I went to Norma's for the first time a few months ago for a trim and wash and set. At the time I was looking for a hairstylist and mau for my wedding as well. I have to say that the service is amazing!!! Norma and her husband are spectacular! I didnt have to wait at all! I was not rushed! They made me feel at home. They offered water and coffee and made sure I was comfortable. Norma's husband,B (sorry I dont know how to spell his name fully), has a great sense of humor and taste in style! For my wedding, they opened earlier than their normal time to do my hair and makeup. I loved my hair makeup! I wanted something simple, pretty, and to last all day! Norma certainly made that happen!! Thank you!!!

I only come to Norma for my waxing, nails & hair! She takes great care of each one of her clients, whether they are new or have been coming to her for years! Norma is very skilled at what she does. She makes you feel comfortable and has you leaving her place feeling brand new each and every time.

I had a really great experience on my first visit here with the whole staff, from sweet Norma, to funny Barbaro and my homegirl Annie. They make you feel like family right away. They offered me water/tea/hot chocolate. They took my coat and hung it up for me. Norma is especially diligent and careful when doing pedicures, which I really appreciated. They also do consults if you’re going to want to do highlights. They assessed my hair type and hair color while also staying true to what I wanted to do (highlights that didn’t start from the root). They were up front about how long the process would take (4ish hours) and how much everything would be (although I didn’t consider the taxes added to the price so yikes, but I’m pretty sure that’s my fault lol). Since I was there for hours they asked if I was hungry and even got a pizza, which was really sweet considering I was too shy to admit I was starving and needed to munch down on some food right away. I left there feeling I definitely found my go-to salon and some new family/ friends. You won’t be disappointed if you come here. They already have their loyal customers and it’s definitely because of all the reasons I listed above and more that’s responsible for that!
