I LOVE this salon. The atmosphere and the staff are amazing! I went in yesterday to have my regrow then touched up.. it usually takes several hours, most of that with bleach on my head because my roots are VERY difficult to lift. But the process only took about 30 minutes and my hair is SO soft. Normally it feels crunchy until I do a deep conditioning treatment but it feels good as new! I told my stylist, Lisa that I’ve been wanting to try a smokey lavender color and she made the exact color I wanted. This color wasn’t even in the book of color options and she made the color by hand! I was SO SO impressed! Needless to say, I’ll be a return customer. Thank you Lisa! I’m in LOVE with my hair!

Excellent service!! I just had my hair done as I’m older and graying. Crystal made me look ten years younger. She took her time and made my haircut look and feel awesome. I am just amazed and when I went home my wife who recommended her said “wow, you look great!” That all I needed to hear. Crystal , I’m coming back to you always. If I could give ten stars I would.

Want to give a big shout out to Crystal. She's great both as a hair designer and a sparkling personality who makes you feel comfortable right away. So far, I've gone to her for hair cut and styling, and a Brazilian Keratin treatment. I'm a very satisfied customer on all levels with the quality of services and Crystal's attention to detail. In my book, a hair designer who is a perfectionist at her craft, is always the best!

I went for my haircut for the first time here at Touch Aveda. Courtney did layers on my hair. I have long thick hair. She did an excellent job. She made the hair little shorter than I asked for,yet I must say the layers were really nice. Thank you for your professionalism. I will visit again

Let me start by saying that I had gone to the same person for many years, following her from salon to salon. Now that I have two children, I knew the 3 hour round trip drive was no longer doable. Over the years, I attempted a few local salons, hoping to find someone as good, with no luck. This led to over a year without a cut and my dapper husband getting me a gift card to Touch for my birthday. I've always gone there to purchase my hair products, just hadn't had a service. When I called to inquire about an appointment, I was asked to provide a description of my hair type. I explained that I have very fine and thin hair. The woman on the other end of the phone suggested that I see Jill, indicating she is great with thin hair. I took a leap and am so happy that I did! The cut was fantastic and the head massage and aromatherapy provided was a bonus! The price is comparable to what I'm use to and now I have a new stylist who is close to home! I'm a happy girl!

After my hair stylist of 12 years moved away, I was floating around from stylist to stylist finding myself less than thrilled with the cut and always unhappy with the color. Upon meeting Jennifer, I shared a photo of the color preference. I knew it was going to be different this time as Jennifer asked questions and advised how she would accomplish the depth of color I wanted. All I can say is WOW, she is so good. She not only nailed the color I was searching for, but gave me the best cut of my life. I'm so relieved to have finally found such a talent and she is right here in my own neighborhood! I might add the services of Jennifer do not come cheap, but when you compare what you receive it is a no brainer. Jennifer is worth every penny, and my search is over! Give Jennifer a try, you most definitely will not be disappointed ;D

I have very thin and fine hair, and no one has ever made my hair look as good as Lauren G made it. She was amazing! My hair actually looks thicker and she was super fun to talk with. I absolutely recommend this place, and recommend the stylist :)

This is one of the best salons to go to in my opinion if you’re looking for good and fast easy service. They never miss a beat and I always walk out feeling and looking better than I did before I came in. I would say A specific stylus but to be completely honest they’re all amazing Highly recommend 10 out of 10

First hair appointment since moving to Florida. Always feel a bit hesitant finding a new hair dresser. Jennifer was AMAZING! She listened to what I wanted which is hard bc I never know what I want. I will definitely be back! Edgy cut just how I like it to highlight my color!!!

As I am writing this review for Touch Aveda Salon & Spa on Race Track Road Tampa, FL today my heart is still so very touched by everyone that helped me in that salon. My story started way back around Thanksgiving 2019 and I ended up getting severely sick and placed in ICU for 5 days and was holding on for my life. As I made it through it took me 2 months to get better. Around March 2020 I noticed large wads of my hair falling out and I was told it was due from my previous illness. I had long hair to the middle of my back, and it was just falling out in clumps, so you can only imagine how freaked out I was. I was lost and saddened on what to do. It was a Saturday and one of the busiest days of a salon and I just called on a whim of despair for help and spoke to the sweet manager Michelle and I told her my situation. She immediately replied and said please come right in and we will help you. It was 4:20 p.m. and almost there closing time, but she opened her doors wide open for me. She also told me she was going to speak to my regular stylist as well as their Aveda top stylist, so they knew my case. I drove over promptly. As I walked in, I was comforted by a HUGE hug from Michelle and she said I am so sorry for what you are going through. That right there said a million words to my heart. After that warm welcome she took me to the back so I was not made to feel uncomfortable around all the crazy salon action and she put me in a very serine room so I would feel calm and at peace. She then offered me a warm soothing cup of tea and told me my main Stylist of many many years Erin was going to come and talk to me on a plan on what to do with my hair. Then when Erin came in, she also gave me a HUGE hug and comforted me. She has always been so honest and good to me and I knew she knew my hair very well. We talked for a good 10 to 15 minutes and at the end of our conversation she said to me honestly it is time to make the full cut since there were sections of some hair and no hair. I said ok and I knew I was in good hands. At this point the salon was closed and they brought me out to the floor for my haircut. Erin started cutting and we were working on a Paige Boy look to keep me calm from losing my hair. I was holding back tears. I know it is just hair, but it was still very hard. She cut it to the point of perfect and then the top stylist Jennifer came in and worked her magic on me too. Mind you this was all happening way after closing time on a Saturday afternoon. At the end of it all my hair looked as amazing as it could since I still had pieces that were shorter due to the hair loss but I was not ready to cut it all of yet and they all worked above and beyond to make it right. At the very end, I stood up and they would not let me pay for all this love and support. They also gave me a free sample size mousse to try to help fluff up my pieces. I then broke down in tears of feeling sooo very touched. Touch Aveda Salon & Spa lives up to its name!! I have never been more touched in my life. Thank you, Michelle, Erin & Jennifer. I've been to this salon 3 times now since moving from DC to Tampa. I've used Aveda salons for years and Touch was the closest to my house. My first appointment was for a root retouch and I was less than impressed. I forgot the formulas from my other salon so I take some responsibility for my dissatisfaction. The stylist was a recent graduate and she did OK job matching the color but it was much lighter than the rest of my hair. The real problem was that she did not pull the color down far enough to cover all of the regrowth. So I had a line about 1/4 of inch all the way around that was still not that same color as the rest of my hair. When I pointed it out to the salon a few days later they were more than gracious and rescheduled me for a free retouch. This time a senior stylist consulted and the color came out much better however, I still had places that were missed from the previous retouch that were not caught on the second try. I decided to give the girl one more chance and came in for another re-touch, this time I had the formulas from my previous salon. When she applied the new color she did not pull it down far enough to cover the previous re-touch so I essentially have 3 bands of different color toward the top of my hair.

This spa is so refreshing in so many ways. I originally brought my children in for a hair cut. Whitney cut and styled their hair and treated them like a King and a Queen. She is kind, thoughtful and really takes her time to be sure their hair is cut and styled perfectly!! I then decided to try Whiteny for my highlights and cut, and she is fabulous! Whitney listens and cares about my input. She is also incredibly meticulous and pays great attention to the processing time and Overall color and style. We all absoultley love Whitney!! The entire staff here is amazing!! They are all kind and very welcoming. Everyone goes out of their way to be sure you are relaxed and comfortable. We recentely met Cindy the massage therapist and she was Incredible as well!! She is extremely professional, personable and took the time to get to know us. The receptionists are always kind and considerate too as well as extremely service oriented! This is an incredible spa, so happy to have found it!! Thank you for the outstanding service!
