I purchased a 60 minute massage and 60 facial through Groupon. I added 30 minutes to the massage at a extra price. I arrived 30 minutes before scheduled and someone arrived 10 minutes afterwards to get the place open. The hours were 10am but I was told to come 15 earlier. So I am glad someone came at 9:35 to open it up. Enjoyed my 90 minute massage by pat, and my 60 minute facial by Jackie. Will be back

I had a facial and a 90 minute massage. The massage was from Jason and it truly was the best massage I’ve ever had. He was very attentive to my needs and the pressure he was using. I get a lot of massages and this was definitely the best. I walked away feeling completely relaxed and he got my knots out as well. I would definitely recommend this place and Jason specifically. The staff were also incredibly kind and welcoming. I will 100% be back!

The pedicurist, Kellie Kelly, is fantastic! She’d did a amazing job on my toenails but she didn’t stop there. I had spent the summer at beach and the bottom of my feet were dry, rough and scaly from sand and saltwater and wearing flip flops or being barefoot. She applied several creams and lotions, including shea butter, and was able to leave my feet smooth and soft without using a razor/grater to remove dead skin. She also recommended that the next time I try the paraffin treatment to hydrate and soften them more. I’ll be back! David

This was my first time getting my nails done at the Gallery. I am DEFINITELY going back! Not only are my nails beautiful, but I fell in love with Kelly, the nail tech. It felt like we were family by the time I left. As far as the mani/pedi, I liked that it was a smaller room with quiet music…it made the experience very relaxing which was much needed after a long week. Kelly really took her time and made sure I was comfortable. My nails haven’t been this perfectly done in a long time…even my husband noticed.

Today’s experience was amazing! My best friend and I had a couples massage to unwind and de-stress and our service was incomparable. The masseuse listened to our individual needs and worked the entire appointment catering to those needs. The champagne and chocolates at the end have an added touch of class. The staff is knowledgeable and professional and gave us valuable recommendations on how to stay healthy and hydrated. Thanks so much Gallery, you didn’t know what today was for the both of us, but you made us feel special individually.

I found their Groupon and decided to check out this establishment while visiting family. I am SO glad that I did! I received a massage from Brandon and a facial from Jackie. Massage- Brandon gave me the BEST massage ever! I was pleasantly surprised because I get massages regularly (at least monthly and sometimes bi-monthly). I requested a deep tissue massage to relieve my knots/tension and he certainly delivered! Facial- Jackie has such a bubbly personality! I receive facials 1-3 times per year. I am super basic with my skin care and she was so knowledgeable. I want to clarify, it wasn’t in the salesy way as in she was pushing their products on me. She was a great listener and provided tips about my specific skin care issues. I am officially putting them on my rotation and will stop in when I’m in Louisiana! I definitely recommend them.

Absolutely love this spa. My wife and I visited today for our wedding anniversary. We had an absolute blast. We did indulge in the lunch from one of their vendors and it was great. Everyone was great from the massage therapist to the facial therapist, all the way to the nail techs. The environment is just amazing and we will be returning!

From the minute I walked in the door, I had an amazing experience. The owner, Rene, greeted me with a friendly smile. Made sure I was comfortable and had something to drink. Brandon did my massage, and it was incredible. I told him I was having hip and lower back issues and he made sure to focus in those areas, and I could truly feel a difference when he was done. Then I had a facial with Jackie. She was such a kind soul and the facial was amazing. My face is glowing! Then I had a manicure and pedicure with Kelly. My toes and nails have never looked more pristine! And Kelly and I chatted like old friends. The entire experience was top notch, and I suggest this spa to anyone who is looking for a great spa experience with an incredible warm, welcoming, and talented group!

Each team member was just incredible. The manager, Renee, is also amazing. I love many things about The Gallery including- the location, the vibe, the people, and the services. I love adding the derma-plane service to facials by Jackie. Her calming and positive personality always enrich the treatments which are relaxing, yet invigorating for my skin. I try to schedule one service per month. I recently booked a series of massages by Jasmin. The strength in her hands, coupled with her deep knowledge of massage therapy and physiology, make for a winning combination when there’s a problem muscle area. (I have a lot of those!) Appointments are easy to make, and I get automated text messages which keep my visits on track.

Massages were great. Friendly and nice people work there. Hair cut was a bit more than expected but the prices are on their website. I was told 35 over the phone ended up being 65 which is the price online for haircut and style. She did braid my hair in a cute fishtail braid. Definitely will be back. Will ask about the S.I.N discounts next time as I noticed online after my visit.

The best couples massage!! Can't say enough amazing things about this place. From the moment you walk in it's a completely relaxing experience. One of the best massages I've ever had. Great attention to "problem" areas. The masseuse was young, but a consummate professional. She took no shortcuts during the service. This place is also a hair and nail salon and art gallery. I was HIGHLY impressed. If you're in the New Orleans area, take an hour or so to enjoy the scenery and a great massage at The Gallery!

The minute I walked in the door all the ladies were so kind and sweet!!! The massage with Marcel* (spelling) was very good. The facial with Jackie was EASILY the best I've ever had. Painless extractions, and when I tell you my face looks RADIANT..even the next day! I'm afraid to wash my face. LOL. But I know I have to. I've never loved the way my skin looked and I know its temporary, but its a great start. I'm excited to start a skin care regimen with her when I go back. Its a precious little spa tucked away in the adorable Lakeview neighborhood. You could spend all day in this little nook. I plan on treating myself to a full spa day with them as soon as my budget allows.

We had a couples' massage with Brandon and Olivia. They did a fantastic job and paid extra attention to the areas we indicated needed it most. My husband has a hard time finding an effective massage therapist because he is very muscular (5'11" and ~260 lbs), but Olivia was able to get deep enough into his tissue. Both were extremely professional and everything ran on time. This was an incredibly relaxing experience. There is an option for sugar scrub (hand or foot, can do both for $5 extra) or a slightly longer massage. You can also shower after the massage in a nice large shower. Parking is available in front or on the street, and many salon & spa services are available. We will be returning!

This Diamond is hidden from the Busy French Quarter/Bourbon area but only 10-15 mins away. I Received all the bells and whistles for My Bday Massage, Mani-Pedi, facial. I must say the professionalism and attention to detail is above and beyond. I forgot the host/owner name but the way she made me feel special on my special day. Pls ask for Kellie Kelley for facials and mani-pedicures. Let me just tell you she is just the sweetest thing with her “NAWLINS accent”!and is very knowledgeable about my breakouts. This place is a must stop in New Orleans and I will definitely be back!!!!!

I received a deep tissue massage today by Rachel. She was terrific! She helped me throughout my full body massage. They have this amazing cbd oil that is an add on for chronic muscle tissue and it really helped with my chronic pain with my injured ankle. I recently broke my ankle and had serious surgery this summer. I definitely will be returning💯👌 I highly recommend 👍👍👍👍

Great experience from the moment you walk in the door. Renee’s professional and warm personality welcomes you with hot tea or coffee and informs her staff that you have arrived. While waiting, you can browse the Art Gallery and enjoy the array of colors and different artistic styles by local artists which are available to purchase. Renee’s staff members are professional and are all highly skilled in their “pampering” field of expertise. It’s great to finally find a Master stylist, Justine Purnell, whom encourages you to “embrace” your natural curly hair. Justine created the perfect cut and style that compliments my natural curly hair. Renee also gave me mini samples of her SkinScript skin care line that she stocks in-house. In my 60s, dry skin is definitely an issue. However, I saw improvement in my dry skin issues after a few days use of SkinScript. I definitely plan to book additional appointments with Renee’s dedicated, professional team.

I had the dermaplaning with a facial. Besides the fact that everyone is so sweet and attentive to assure you have the best experience, they answer all questions without making you feel like you're bothering them. I was Jackie's client. She couldn't be any nicer if she tried, and we actually even had fun conversation as well. Renee called after for a follow up, to ensure they had done everything possible to make me as a client happy and satisfied. The ONLY thing I would say as a suggestion is that I would've liked for the dermaplaning to be slightly more "aggressive", for lack of a better word. Since it was my first time there, I understand it's better to ere on the side of caution. But, I have had many spa treatments, so I don't need quite as delicate of a touch. I've seen dermaplaning that they have used a bit more pressure, and have gotten a little deeper in layer removal from more passes over the skin. And, I just want the best and most dramatic results as possible. But, my face was as smooth as silk and glowing. I was truly pleased with my results. I didn't need to wear makeup for days and when I did, it just glided on.

I found the salon to be overpriced for its services. I usually go to a salon on Magazine (so I'm used to more pricey), and wanted to use groupon to try a salon that is closer. I did the microdermabrasion and saw no difference in my skin after. No reduction of fine lines or any real improvement. Additionally, the ladies were trying to sell me products, but would say things like "I know they can be expensive" and "not everyone can afford," even though I would've been willing to spend the money had I wanted the product. The woman who did my treatment was not particularly friendly either. The shoulder and neck "massage" included were nothing more than rubbing lotion onto my skin. Overall, this place is overpriced for services, and there are at least 20 other better salons in the city.

UPDATE: The management and establishment are very open to feedback and passionate about customer service. They called me back and we scheduled an appointment to get my manicure redone free of charge and they are investigating the polish that we used the first time and upgrading their procedures to make sure it never happens again. I didn’t do gel for my second mani bc I liked a non-gel color better, but so far it looks much better and I anticipate better results. The manager, Renee, encouraged me to reach out if I have so much as a chip and they will happily repair. Glad to have been back with them. Original review: I went to this spa for a mani/pedi. I upgraded to gel mani bc I wanted the manicure to last a long time & in the past gel manicures have looked flawless for weeks for me! I had a great experience that day- no wait, the gal I had was so sweet and calming, and the pedi felt great! BUT the next day my nails are peeling off! I am not rough on my nails, they just have not held up. They look terrible 2 days later and they keep getting caught on things. Now I’m trying to get in touch to see if I can just get it removed because it is driving me crazy. Makes me sad because I liked my time there, but the results were not worth the $$$.

I'm a grad student and could only go with a Groupon, but my visit was amazing. I got a one hour massage, and my therapist, Annie, was strong and attentive to my needs. I am very ticklish, but that was not an issue for her. I barely even giggled. I was going just to deal with some chronic back pain, but by the end of the session I was so relaxed I am now considering saving up for a membership. Seriously. Go treat yourself.
