nat Cobb
Lovelace has delivered for me in many ways. I have a good primary care doc, when I get referred to a specialist it is prompt and efficient, and staff have been friendly and helpful. My wife’s experience has been more mixed, with some fragmentation of care and difficulty finding the right primary physician.
JoAnne Sheridan
A recent procedure to clear plaque blockage in my left leg was successful requiring an overnight hospital stay and I was well attended by Kristin and Mary, the nurses on duty...utmost care was given to my comfort and personal care.
Michael “Mike” Garcia
I am thankful for the absolutely amazing care I received at the Lovelace Heart Hospital. All the doctors, nurses, technicians, staff, and food service were excellent!
Denise Cousineau
The staff was very attentive. The television left a lot to be desired.
Joseph Herrera
I've got to say that I have never had a bad experience at Lovelace Medical Center. Everything has pretty much run on time and the Medical Staff has gone out of their way to answer any and all questions. No hurry up and move along here. ( I can't say anything good about the CNO or CFO of Lovelace ) Believe me. They don't care for their Dr's. RN's or other staff.
It's very shameful and I am surprised there is not more turn around.
Frederick Fiber
Lovelace chart is vey good to keep in touch with your caregivers! They improved a LOT!
Susan McDaniel
For my recent visit to the Heart Hospital the care and compassion were great.
Leon F. Smalley
The entire team did a great job. Dr. McBride was great and explained everything well. Me and my wife want to thank you all, Dr. McBride, Dr. Metzger, Nurse Eimen and Nurse Longhurst for all you did for me. You are deeply appreciated. I highly recommend Lovelace Medical Center.
Barbara Frames
Best hospital in Albuquerque as far as I am concerned. Nursing staff very helpful and caring, excellent medical care and even the food is quite tasty. I can't say enough about how good the patient care is.
Patricia Kelly
Excellent cardiac follow up appointment. Laura McDermott highly skilled, gave really good & simple explanations, and took care of my ancillary needs.
Bronson Springstead
My experience at the Lovelace Heart Center was exceptional from the day I was admitted until my discharge date. My wife had taken me to Loveless because I had pressure in my chest that seemed to be increasing, she immediately drove me to Loveless (where she had had stents placed previously herself), and got me checked in.
I was immediately asked about my history of any heart problems, and then several exams were started. Since, in my anamnesis I had not mentioned any chest pain, just tightness, several tests were performed, and each and every person explained what was being done to determine my chest problems.
A total exam was done on my heart including a catheter camera insertion in an artery of my wrist which later on , that no stents were needed in my current condition.
A small leak was discovered in a valve, but could have been there for some time so I was released fro Loveless Heart Hospital with instructions to monitor my blood pressure four to five times each day and if it was in the higher limits, to use Losartin to lower it.
My ex periance at this hospital was very professional and I appreciate the care received there.

The staff at LoveLace downtown was amazing! I had surgery this past Friday and stayed though Saturday. Latricia, Rhea, Rebecca, Robert thank you for being amazing and kind, even with all the crazy happening. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate all of you and all the staff, you all care about patients even with short handed and been put through a lot with the pandemic! Thank you a million!!
Bernadette Garcia Hernandez
I was very impressed first of all with the kindness of everyone we came into contact with. They were cheerful and professional at the same time. I felt they were truly concerned and I highly recommend this facility.
james “Jammer” walker
The surgery went well, and recovery in the hospital was good. Nurses were friendly and responsive, as well as empathetic. Dawson, in particular, was exceptional.
Richard Swinney
Service and patient care is great.
Only disappointment was I waited for 3 days for a return call to confirm whether or not I should not take my meds the night before stress test apointment.. they called me when I was in the apointment.
Jo Wilson
Sent to ER at Heart Hospital from Urgent Care. Everyone was extremely caring and supportive to me from the ambulance staff to all the workers in the ER and then the people who administered all the needed tests. Everything worked out fine.
tom brown
I cant express enough how friendly, professional, and competent the nurses and doctors were. They took care of what could have been a very painful bone biopsy with next to no pain and with expediency. They also were very nice and a pleasure to converse with. I highly recommend them
K. K. McClelland
I was treated with care and concern by everyone on the staff. Thank you, Heart Hospital of New Mexico.

My visits to both the Lovelace ER and Medical Center have been over and above my expectations.
Each facility is friendly and professional. Considering the stress placed on our country’s medical system from this pandemic, we all owe a debt of gratitude to those who have chosen to dedicate themselves to helping others.
Thank you.
Georgina Nunnari
My husband had surgery a few days ago, and the hospital was fantastic! Check-in was very easy and his surgery started ahead of schedule. The nurses were very caring and explained things thoroughly. In the waiting room, were able to follow the surgery through a television monitor. From our experience, we would recommend this hospital!
Nicole Rejda
Great pt care. Now wait easy visit. Highly recommend.
jack garland
Directions to facility were right on, and the registration process was quick, courteous and efficient. Procedure started right on time or even a little ahead of schedule. Nuclear med tech was great at communicating details of procedure and was very reassuring. Couldn't ask for better.
Richard Eitzen
Doctors and nurses were great. Cleanliness of room, not at all satisfactory. In one corner where baseboard meets walls I could have planted a corn crop. In their defense, I know staffing is incredibly hard right now.

I was inpat for 13 days and had the most caring and attentive RNs, Techs, Respiratory therapist, They were wonderful wanted to do everything that would help me get better. They explained everything and when I asked questions they gave me all the info I needed. I cant say enough good about everyone who worked on the 9th floor while I was there in late Sept to earyl Oct. When OT,PT came in they made sure I understood why I should do something a certain way for my safety.
Greg Welch
Dr. Kenyon and Dr. Prescott are the best! Thank you so much! Gloria, Jessie, and all the staff I encountered were simply amazing! Thank you for the thorough treatment I received. If I ever need to go to the ER again, I will come back here!
Donald Thurn
Nursing staff, especially in recovery were outstanding. Providing attentive care. Going with extra effort to resolve needs.
Chuck Ahrens
Checked in promptly but only got 10 minutes with a Nurse Practitioner instead of the Cardiologist. Guess he was too busy to talk about my AAA.
Barbara Davidge
The nursing staff was very knowledgeable and understanding about my concerns, and the doctor was compassionate with all of my fears and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go to Lovelace Heart Hospital again.
Michael Burke
Very Happy with service and medical staffs and departments. Was surprised at the amount of out of pocket expense up front I had to pay. High end deductible insurance I chose backfired. already medical issues this year with 3 consecutive no health issue years.
Michael Vono
Lovelace Medical Center demonstrated an excellent work of proficiency and compassion. I broke four ribs plus my collarbone and was in excruciating pain. The nurses and doctors at Lovelace were excellent . I felt well cared for and safe with the nurses and professionals at Lovelace Medical Center.
MOSES WINSTON IV
My Lovelace experience with the Radiology Lab was outstanding. The tech was ready on time and respected the idea that I was taking off work. Highly recommend Lovelace for MRI.
Julee Vigil
We were with my step daughter on the 10th floor and had the privilege to have the nurse Lorianne who is AMAZING!!!!! Worked so well with her and was so patience & understating. She has a great calling for this job and what a blessing she was for our family answering our questions and giving us her full attention when we plus Tammie needed it we appreciated her and the whole staff here. What a great job they did. Thank you so much.
Laura Whitney
All staff I was in contact were friendly and helpful. My surgeon was amazing. Never a long wait for any xray or tests I had to do. I wanna kick myself for not coming to Lovelace sooner
Laura Gilkerson
Wait time not to bad, and everyone very nice to me. Need to make sure to ask if you need something. Someone willing to help if they can.
Mike Boos
I've used Lovelace for 5 years and have not had a problem with doctors , nurses and making appointments. I have been happy with every aspect of my care and I highly recommend their doctors and caregivers.
Rosa LaJeunesse
I had to wait over two hours to be called. Since I saw several other people going in and out I decided to ask. I was told that there was a problem with the computer and Registration didn't sent my info to the lab. Technicians were excellent.
Mary Ann Leffingwell
My experience was very good. Had an MRI .

Some of the previous reviews of the Lovelace Medical Center had me concerned when my surgeon scheduled my major abdominal surgery at the hospital. I am happy to report that from my initial check in to pre-op to recovery to two nights as a patient on the 8th floor, everyone I interacted with was wonderful - caring, experienced, and professional. The nurses and techs were consistently friendly, explained what they were about to do, and took the time to answer any questions that arose. I was well taken cared of and treated with kindness and respect during my stay. I'm recovering at home now but wanted to share my positive experience with others who may be concerned about other ratings the medical center has received.
Jon Pillars
Doctors are good, that has been my experience.
However the billing dept is always trying to bill me for more than the insurance allows and I get stuck with much more than my copayment.
It’s too bad but looks like I will have to change providers.
Wendy Grover Rebmann
Professional and responsive medical teams and assistants across the board. I had much better experiences with orthopedic and pain medicine than at competing providers in the area.
In contrast, NM ortho/UNM sports medicine/rehab doctors didn't seem to take seriously that I was unable to walk a block on a concrete sidewalk for the past two years. . . and had to use wheelchairs at the airport.
They treated me like it was "little aches and pains" (direct quote)-- which struck me as both sexist and dismissive -- when it was a serious disabling functional limitations that they could have fixed if they cared one wit about the quality of my life or pain. . . . instead of fixing my knee two years ago they kept giving me cortisone shots which screwed up my blood sugar to pre-diabetic levels. I never realized how hard it would be to get get ortho care when I moved to New Mexico . . .
In sum, at Lovelace highly competent endocrinologist, pain medicine, orthopedic practice and breast center. Would highly recommend.
I have never had a bad or unprofessional experience at this facility.
Dan Brannan
The cardioversion was professional. Adrian, Kyle, Lynette, and Brad did well. The only complaint was that the front desk kept complaining that I should have showed up 1.5 hours before my appointment not a half hour earlier. I was told by scheduling to be there a half hour before the appointment. Someone needs to get the two on the same page.
Juan Garcia
Had a Cardiac scoring test and I’m glad I did it! Only $150 out of pocket but so worth it. Dr. Kim is the best.
O'Neill Blacker-Hanson
Individual doctors and/or nurse practitioners can be excellent (I adore Debra Naricsse) but the process of communicating w a doc or specific office is dreadful. Remember when you could actually speak w your doc's staff? Ha! There are several choices at the only tele # one can use, all of which lead to yet another (usually LONG) hold time, followed by talking to a "switchboard like" individual (who may be capable and pleasant, but who's only able to "pass along a message" to the professional you actually want to speak with). You may or may not get a response, and it's generally on one's portal - so it's on you to check the site frequently (no email or other heads-up that a msg has been sent). If I could find a one-on-one doc office, I'd do it in a minute. This corporatization, keep-your-doc-at-a-distance is just dreadful.
Foursee Consulting
Lovelace Medical Center heart hospital is the best in the state of New Mexico. I had issues with my LVAD and their team of doctors and nurses got my blood pressure down and made sure that my LVAD was working properly before being discharged.
Ira Cooper
4 hours in the waiting room and they're not busy...just claiming a short crew. Promised to see us quickly when the next crew came on...its been an hour and fifteen since the promise. No action, no updates, no checking on us. Said we were third in line 90 minutes ago. The waiting room has seriously deteriorated. FIVE hours before taken back. Can it be done better?
That being said, care once you get in is really great. Compassionate, efficient, patient (no pun) skilled and professional. So there must be some corporate decisions lacking in how the waiting room is managed. It's a shame to have that ER waiting room as the first line of experience. Gotta add stars for the care. Can't base it on the waiting room. But what an awful place that waiting room is.
Ron Ayers
Dr. McBride and her team at the OR were excellent. It was my first surgery and they knocked it out of the park before, during and after. I highly recommend her if you have surgical needs.
John Berryman
The appointment were on time, and registration staff engaging and efficient. The physician component reflected preparation and collegial interaction, with appropriate clinical referrals for imaging. Dr. Peralta, my cardiologist, was informative and explained test results to me and my wife in detailed fashion. I would recommend Dr. Peralta and his staff without reservation!
Joh D. Berryman, MD FACOG.
Leigh Fifield
Everyone was very professional during my recent surgery.
Kathleen Keating
The care my Mom has received at Lovelace UNM rehab hospital as been exemplary. The staff and doctors are very caring and respectful. Thank you to all who have assisted my Mom in her recovery ❤️🩹 …
Michael Flax
Nursing and docs the best. Kudos to preop post op and 8th floor staff
Michael seabrook
Once again, it was easy and quick. Are you back to see a doctor and they said on the problem thank you bye
Patrick Olguin
upon checkout I was given a packet of paperwork. No explanation, no planned future visit, etc
Anthony Garcia
Lovelace medical group has always taken good care of my health needs whether it be a broken arm, stitches on my forehead or other health issues I’ve had in the past; they have always done a great job nurses staff and doctors. Thank you Lovelace for being my go to hospital
Libby Noack
My experience with the physical therapist who helped me with pelvic training was so positive, and helpful. Susie Law-Godat was kind, respectful, informative, and I very much look forward to working with her. Thank you so much!
Deborah Baker
Everyone was very helpful and took good care of me.
Thomas and Mary Anderson
Saw a cardiologist on my 1st visit to Lovelace Medical Center. My appointment was on time informative. My doctor explain my the outcomes to me to where I could understand exactly what was going on.
Rose White
I was treated extremely well. The technician asked appropriate questions and I feel that I was listened to.
Stephani Scott-Potter
My husband required open heart surgery. It went well ☺. It's been 2 months and he is completely healed and doing physical therapy. We are so happy.
Jim Washburn
Excellent Doctors, Nurses and staff have always assisted to help me get the medical help I have needed . They continue the tremendous reputation started by Dr. Lovelace in the 1950's and 1960's. Well Done.
Carol Clegg
A heart filled with gratitude for the care and treatment given to my husband. Sharon S, thank you so much for investing so much in your patients, you are such an asset to the hospital. For Dr Schreiner taking the time to explain all the details to me. Thank you!
James Gover
Nurse Sonja Burandi and Dr. Michael Poku were incredible throughout my test at Lovelace. Both have very clear and thorough communications, deep scientific understanding of the details of their medical procedures, empathy for the patient and their insecurities and both are exceptionally professional. Thank you Dr. Michael Poku for leaving your position at University of Utah hospital and relocating to Albuquerque.

I went in on a Saturday afternoon with an infected animal (cat) bite on my hand. I was seen right away and was issued a prescription for amox-clav and was out of there in ~15-20 minutes. I am fully recovered one week later.
Adrian Thomas
I was just discharged yesterday after having an asthma attack. Staff was great but the problem is I'm having a problem getting my albuterol for my nebulizer machine. I was told I can't get it until I get a doctor's approval. I've been trying to call all day and sending emails. I need my meds. I'm trying to avoid another asthma attack.
Bianca Olvera
I took my baby to the ER at around 1:30 am and the staff was amazing. As we got there there was a doctor leaving for the night and she asked us what was wrong we told her the baby had a fever so she went back inside and got her checked out right away, the nurse was amazing and explained everything to us really well, and the girl at the check in helped us a lot with getting our insurance trough since we are from out of state and it's different from the ones here.
golfinartie
Wonderful, caring and compassionate Nurses, Techs, and Aides on the 8th floor (Surgical Inpatient) during my 3 day stay there this week. Everyone worked with a smile and put in a special effort to make my visit as comfortable as possible following surgery. Kudos to two special nurses, Sarah and Ana, and a very caring Aide, Ariel, who lightened my burdens. Also, Patience (RN), Johnny (Tech), and Stacy (RN) , thanks for checking up on me and sharing your stories.
Krone 40k
I had a total knee replacement 5-19-20. Was originally concerned about all the negative reviews but my experience was vey good. Actually the nursing care was 5 star very caring and attentive. My roommate kept his tv on 24/7 high volume which was my only negative experience.
Tyler Alecksen
I have had nothing but good experiences here. Every time I have gone for a general appointment, I was seen within about 15 minutes, significantly less than most other offices. In addition, I have never had a doctor as attentive and personable as Bradly Walters. He has continued to be spot on with diagnosing and is quick to refer to a specialist when necessary - something most doctors have a hard time with lately for some reason. I will never leave this location as long as he is there.
Barbara Hussey
I must say it is a very uneasy feeling when you are taken to an ER and Greated with a Charge Nurse
( MARIO ) whom lacks total Empathy! To think to yourself when your just trying to catch your breath.
" My life is in this man's hands"
Very scary.
THIS MAN NEEDS EMPATHY CLASSES OR FIND ANOTHER CAREER.
If it wasn't for the rest of the staff this would have been a nightmare to my already nightmare.
Everyone else From Doc to Resp therapist were wonderful made up for the first encounter. Thank you guys. As I lay in My own bed tonight thinking of my experience, and breathing on my own.
I say a prayer for all of you, yes including Mario.
Thank you and God bless.

Update July 29
Was contacted by the hospital and felt like there was a reasonable response to my complaint. Other care I have received at this hospital has been terrific I think they just need to adapt some new emergency room policies.
Original review:
It is completely inappropriate to have an EMT show up to the emergency room say that someone is having a seizure is non-responsive has come off antibiotics recentlyand also psychological meds has a neurological conditionand cannot walk and have the emergency room where the ambulances go say no you need to go to another emergency room where there is no response to someone who is unresponsive in their vehicle. you should be ashamed of your response time you should be ashamed of the response of the emergency room you should be ashamed that someone who has the proper qualifications comes in and gives a diagnosis as an EMT saying this person is at risk right now of dying two shuffle them off to a different emergency I will never recommend this hospital and you're an embarrassment
Philip Bishop
I went for an echocardiogram on Dec 1. Unfortunately I can’t remember the technician’s name, but he had about 40 years experience. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and efficient with the procedure. Probably the best in that department.
Larry Brenden
Happy with the care provided by the attending physician and most of the nursing/tech staff while my wife was hospitalized for a week.
Charles Aspinwall
Generally excellent. System moved quite slowly likely as a result of short staff and long patient volume.
H S
The facility was clean, staff are not only professional but are personal as well; the physicians and providers are knowledgeable and caring, second to none...always my 1st choice...
Art Hillis
I walked in, got registered and had my procedure in under one hour.
kate rogers
I have been 3 times to this facility. The first visit was wonderful. I was experiencing chest pain and was thoroughly looked over and in and out in a matter of hours. The second time I was out of the ER in 2 hours with a prescription in hand and felt very good about the care. The 3rd time was a bad experience. I had fallen and was having chest pain and was x-rayed. However no staff really looked me over to see if there were other issues. My hands were bleeding and they promised me to clean me up. I washed my hands in a public restroom and wondered if I had AIDS would that have mattered to them? When I was being released and talked to about aftercare I pointed out the swelling over one eye. BTW, i was in the hallway being discharged (HIPPA laws?) Later my primary care physician reviewed the swelling and said I may have had a concussion. The swelling lastest over a month and I had the classic symptoms of a concussion. Hmm.. Mixed feeling about this hospital.
Hanna S
I got admitted with pneumonia, and every person I interacted with on staff was professional, friendly, and committed to making my stay as pleasant as it could be. It's a hospital, and no one wants to be there, but everyone I encountered did what they could to make my six day stay as good as it could be under the circumstances.
Jules C
Excellent care from all of the staff. Top notch team at the Heart Hospital providing excellent care for complicated issues. Thankful to have them in the Southwest.
Esther Montoya
The staff that took care of me did an excellent job.
Seana Hicks
Staff was attentive and thorough! Thanks for a job well done
Joseph Pellish
Excellent service for an echocardiogram. Was seen early and technician was outstanding! Very friendly and very professional service! Even provided a cup of coffee when complete! Thanks !!
diane brinkley
My husband went for a lythotripsy they were very informative in every stage. Everyone except the Doctor actually performing the surgery. Dr. Snoy.
I would however request that they do not have the musicians in the lobby, the music was very nice but very loud and really peaked my anxiety quickly.
Andrea McIntyre
They're Wonderful Drs and nurs Some of them are familiar with my case because of my condition. They treat me with the utmost respect as I do them. But,there are less than a handful who need to remember why they are there.
Joan Wolverton
Very professional and very aware of your particular needs. Your care is their utmost goal. Highly recommend the Lovelace Healtcare System
John Hamm
I had a total knee replacement at Lovelace downtown by Dr. Chris Hanosh. He and the entire Lovelace team from pre-op, to surgery, to post-op care were wonderful.
John Bitsura
They were apparently under staffed, busy and trying as much as possible. Not seeing another ER at this time but hearing other people's experiences at other Er's in the past 2 weeks their the same .
Sam Gonzales
i mean the place is fine & everyone was nice — but why in the WORLD is it so expensive to stay alive? if i would’ve known about my bill, i’d have rather suffered til the end. i can’t believe i’m expected to pay so much just to keep living.
gary bode
The staff was outstanding. Special shoutout to Samantha and David. They both were so professional. Always had a straight answer. They were very caring.
MT. E
Had a surgical procedure done here... From the minute I walked in to the moment I left I experienced caring, professional, informative, Good People working here. Thankful for our medical professionals at Lovelace. May God Bless them all.
Elizabeth Pyzik
Received good care. Also believe I got infected with covid while in the E.R. Very difficult to comply witth follow-up instructions.
Larry Wheatcroft
Need more private rooms. If it’s not bad enough to be sick, to join in on somebody else’s illness. Nurses and staff were excellent. Could use better climate control.
Spill Dog
I went there because I have a tumor on my spine and chronic back pain. The service was excellent!! All the nurse's were polite, and the Dr.was in fairly quick. They really mad me feel as if they cared about my well being. I would definitely go back.
Rick Albrecht
Everything went smooth as punch. Thanks. See you soon for the surgery and know all will be the same then also.
