I came to the salon for men's hair coloring and I can't stress enough how great this place is. Steven was amazing with me on the phone before I came in giving me expert advice and matching with Kristen Desrochers. The salon itself is lovely with a fantastic friendly vibe. The coloring job that Kristen did could not have been better - she achieved even better than the shade I imagined. I couldn't be happier and would recommend this salon and Kristen for any and all services!

Steven & his team are AMAZING! From brunette to blonde to red, he does an incredible job of listening to what you want & making it look incredible for your hair type. Does great haircuts and is super reasonably priced. There’s always such a great energy in the salon & everyone is so friendly and fun. Been going here for the past 2 years and will continue to!

I absolutely love this Salon! I made the decision to cut my hair shorter recently and Josh did a fantastic job. Staff is very accomodating, sociable, and most importantly kind. In the four years I have lived here I have never found a salon I was in love with, but I’m happy that I was recommended to go here. I had serious covid hair! Steven asked me to come in prior to the apt to get an idea of what he'd be working with. He suggested a lob and it looks fantastic. I have had long layers for years and this is the best/freshest haircut I've had in years. The color also came out incredible and really brightened up my features. Overall, I was incredibly impressed with the attention to detail and I really felt he listened... and most importantly designed my hair in a fashion that looks great and fits my lifestyle.

I am quite particular, having had some truly fantastic stylists in NYC and L.A., and Steven Sobel is The One here in Nola. Cut and color they gave me are gorgeous, they were welcoming and fun to talk with, salon is lovely, and there is a goldendoodle that greeted me when I arrived... Perfection!

Steven is THE BEST. My sister and I have been going to him for years! We are NYC transplants and were concerned that we may not find a stylist as talented as we've used in New York....we were pleasantly surprised to find that Steven is even better than the NYC stylists we've used! He is truly an artist and does not try to "over-sell" as many do...thanks Steven for taking such good care of us!

I've gotten, hands down, the best haircuts from this place all these years that I've studied and worked in the US. Place is wonderful, the staff is wonderful, and Steven actually knows how to cut hair. Sounds simple, but you'd be surprised. He has a lot of experience, so people from all ages with all racial backgrounds, and different face shapes can look good. Definitely recommend.
