Super cutesy, newly opened salon in the city! I'd been following the status of the opening and wanted to visit. Luckily, my nail tech of four years texted me soon after and told me she would be working there-- I was too excited! Tried to schedule an appointment and was having a bit of trouble, customer service A++. I was able to successfully schedule + secure my appointment. The salon is gorgeous! Pink, pink, pink. Perfect atmosphere and great location on the corner of Magazine + Melpomene. Complementary drinks + snacks. Friendly people-- a whole vibe!

Amanda is absolutely amazing at what she does. I got a blowout and it was perfect from the time I walked in until I walked out. So professional and sweet! The atmosphere is amazing and so girly! 10/10 experience<3

I highly recommend this salon!! As soon as you walk in everyone greats you & makes you feel welcomed unlike most salons!! My second time walking into Petal Salon everyone remembered me from the first time I went!!! I was SO impressed! Everyone here is so professional & sweet! And even Complementary drinks and snacks which is a plus 😜!! Book the appointment already you wont be disappointed! Lainey is my absolute fav hairstylist! She’s awesome at what she does💗

Seeing as I live out of town, I didn't pick a person when I made the appointment, but I was assigned Lainey once I got there. I was impressed with her makeup skills. She really beat TF out my face! I really appreciated her professionalism and she’s super friendly. I promise, you won't be disappointed if you book with her. She gets a 10/10 from me. Thank you ❤️ Update: I woke up Saturday morning (long night) and my makeup was still intact like I had just got it done. Amazingggg! I will be booking anytime with her when I’m in New Orleans!

This salon is so cute! You can tell the care they put into everything they do from the second you step in. The pink theme is so cute and there are tons of places to take pictures. I highly recommend this salon. It's gorgeous and definitely a step above the salons we have in NOLA.

This place is the most professional but still girly place ever ! I highly recommend Amanda for a good blow out and zepporah for a great sew in styling ! My sister and I have both been to Zepporah & Amanda ! Robyn is great with a makeup brush and hair tools she’s so sweet. Liz is incredible with color and takes great care of your hair . Overall 10/10 experience here they make you feel loved and like you’re at a girls club but for your pampering needs !

I’m always hesitant to try new salons and new beauticians but I had to try this new pink salon & I have to say I was not disappointed. The service was exceptional from booking to showing up and walking through the door to exiting. The atmosphere, look and service was a 10/10 but more importantly, my hair came out so amazing! I have found my new hair home. I look forward to trying out all of their services in the future!!
