I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while now. Kat is an amazing colorist! I travel around a lot and I am always on the hunt for someone to maintain my blonde. She did an amazing color correction and the rest was history. She’ll reach out directly when I rebook just to touch base. Kat has an amazing vibe every time I walk into the salon. Unfortunately I am leaving New Orleans, but I couldn’t leave with out one last appointment with Kat!!

Kat is amazing! She has brought my hair back to life. My hair was so damaged from bleaching it and she took/and still takes special care of it so it can continue to grow. My hair looks so healthy now. And I’m still blonde! 😁 …

I went to see Drew on a whim and got a total makeover. My hair was a complete hot mess. I went in looking like a "Karen" and after Drew worked his magic I came out looking like a "slightly older" Charlize Theron ! :)

I have been getting my hair cut and styled at this salon for years. It is a warm, friendly, and professional environment that Drew is constantly looking for ways to improve and evolve. The stylists there are very welcoming and great at what they do; you can feel the passion in this place. Recently the salon had a gorgeous makeover and looks amazing. I would most definitely recommend this salon to anyone.

Love, love, love this salon! My cut and color are always done just as I want them. I’ve never had to wait to see my stylist (Kat) - she schedules her time well so that she is ready for me when I walk through the door. The post-Ida renovation is gorgeous and their COVID protocols have me feeling totally safe when I get my services.

I’ve been going to Kat Conan at The Salon by Drew Stonin for two years now. I am a platinum blonde (naturally medium brown hair) and I don’t take color like everyone else (We joke that my hair lies). Kat takes her time-and she makes sure that we get it right. If there are problems, she quick to correct whatever you have an issue with. I have perfect strangers stop me and tell me how much they love my color (which is a huge ego boost). Kat has helped make sure that, even with all the processing we do, that my hair stays and looks healthy and that my scalp doesn’t suffer-and she makes sure that my haircut compliment me. I was so frustrated with my blonde before using Kat that I was about to give up and go back to being dark. I love salon day, because I know it’s going to turn out right. The salon is bright and beautiful. It’s a warm environment that is kept immaculate. It’s recently been remodeled (due to Hurricane Ida) and they did a fabulous job.

Drew’s salon is extremely welcoming from the beverages to the comfortable couches while you wait. The atmosphere is always very light and the salon is always clean. Drew is amazing! I've been going to him for years. The Salon is a beautifully renovated space with Drew's personal design touches. It's a really special place where you feel immediately welcome. The Salon is located smack dab in the middle of Mid-City and is easy to access from all parts of New Orleans. Drew also offers convenient online scheduling. I can't recommend Drew and The Salon highly enough.

Scheduling weeks in advance doesn’t really gel with my routine, but Drew is the only stylist in post-Katrina New Orleans who I’ve met who I know what to expect from and will deliver it every time. Consistent and GOOD. There’s a reason he’s so in demand and it’s worth it. I wish more stylists in this city were this talented. They could start by listening to what their clients are telling them they want, then remaining focused while they cut. I’m just saying. I live half a block off Magazine Street but I go to midcity (and previously Old Metairie and Lakeview) for my haircuts. Take note, uptown salon owners.
