The chief was just fabulous! She was very professional/friendly and she did a fantastic job doing my full-leg laser hair removal. This salon is clean, stylish, and has excellent equipment. The chief did a fantastic job explaining the entire procedure to me as well as what to expect next. My legs look great and there's absolutely no pain. I'll be returning for another laser session next month with The chief.

I've been a client since July 2018 and my skin has never looked better. I receive compliments from clients and colleagues alike on my skin and I owe it all to the manager. She's patient and always gentle with extractions and microdermabrasion and she gives me good advice on how to keep my skin at its optimal health. I recommend her to everyone, she's truly an exceptional talent.

Everything was perfect! I used one of the deals for the holidays and came in on Christmas Eve morning. From the first phone call to checking in to when I left the woman a the front desk was so kind and helpful. The crew gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. When I did my first-ever facial at Softloft Spa, the employees were so nice and Evelynn did an amazing job taking me step-by-step during my facial since it was my first time. The facial was so relaxing and calm, I completely recommend this place. It is also a Medi-Spa which I think is pretty important information. Scheduling my appointments is also such a breeze! You cannot go wrong when you go to the Softloft Spa.

I visited the Soho location for a much-needed facial with extractions. My aesthetician, Elizabeth, recommended that I add a glycolic peel as it would remove a lot of dead dry skin and make the extractions easier. I agreed and she was right! I left with soft glowing skin and clean pores with very little overall redness. I could actually feel a difference in my skin the next day, it just felt fresh and clean.

My favorite Softloft Spa location is the Boston one! Everyone at the front desk is accommodating, sweet, friendly, and understanding! They make every guest feel like a VIP! Jovanie is my favorite esthetician and really loves her job and cares about her clients. Plus you can't beat their package deals and monthly memberships.

My experience was great. Ive never wore fake lashes before but I wanted to visit this place and give my review. This place gets an A-. Lash tech was about 25mins late after my appointment slo time. The place was very cleaned and organize definitely wore they masks the whole visit that i was on site. The lash tech, can't remember her name but even though she was late, she was pleasant, respectful and took her time to make sure I get what i want and like it. I wanted nothing too ghetto or long thick or etc.. I think i got the classic but natural look.. Literally it look like mine own lol.. Definitely worth the amount/service.

I would like to start off by saying that the ladies who work in this shop have always been very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, I wasn’t satisfied with the results of my eyebrow waxing experience. Also while my toes look phenomenal, it was a very painful pedicure. I told the young lady that I just wanted my eyebrows cleaned up (I prefer thicker brows). When I saw my brows after the service they were extremely thin, and uneven. My toes always look great after my pedicures from this establishment, but the tech who typically does them is a bit rough. This is the 2nd time I’ve had a pedicure so rough that I began bleeding.. and I’ve only been to this salon 3 times. I know Soft Loft Spa is fairly new, but with more employees, a gentler touch, and a few adjustments they have the potential to be one of the best salons on this side of Mt. Vernon.

I had a great experience at Softloft Spa. The people at the front desk were very kind in getting my appt set up and greeting me upon arrival. They made a mistake with me appt and they offered me a complimentary massage. I had The chief as my esthetician and she was great. I originally planned to get microdermabrasion done but she recommended a chemical peel to get the results I wanted and I am glad that she did.

Edit/Most recent visit: They overcharged me and left waiting for quite some time. Changed form 5 star to 2.5 star First visit: AMAZING! I enjoyed my experience here, the women who work here are so friendly and provide great services. I can't wait to come back. I usually find some flaw with my gel manicures, but they did a perfect job!

Great service. I went for the first time for a manicure and pedicure. I was seen on time. I was seen by Shino. She was professional, courteous, quick and efficient. Her hand massage was everything!The atmosphere was relaxing, clean and the music was soft and relaxing. I will definitely go back just for Shino's hand massage!
