Jane is a fantastic Hair Specialist. I came to the club 1 year ago with severe hair loss in the front and top back area. To date my hair is growing back nicely and I have hair in the area of my front hairline again. Jane is sincere and open, she sets clear expectations and she helped me understand that it takes team work if I wanted to see my hair loss diminish. I recommend Jane to be your Hair Specialist, you will not regret it. She is Amazing, strong work ethic and a very sweet lady☺️

My stylist is Jane Figueroa and she’s an EXTRAORDINARY stylist in the broadest sense of the word. Being that I’m new to Hair Club and therefore clueless to the consultations and install processes and such I was shy and embarrassed to be here in the first place. Everyone was embracing and super kind, I was greeted with smiles and hugs and made to feel very comfortable. Whatever anxiety I was feeling was soon dissolved by the kindness and caring of this staff. Jane talked me through every step of my first install taking my questions and answering all of them patiently and without rushing me at all. My visit was extremely private which was very important to me and I was made to feel like I was in good hands and indeed I am. Jane has an amazing gift of skill with hair and every time I leave her I’m flooded with compliments from people I don’t even know. Jane is thorough and her chief concern is always my comfort. I love Hair Club and it’s entire staff. Thank you everyone for EVERYTHING!

I have been coming to hair club Tampa for just about 1 year due to a hair loss problem. All the staff is very nice, pleasant and greets me with a smile each time i come. Jane is my salonist who has done an exceptional job in addressing my hair issues through various trial and errors. Jane has been very instrumental in providing me with exceptional service. She has taught me how to maintain my hair between appointments and has been a wonderful resource for me recommending products the company sell to take care of my natural hair and promote hair growth. Jane is very knowledgeable in the work she does and i am glad to have her on my hair journey. Do not know what I would do with out her. I get compliments on my hair styles and people are always asking for her name and location; but she is All mine and I share her with very few people. I have been a member at Tampa Hair Club since April 2017. Have been very impressed with the staff from management to my hair stylist. I must admit it took a little getting use to in the beginning with my new hair, but adjusted very quickly and received many compliments. If i had any unexpected issues the staff responded quickly and professionally to resolve the issue. Very satisfied with the products and program that i am on and would highly recommend Tampa Hair Club to any one that is tired of hair loss and know that you are in very god hands when you decide to take that step.

They offer an excellent product with great customer service. Mickie is an exceptional hair stylist. ****Update***** I reluctantly dropped my rating to a 3 stars for the Tampa location. Reason being was that during the renewal process management changed from when I originally joined and I did not feel comfortable with the how the renewal process was approached. Currently I am o member of the Orlando establishment.

I was in a bad motor vehicle accident in 1987, hit by a drunk driver, stuck on the windshield. and the surgeries continued until 2014. Through this test in life I was put through my long hair and being physically fit was so important to me. In 2010 I meet the most amazing Dr that did in 2 years what nobody could do in 25. The only devastating thing was the loss of my hair. I saw an advertisement from Hair Club of Tampa and meet Neal who was so amazing and help me put this together financially. Then Jane who created my hair style. She is a genius, a legend. Without her where would I be. They saved my life and I love them. They are all super nice and there is nothing they wouldn't do to help anyone. I wanted to share my story because everyone deserves beautiful hair. They made a difference in my life and can in yours. I have been with the Hair Club for the several years and felt it was time to share my story with the world.

One of the best decisions I made ever was to go to Hair Club to address the problem I was having with increasingly thinning hair. All the staff at Lois Avenue made me feel comfortable during every step of the process. Jane, who originally styled my hair, continued to work with me and is wonderful. She suggested different options and helped me chose a style that was the most becoming for the shape of my face and my age...love her! I have recommended Hair Club to several people. My only issue was that I wish I had done it sooner.

Jane is the best. Since moving back to Florida from Maryland I started with Jane two years ago. She has been able to finally get my color correct and the cuts are just awesome. Would never use another stylist unless Jane was sick, and then i would not let them color or cut my hair. I’ve been here for almost eight years and no one could get my color correct. Then god sent Jane.
