I went to Salon Jack a few weeks ago. The staff were pleasant and friendly. I had my hair cut and styled by Jessica and my eyebrows threaded as well. She was very professional and gave me tips and tricks on how to style my hair on a daily basis. She did such a great job on my hair! My cut was perfect for my face shape and I get complimented often! I absolutely LOVE my hair cut and the way she shaped my eyebrows! I would definitely recommend this stylist!

Salon Jack is the best salon I have ever been to. I have been going there for the past five years and would never think about going anywhere else. The staff always makes me feel welcomed every time I step through the door. I have seen numerous amounts people get out of their chair with amazing hair after their stylist is done and all of them had the same satisfied look on their face. Yes, there may be a little wait for your appointment, but it is never too bad. Plus, you cannot rush art and the people who work there are artists. I do have to point out one person in particular and that is Jennifer. She has done my hair for the past three and a half year and she has never disappointed me yet. She, along with the rest of the staff, will listen to what you want done and will make it happen. But what makes Jennifer special to me is that we have built this rapport over the years to the point where I let her do whatever she wants to my hair and I am always 150% satisfied. Jen is such a rock star at what she does. I highly recommend giving Salon Jack a shot! It is the best salon in Tampa with the best staff and is worth every penny!

I originally went in at the end of last year to cut my hair because I was going to donate it to locks of love. I husband made a last minute appointment and I was given Steven. I hadn't let anyone touch my hair for 4 years because of bad experiences. He was very professional and I absolutely loved my hair. He also gave me advice as to how often to come in and how to care for my hair. A couple months ago I made another last minute appointment. But this time I was given a lady named Jessica. To be honest, I was not very optimistic because I had only trusted Steven with my hair. Either way, I went in for my appointment and I was absolutely amazed. I loved her and the entire experience. She was extremely professional and very friendly. Every time I've walked into the salon, I've come out extremely happy with the results. I have no intentions of changing anytime soon!

I researched a lot of salons in Tampa looking for a stylist to give me a really deep, vibrant teal color and they either flat-out said they couldn't do it, or seemed very nervous/hesitant. After speaking to Jessica at Salon Jack, who was very excited and confident that she would be able to give me what I wanted, I went in to get it colored and cut and she did an AMAZING job. The color looks incredible, exactly what I wanted, and the cut is beautiful as well. Not only was her styling top-notch, but she was very fun and friendly while doing it, and explained the process very well, and gave me a lot of tips on how to keep my color looking vibrant between touch-ups. I will definitely go back to her again and again any time I need anything done with my hair. If you're not sure which salon to go to in Tampa, trust me - ask for Jessica at Salon Jack. Aside from her specifically, everyone in the salon was very professional and friendly, the salon was clean and modern. Absolutely no problems here at all!

I went to see Amanda Lopez for a much needed cut and color. I moved to Tampa 3 years ago from New York and every 6 months I would fly home just to get my hair done! I am slightly crazy when it comes to my hair so I was very nervous to get my hair done for the first time in Tampa. I had told her exactly what I wanted prior to my appointment and when I arrived at the salon, she already had the color mixed for me. It was perfect! The color was exactly what I wanted and the cut was beautiful! I am still receiving compliments on my hair 6 weeks later. I was very impressed by her knowledge of color and products along with her professionalism when conducting herself as a hair stylist. I have already recommended two friends who absolutely loved their cut and color Amanda did as well. Ms. Lopez will be the only stylist doing my hair from here on out!!

Jessica at Salon Jack has done all my Keratin treatments since I started using Keratin two years ago. My hair looks so much healthier than it's ever looked, thanks to her. I receive compliments daily. She is a great stylist...knowledgeable and professional...and my kids love her too! She also cuts my daughter's hair. The salon is clean and has all the essentials of a deluxe salon with no-frills.

After searching for a long time for a new salon to get my Keratin Treatment, I stumbled upon Salon Jack. The space is modern, clean and in a good location. Jessica gave me a great cut (very stylish) and did my Keratin Treatment. I was surprised at the efficiency of the treatment. Previously it had taken my more than 4 hours to get my hair straightened and Jessica had me in and out with a cut in around 2.5. There were no shortcuts made and my Keratin turned out to be the best I've ever had. It's almost been a year (probably time to get it redone) and I can still notice the effects. I recommend Jessica because not only did she do a great job, she was very knowledgeable.

Jessica has to be the best hair stylist I have ever gone to. She is incredibly creative and innovative with a unique flair and style that she passed on to me. When I initially met Jessica she was incredibly thorough at our initial consultation. She took the time to listen to me and my frustrations with my hard to handle hair. Not only did she style my hair correctly for my face shape but she also suggested products that greatly improve the texture and feel of my hair. I would not be able to style my hair at home had she not taken the time to teach me how to do that with the products and the right amount to use. This is crucial when deciding on who you should choose for a hairstylist. We all know we can go home looking great from the salon but the next day and the days after that follow are the most important. Thank you Jessica you are the best!!

I love this place! Modern, clean, classy and fun atmosphere! I had to find a new hair stylist to go to when my stylist of 10 years moved to NY. I am so lucky to have found someone, dare I say it, I like even better than my original girl! Jennifer brought my dull, frizzy, lifeless hair back to life! I found this place after I googled "best hair salon in Tampa." I was looking for a hair stylist to fix the horrible hair cut I got at another salon. I really didn't think anyone would be able to and I would just be stuck with terrible hair. I called and was able to get an appointment for 30 minutes later. The atmosphere was very modern and the employees were very welcoming. I went in with low expectations and Lacey absolutely blew me away with what she was able to do with my hair. She has curly hair so she knew exactly how to cut mine. She was amazing! She definitely has a client for life.

He colors my hair with products that keep my hair healthy and gives the BEST shampoo I've ever had. He listens to me and does exactly what I want to my hair. He offers his professional opinion but never pressures me to do anything I am not comfortable with. I am so happy to have found someone whom I trust 100% with my hair. Just had my hair cut by Chad last night! I love it! I just told him what I wanted from my hair and he gave it to me. He pays very close attention to detail and takes his time, making sure the cut is just right! My hair looks healthier than it has in YEARS! I will definitely be going back to Chad when I'm ready for my next cut. Being slightly OCD it's really nice to feel comfortable enough to not want to micro-manage what someone is doing, Chad walked me through each snip and made me fully confident in the job that he was doing! Steven gave me a great long layer cut a few weeks ago. I love the cut. I totally needed the new look and I was nervous about cutting my long hair. I decided to go back and get a Keratin hair treatment but figured I should re-do my Ombre. My old Ombre grew out and became a little too light with the sun and chlorine.. I showed him a few pictures and he followed exactly what I wanted and I just love how it came out. I went in the next day to do the Keratin treatment and I thought it was going to be a longer process but it was so quick. Over all I love my hair. I am so happy with my cut, color and non-.frizzy hair. I will only go to Steven he was so professional and nice and truly made my hair look beautiful!

YOU'VE GOT TO GO SEE CHAD. Born, raised in NYC, have had my hair done by several reknown sylists. Have spent many years in the fashion industry, more "mature" now (meaning old), I was ready for a new look, and scared to death. I had been to Salon Jack once before for a minor trim, not with Chad, but I watched quitely and was so impressed with Chad, and how he ran the salon. I watch him do cuts himself, and at the same time he had his finger on the pulse of the entire staff, contstantly checking to make sure every customer got the proper reception and service. Now I was ready for my drastic change, and made my appt with Chad. I have never, not in Manhattan, D.C., L.A. or Boston - gotten the individual attention that Chad gave me. First after arriving the staff ensures your comfort with a smile, and coffee, soda - water, etc. The salon itself is lovely, elegant, and staff are all friendly, helpful. But Chad exceeded all expectations, he spent a long time on the cut, constantly talking me through each step. Several times I thought we were done, and I was thrilled already, but he wasn't - he kept at hit doing things with his scissors that I have never seen done. He worked his magic, and still found time to share stories about his children and his dog. Chad is just a nice guy - AND he is incredibly talented. He loves what he does and wants you to love what he does before you leave his shop. No tempermental prima donna here - not any where in the shop. I was thinking about some hi-lights and a keratin treatment - so he introduced me to Stephen who specializes in both. To my shock the cost of the keratin treatment which I have priced dozens of times at $200-$250 (I have thick long hair) - was $99. I could write a novel here - but bottom line - if you want a fantastic cut - change your style, or fine tune what you've got - this is the place - and Chad is the guy. I have never writtten a review before - even after getting a great cut - but this was so over and above - I had to share it. GO SEE CHAD!!
