yesterday was my first time going to this shop. I was extremely impress with Frances professional. She was very personable with her clients. She takes her time to listen to any concerns you have about your hair. She was honest about how I should treat my hair and she made good suggestions. I am so glad I came across her and she will Definitely be doing my hair from now on. If you are looking for a hair styles who cares about treating your hair, and doing an excellent job weaving, braiding or what ever style you would like Frances hair studio is the place to go to.

Found this place by accident after my daughter's regular hair stylist said she couldn't get her in until much later that day. I couldn't wait that long. Called and spoke to the owner, Frances who told me to bring my daughter in, even though the sign on the door says appointment only. We got there and fell in love with the welcoming atmosphere of Frances and Kamani, the young lady that did my daughter's hair. She worked quickly but also paid attention to little details that made my daughter's hair cute and neat for school. We will definitely be back. They have affordable prices. They specialize in all types of hair including natural hair. This place is a gem and I'm glad it's in my neighborhood. Thank you Frances and Kamani! See you soon!

So, far I have had two appointments and have been very pleased. This is a hidden gem in Yonkers on South Broadway for natural hair care!

Frances is the best natural hair designer. She started my natural hair journey with a "big chop" (see photos). Next, as my hair grew, Frances keep me with a different style whether its a twist or a twistout. She is very professional and holds alot of knowledge regarding the coloring of natural hair. She is truly a blessing, because I was clueless when it came to styling my beautiful kinky curls. Frances is also skilled with hot compressing/curling natural hair. Frances is the best!!
