This was my 3rd visit, and my daughter's 2nd and will definitely not be our last. We leave J's with beautiful, manageable hair. Jay and her staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have let Jay and Melissa recommend what I should do with my hair (color, cut, style, treatment) and they have never disappointed. I get many compliments for weeks after my appointments. Salon is clean and professional.

The salon is absolutely amazing! I Love the way how Jay, Melissa, Jennifer and Jakki have done my hair. Right know I am using Melissa for color. She is very professional and very patient. Jay used to Cut and color my hair for many many years and she also does an awesome job but due to me being careless and coloring my hair red her daughter took over and she told her mother that I was now her client. LOL. As soon as you walk in your temperature is taken and you are told to sit in a nice comfy chair everyone who works at the salon will treat you like they are your family. I just recently started bringing my landlord and she loves how Jennifer does her hair. She talks about it all the time to her friends and her family about how happy she is.

I went into J's shop with a dried out; frizzy black boxed ; no haircut for years hair- just expecting some change with a cut and some color- WELL LET ME TELL YOU--OMGGGG- 4 hours later- J lifted my black out giving me a detox shampoo to use for a week b4 the Color Correction Process- she gave me caramel full head highlights; lighter base- bye bye black- ; deep condition- glaze- cut & blow dry!!! What a transformation! Her years of expertise were unbelievable but she always asked me for my input & Never made me feel rushed during Every step of the process- also had my eyebrows tinted & threaded- wonderful job! I am in awe of this shop & her staff- everyone so professional & caring with their customers! Ty J for all your time & my beautiful hair! Donna 💕
