I had just moved back into the city and had the hardest time finding a high quality salon for Black haircare, and a friend of mine referred me to this salon. I called and they scheduled me same day for a silk press and my butt was in the chair at the time they said it would be! Brittany was the ultimate professional. Explained every step of the way what she was doing and why. Never had a silk press like that before! In a great location and the salon is very high end. Nice stylists. Definitely have found my new salon. Would recommend to anyone!

My first visit was good. My stylist & I had a good conversation about my hair. I was satisfied that she took time to explain things, to answer my questions & to offer options. The atmosphere & vibe is very nice,everyone I encountered was pleasant. What really impressed me the most was how CLEAN & NICE the bathroom was ! YES 😃 👍 I will be returning next month. I feel I have finally found a salon that suits me 😃

I was in New Orleans for work and while there I felt the need to get my hair washed/trimmed/pressed. I googled ‘silk press’ and found this salon. Called and had a same-day appointment. It was my first time visiting the salon. The stylist, Diamond, was ready for me as soon as I walked through the door. Unlike other loud, ghetto salons, this place was a place of peace honestly and so pretty inside. No loud conversations, great music, and stylists. Everyone seemed friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the services they were providing. Also, the salon in a great location location. I recommend Diamond for a silky, silky press anytime! She definitely blessed me. (Don't forget to ask about her wig services, A1) I'd say my overall experience at Touches by Tircuit was a 10/10. Thank you!

I am extremely pleased with my customer service experience, and I haven’t even had my hair done yet just a color consultation. Akeisha and Ed are very knowledgeable. I overpaid for the extensions I planned on using. Fortunately, I was able to obtain higher quality hair for a reasonable price from the salon. And I can’t speak highly enough of Jessica- the front desk receptionist. She is a consummate professional, a real sweetheart!

08/18/22 was my first time visiting Touches by TIRCUIT. The salon was neat and clean. The cosmologist are professional, hospitable, and knowledgeable. Diamond, a new cosmologists has a lot of patience and show interest in making her clients feel beautiful. She also takes her time when doing your hair. We had great conversation. She and her staff made me feel welcome. I will be visiting again.

Got a much needed color touch up and cut with Akeisha today. She did an AMAZING job! I just moved back to the area and she blended the touch up with the color done by my previous stylist SEAMLESSLY!! Very well kept salon and the staff are all nice and accommodating. Highly recommend for any textured girl who also enjoys color.

Hey Akeisha I have to say this once again. On Oct 28th my first visit to your shop atmosphere amazing, service excellent. you done an amazing job with my hair, silk press off the chain. Brittani, lashes beautiful, still on and popping. My co-workers are still complimenting me on how beautiful my hair look. I can truly say not just my hair was touched so was my spirit. Diamond is always so professional and sweet! Every time she touches my hair, it lasts so long and I get plenty of compliments! She also is very versatile and can do just about any style! In addition, the atmosphere is very welcoming and always smells so good lol..I definitely would recommend this salon to anyone looking to get their hair done in a professional and chill environment.

Nice salon. Great talents. I only hoped for a little more privacy; the chairs in the middle can be turned inside like a circle instead of outside. Once finished drying sometimes you're left waiting unnecessarily. Their shampoo & conditioner leaves hair squeaky clean but NOT soft. Silk presses aren't as silky as can be.

My first time was just today at TOUCHES by TIRCUIT. My hair was in shambles !! I was in need of a color touch up and a treatment wash. Kewain, a very hardworking professional, fixed my hair up like it was never damaged before! The stylists were very nice and enjoyable :) My hair looked so healthy afterwards. I've been coming to this salon since it was Ringletts so I'm glad many of the stylists are still here. Akiesha typically does my hair, but this time Edwin was my stylist. I received a scalp detox, deep conditioning, trim, and silk press. Results were beautiful! Make sure you book ahead of time as slots fill up quick!

My very first experience at Touches by Tircuit - The Hair Studio was one I will never forget. From being greeted with a smile at the front door. Being greeted by all stylist who made eye contact. Down to the stylist Brittnie who I scheduled with to do my hair. Brittnie was very professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and had the sweetest spirit. I love this salon!! I have been coming here since Fall 2021. I travel an hour+ just for the experience. The stylists are friendly and knowedgeable. The salon is always clean and very well decorated. My stylist is Akeisha💜💜. She is helping me with my healthy natural hair journey. I am now on a deep conditioner, trim and silk press schedule. Zero heat damage!! Can I tell you I am a FOUR C (4c) thick haired woman. She slayed my silk press so well my co- worker thought I had a sew-in chile!! 👀 💅🏿 I've brought my sister, my daughter and soon my mother to this salon. I love the vibe!!

This salon has a very positive and professional atmosphere. The stylists are a BLESSING! Each person is genuine, helpful, and knowledgeable about natural hair care. They all collectively helped me with a bridal style for my destination wedding. Kristin recommended a protective style due to the wind, rain, and humidity. Close to the date I panicked. Akeisha consulted with me to first assure me that everything would be ok then to discuss details. During that consult, Kewain Scott stopped what she was doing to give input as she would actually install my bridal look. She recommended a style she no longer does but thought it would work best due to the weather unknowns and the natural look I wanted. She showed me a video of the install and sent me links to the hair that would work best. Long story short, on install day, the hair was pre-looped and not what she needed. I nearly had a panic attack and she calmed me down. She got a plan B together in minutes and asked the staff to help unloop the hair. She helped me, she educated me, she comforted me, she laughed with me, she was EVERYTHING!! I loved the final look and it worked perfectly for the wedding. Kewain even kept up with me and refreshed the look before I left. She checked on my nerves before the wedding and provided tips for the day of. I cannot express how grateful I am for her help and guidance. The other stylists encouraged me and even helped me rethink my daughter’s style, which Falisha installed both beautifully and quickly! This was above and beyond service and definitely something we should all experience. This was our black community supporting one another with professionalism and positivity. They are Queens who helped me with my crown 👑 for one of the most special days of my life. I am so humbled, grateful, and thankful for this salon. I highly recommend Kewain and all of the TByT stylists. You will not be disappointed and you will feel genuinely cared for and supported. 💋

Yalllllllllll let me tell you when I say this was my first ever salon experience its my first ever and it was AWESOME! From start to finish the booking process is so easy you get to see their work before you pick a stylist and from there you will not be disappointed. The establishment is so clean and welcoming all their products smell good. Kewain Scott was my stylist in me having a pixie cut done and she is so sweet and professional she told me everything she was doing every step we had a ball just talking and when it came to her curling the short piece I never ever felt the heat on my ear no burns no jumps no nothing she was so excellent and the cut yall im feeling myself so much I wish I could rate her 1000s time over im so pleased and would recommend this salon to everybody

I booked with Falisha for passion twists and had a great experience. I prefer early morning appointments and I was able to book for 7AM. The salon was extremely clean, and due to COVID-19 precautions both Falisha and I kept masks on the entire time. She also took my temperature when I arrived. Another, FANTASTIC, thing about Falisha was that she took exactly the amount of time stated on the online booking service to finish my hair. No double booking and out on time. She also shared that the shop is holistic in the sense that the stylists each specialize in different services (braiding, twists, natural hair care, sew-ins, coloring, make-up,etc.) so if I wanted any other service in the future she could recommend someone there. I would definitely return to Touches by Tircuit!

I received excellent customer service at Touches By Tircuit and loved the final results by Kewain. From the moment I walked in the salon, I felt a real positive vibe and thought the salon’s design was welcoming to customers. What stood out was the positive affirmations on the mirrors of each hairstylist! I really appreciated how Kewain took the time to do a consultation of my hair before we begin the service. A lot of these hairstylist will do anything for $$ even if your hair is not in a healthy state. As a customer, this said a lot about her character and from that moment I trusted her as a first time client. She even sought a second opinion from the owner who kept it real as well. My sew in turned out on point and looked so natural! I got so many compliments at my baby shower and Kewain made an important day extra special. She did the best braid down I’ve ever had it helped the finish product to look flat and not bulky like some sew ins. I HIGHLY recommend this salon and Kewain! You will not be disappointed :)

This salon beyond 5 stars. From the time I entered the building until the time I left my experience was great. My appointment was with Kewain Cammon Scott for 5:30p.m and I was 15mins early. I was greated upon entering the salon and at 5:30pm I was sitting in her chair. This salon has everything you need to take care of anything anyone could be looking for. The way these stylist work together is what you call teamwork. Kewain did a quickweave style on me that lasted me a month and a half. I reccomend this salon to everyone, especially those who have sons and no one to take them to the barber. I will be returning soon as this heat is over. Thanks TOUCHES by TIRCUIT for giving me and exceptional experience for the 1st time. Kewain thanks for being soooo professional. See you soon
