I was looking for a new salon after moving, and found Arrow through their online reviews. I booked an all over color with Julia, and am very glad I did! She was ready for me at my appointment’s start time, and asked a lot of questions about my expectations and vision. She gave really thoughtful advice on how to achieve the look I was wanting, and was so considerate throughout the appointment. She was very sweet and friendly, and I truly enjoyed my appointment with her. You can tell that she genuinely loves her profession, and has a way with making people feel comfortable. She is truly awesome, and I can’t wait to book with her in the future. The other employee present was also super sweet, but I didn’t catch her name. Overall, great salon with wonderful people! Quality of work was really great as well!

Finally found a great stylist who I can trust. I have very thick, wavy hair and needed a style that could work blow-dried, curled, or air-dried. Rebekah came in to save the day! She also was a great conversationalist and made the entire experience very enjoyable. I love the atmosphere at this salon, too. The products smell great, the music is upbeat. Just come in prepared that this is a more high-end place, and the prices reflect this.

Hands down the best cut + color I have ever received. Leone is worth every penny and I'm so blessed to have found this salon!! She corrected all my color issues and even introduced me to better products to avoid my issues in the future. 11/10 experience

Came here as a walk-in traveling from the east coast. Really enjoyed my experience. I’m pretty laid back when it comes to salons and tend to salon hop every 3 months. This salon has been my favorite I’ve ever been to. Loved my hair cut from Julia and kindness from Jen. Thank you girls again! Will definitely come back again when I return to the west coast.

Misty is an amazing stylist. First she reintroduced bangs to my world. Then I was looking for a way to let my "wild side" out, without going over the top. She eased me into fun colors with some hidden highlights. This time I went all out with an amazing raspberry color. She's a great listener and yet willing to guide me toward what would look best. Online booking is a bonus!

Hands down the best haircuts I've ever had are from Coco who has a stall at this shop. Literally, I'm always in trouble with my wife when I come back with a haircut from anywhere else because she just seems to "get it" and does an amazing job. She's amazing at the conversation part as well, but also seems to know when silence is welcome. Seriously, such an easy five stars!
