The best haircut I’ve ever had! Lina is amazing. I usually pay 3x the price for an okay haircut at other places - but I paid $40 for a gorgeous cut and a shampoo with a head massage! My boyfriend also got a $16 haircut and it’s the best cut he has ever had. This is our new spot!

This salon is clean, spacious, and friendly. I usually come here for cuts, oil treatment, and colors when I'm in town. I'm very happy with Vy. She does an excellent job working with me so we can get the color or style the way I wanted. She is patient, a good listener, and always works hard. I always left her salon with a smile and perfect and stylish hair design. Since the salon is located in a retail plaza, there are lots of parking spaces. Their prices are inexpensive. All staff is fully vaccinated and clients who are fully vaccinated have the option to not wear a mask. Highly recommend this salon to anyone who is in the search of a new stylish.

Super happy with my hair and especially the quality of service! It was my first time getting my hair done in over 3 years and I was a bit scared but the owner Lena was super nice and helped me decide what type of haircut i should get cause I wanted to try out something new. Super cute and clean inside !! I totally recommend going here and it is an affordable price for a college student

The best short hair cut ever, and very affordable! It's difficult to find a hair dresser who you can trust with short hair. I lived in the Wallingford area for a few years and tried different salons with good reviews in the area. Their price range was anywhere between $75-$95/cut, so not cheap. Vy's Hair Salon charges a fraction of this price and my hair dresser was very skilled with the scissors. I'll be coming back for sure. Highly recommended for anyone who's looking for a great pixie cut. Also, I suggest bringing photos of what you want if you don't speak Vietnamese :).

This place is my go-to whenever I need a haircut + perm. Of course, they have other services as well, all of which are very affordable. The staff is super friendly and great at what they do. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Lena always takes care of me and does such an amazing job best! She is the only hairstylist I have consistently went to. Lena is so honest and trustworthy. I’ve been going here since I was 15 and the owner Lena is the best! She always does my hair just how I want it and lately she’s transformed my hair from natural black Asian hair to blonde and still leaving it super healthy, the after care is on you but she give really good advice on how to do it and the products she carries are top notch. Great customer service too, easy to book appointments.

I just had the best haircut of my life at Vy's! I called yesterday to see if they might be able to fit me in tonight for a bang trim before my vacation, and they were willing. I was 20 minutes early (was running errands so ended up early), and I was done by my scheduled appointment time of 6pm. The stylist did an incredible job cutting my bangs and also styled my hair. She was kind, very fast, and my hair has never looked this good, ever. I couldn't be happier. Love this place!!! I'm about to move 30 miles north but plan on coming back here for future haircuts.
