I went for the first time today and will definitely be returning. I was particularly impressed with how much time was spent understanding what I wanted in a cut. The owner Randy seemed to read my mind and articulate what I wanted even more than I could. I enjoyed the small and bright atmosphere too! Great experience all around.

I received a re-cut from Collective after a different salon in Seattle gave me the worst blunt bob of my life and I am so happy with the results. The inside of the salon is clean and comfortable, everyone who was there was cheerful and empathetic, they listened to me, and I feel like a new person now. 20/10 would go back again and again and again if I lived here.

I love the people, the ambiance, the products, the location, everything! The people love getting to know you and your story on a personal level, they care about their clients like family. They found out I was getting married, cut my hair, told me to come back so they could color it, and also offered to teach me to style it for my wedding day. They care so much for their clients and are the most genuine hair stylists in the world. They're also super talented people. I love them! If you're looking a genuine, chic and modern salon this is it! Also love the music!

Randy was recommended to me when I was in a pinch for a hair refresh, and I'm so happy with my results! I'm so indecisive when it comes to my hair - I want trendy and fashionable, but with little to no maintenance required, and I still have to be able to pull it out of my face. Sounds impossible, right? Randy delivered exactly what I needed but didn't know I wanted. Not only that, but he's hilarious and so easy to chat with. It was a great experience from the time I walked into the salon - which is beautiful - to the time I checked out. His staff is wonderful and they're all very clearly passionate about their craft. I highly recommend this salon and Randy, and I'll be back again soon!

Randy Evans is my go-to guy forever. Friends who've tried him have kept going back too. He's amazing, cuts my hair so it keeps looking good as it grows out. He works with what your hair can do, doesn't try to impose a style that won't work. (And if you don't like something about your cut, please ask him to fix it. He can do that too.) He's a great listener, adjusts the cut to your lifestyle. Over the years I've tried long, short and in between. When I started I asked for something where I could shower and then just shake my head a few times and hair would look good. It did. Right now I have a style where I can go extra time between cuts. He's also great with color if you need/want that.
