Mikayla was amazing! I found her through Instagram and she really listened to what I wanted and never questioned me once! We did a huge chop of my hair and I have never been happier with a cut! She’s professional, caring and never judgmental (which is something I’ve definitely dealt with in the past from stylist). Bottom line, book an appointment with her. The salon is adorable, the plants, the large windows and natural light are just magical! I felt very safe at this salon with the current covid guidelines as well if that’s a worry for anyone! Salon is very clean and well kept. Again highly recommend Mikayla, super excited for my next appointment with her!

Such a cute salon and everyone is so nice and welcoming! In an afternoon, Mikayla transformed my hair from a spotty brown-red back to it's original natural blonde color! She exceeded my expectations and It's my favorite hair cut I've received!

I saw Mikayla in July post-hair-crisis. I had previously bleached and colored my hair out of quarantine boredom and decided that I should probably see a professional to fix it, and Mikayla did just that! I got a much needed haircut and she did a partial blonding, and I've been loving my hair ever since. She's really talented and keeps her customers wants and needs in mind.

Mikayla did an AMAZING job! She transformed my hair from a horrible highlight job (stripey, unevenly toned, and not at all what I wanted) to an amazing balayage. She had me send photos before our appointment of what my hair currently looked like, what I wanted it to look like, and what treatments my hair has had in recent years. This saved us time, but also helped her formulate a plan before we even met. Mikayla did what I didn't think was possible.. and the salon was beautiful. I felt very safe, it was clean, and very few people. I am excited that I FINALLY found a hairstylist that is great for blondes in Seattle after searching for over a year!

I did a full red head to blonde transformation with Mikayla and she took such great care of me and my hair! I love being a blonde and she just masterfully retouched my grown out roots into a color that's even more beautiful than the first transformation. Highly recommend. She will always work with you and ask what techniques you are comfortable with before starting.

I saw Mikayla at 11 salon (beautiful space) ✨ I didn’t know exactly how to describe what kind of change I wanted but saw she had a good eye for proportion and style from her IG page @mikayladruhair. Razor cutting is an area of interest and expertise of hers so we gave it a try and it turned out nice and smooth - not everyone can make it work on my hair without it feeling a little damaged at the ends. My hair has a much more dynamic shape again, easy to wear out of the shower w/o styling and she gave me some tips to improve my hairs health. I’ll be seeing her again for some color enhancement, which I’ve never done before - was just waiting to find someone I trust with my hair... you’re def in good hands if you see Mikayla 🌺

A few weeks ago Mikayla balayaged my hair and it couldn’t look better. I had almost 6 months of grow out after being in quarantine and she blended in my natural and already highlighted hair perfectly. She listened to what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable in the salon. It’s a very cute space. Thanks Mikayla! I will be coming back to see you soon.

Mikayla is a fantastic stylist and the salon is gorgeous!! Mikayla did a FANTASTIC job on my hair keeping my quirky desires in mind and was so kind, enjoyable, and easy to chat with. The salon is also beautiful with a cute 50’s feel. Everything from the seating area to the bathroom is so well thought out. On top of all this, they kept in mind all the COVID restrictions and were super on top of sanitizing. All in all, I’d give the place a 10 out of 10! And Mikayla an 11 out of 10!! Thanks Mikayla and 11 Salon!
