Olivia TitusStylists are not just out of beauty school. The newest stylist has been working at h2o2 for over two years, and the owner has over 20 years experience. It is their salon policy to have each stylist undergo hands on training for at least a year under the instruction of the owner before taking their clients. The other two aside from aforementioned stylist's have over 7 years, where one of them has spent nearly four of working for h2o2
They also have excellent customer service. If a client is unhappy with their haircut, a consultation with the senior stylist is not only complimentary but insisted. I'm sorry the person who posted the review below had an experience to give them the impression of recently licensed stylist's, I suggest contacting them to get it set straight (:
SarahI have had the same stylist there for many years. She is very good at what she does. Two of the three have been there a long time. They even offer coffee or tea. Make an appointment. It is also in walking distance for me...easier on the planet.
