I absolutely loved my hair session with Morgan! She was so sweet and welcoming! I immediately felt like I could trust her and just told her what I wanted and she definitely delivered. She had such a great personality and really made it easy to feel taken care of. The fact that she never placed a comb in her hand or on my head just blew me away. Their USE products were easy on my hair and I love the way my hair came back to life after the visit! I also love the fact that I didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything else like any products. Which is what made me want to walk away with so much more. I’ll be back soon, but not for me, for my son! I trust this salon! They know what they’re doing! 🤗

I came in to ringletts for the first time and I’ll never go anywhere else. Kendra was very professional and patient. I got lost on the way and she took the time to stay on the phone with me to direct me to the salon until I arrived. Kendra then explained every step of her process and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She did my hair better than any stylist I’ve ever been to. Will be back!

Morgan was so sweet right off the bat. She made me feel at home and made sure to talk to me about what I wanted the end result of my DevaCurl transformation to look like. The whole process was extremely informative as Morgan took the time to explain each step, and how certain techniques and products would benefit my hair, and produce the results I wanted!!!! Overall it was a great experience and I left feeling more confident than I did when I first arrived :)

My experience with Ms. Morgan and the whole shop was absolutely wonderful. They are truly knowledgeable about natural hair, and explained every step to me as they went along. I was greeted when I arrived at the shop and was seated in 1-2 minutes after my appointment time. Morgan did a great job on my color and gave me tips to maintain and samples to care for my hair. I will be back for a trim soon!

I decided to go a lil crazy and get my hair cut while on vacation. I really wanted a DevaCurl specialist to take on my mane. I scheduled my appointments on the very easy to use website. I really liked that I could choose the stylist who had more years experience! I walked there from my hotel and from the minute I walked in was in very good hands! I felt special (sorry- super cheesy) we took before and after pics and my stylist Morgan was so thoughtful and fun! I literally liked her so much I now follow her on Instagram. I just have nothing but great things to say about my experience here! Go now!

I made an appointment for my daughter to have a shampoo and style for prom. She came in with an idea of what she wanted, and Kendra did an amazing job of listening and delivering a hairstyle that was perfect! It was VERY windy that day and although my daughter spent a great deal of time outside, her hair stayed wavy and beautiful! Highly recommend Ringletts and Kendra!

Ok customer service. Not all seem 100% sincere but they are never rude. They do basic natural hair here mostly. Wash and wear looks. Nothing dramatic or overly stylish. Decent color and basic blow out. Good for everyday work styles not events. I like it - I don't love it and still having a hard time finding a stylist to do my particular challenging hair and not feel like an assembly line. They do take walk-ins but prefer appts. Not a fan of the cuts. My hair is not even worse in terms of cutting than when I went in. One side was shorter than the other they had an opportunity to even it out and its the same if not worse. It was not a Deva cut but she cut it to the style instead of symmetrical. I won't ask for a cut again, what little hair I had is gone and not even. She gad another client that needed rework on color I think that is what threw her off .

Morgan is wonderful! This is my second time with her, and she hasn’t ever disappointed. She was very flexible with some last minute schedule changes, gives great product recommendations (which has since helped me keep moisture in my hair), and gives an amazing DevaCut. I’ve had them in VA, San Diego, and New Orleans - and hers has been the most detailed and knowledgeable.

I have had such a hard time finding good salon for my tick curly hair. I always get so nervous before getting my hair cut because I never know if its going to come out like I like it. lysa did such a great job! i will definitely be returning

Stopped by while visiting NOLA with the humidity creating a frizzy mess of my hair. Kendra taught me how to style and manage my curls that got me numerous compliments and more importantly, the knowledge to replicate it on my own when I got home. Fabulous experience!

I went in for a deva cut, and while it left my curls looking much better than before, the back of my hair was longer than the front, and i didnt care for that. So i went back today to get the back evened up and a bit shorter in kind of a long angled bob, and left looking like shirley temple with the initial goal of a long curly angled bob. She had great intentions and she really made my curls pop. I think she was moving to fast and disnt really listen to how i wanted the length. So my main complaint is it is way to short. She cut it dry, and with product in it, my hair shrunk another inch My advice would be to just have her slow down a bit and really make sure that she is clear on what the customer wants. I will make aure to be a bit more aggressive next time im in there. Edited to say that if you have 3a 3b or 3c type hair, i would suggedt to go in with it styled curly so you dont have to worry about shrinkage after your haircut. Just my personal opinion.
