Melissa RI was referred by a friend & now I’m a customer for life. I was very nervous about getting lash extensions at first after all the stories you hear but Jen is truly amazing! She will give you a consult and tell you what’s best for your eye shape. I like how she took her time and explained the process with me. You will love your lashes. This place is very clean and modern. She also has a great receptionist, which is always friendly & professional. You will not regret going to this hidden gem!
Nahla BellydanceWhen I lived in NY I used to go and get facials for my stubborn acne. I noticed improvements after just a few weeks and was so happy. The facials themselves are very relaxing. Jen is very knowledgeable in her craft. When I visit NY again, best believe I will be booking an appointment!!
Kristina JacksonI have been going to Holistic Beauty Spa for about 2 years now. I ALWAYS come to Jen for my lashes and I have never been disappointed! If there is EVER an issue all I have to do is call and she fixes it for me! I will never allow ANYONE else at any other establishment to touch my eyes/lashes. Holistic Beauty Spa is CLEAN and Jen KNOWS HER STUFF!

I like her professionalism and how she informs you of everything shes doing as well as how to take care of your lashes. Cant wait to go back since they have facials and massages. A lil gem in the BX!!
Ana De la RosaI go for lash extensions. I have always been treated nicely and I never have to wait past my appointment time. The facility is clean and comfortable. The price for lashes is about average. I like to have the trainer set installed. I will be returning to have a full set installed in the future.
Serena MunizWhat a wonderful surprise to find the Holistic Beauty Spa; an oasis in my neighborhood! It was a happy accident as I was actually in the midst of searching for the address of an eyelash bar I‘d heard about in New Jersey when I decided to give the internet one last whirl at locating a spa within my community and voilà, jackpot, eureka! Not only was I accommodated almost immediately, the service was phenomenal. Greeted upon my arrival with pleasant smiles and offered a beverage. I took the offer and had a hot mango tea (the day was rainy and called for it). The music that played was a soothing blend of today’s most popular songs, crazy to hear Rihanna’s new jam in lullaby form. Lol, crazy but true. The establishment, spotless! Surrounded by healing crystals and affirmations. Lisa, the technician (perhaps she’s even the owner not sure, didn’t ask) took the gentlest care of me and every single one of my lashes. The receptionist Rosie was a doll too. I’ve never written a review before, and I hesitated as I kinda wanted this place to be my little secret, but I just had to send love and light to the ladies at the Holistic Beauty Spa. Served my spirit well to know that I supported my borough by keeping my monies invested here all the while supporting a female entrepreneur (I think). For the sake of transparency, it has been 24 hrs since my full set of individual eyelash extensions and so far, my lashes are perfection. Hoping they stand the test of the 2 weeks refill appointment time, since I am already a fan of this place.
