Angelique is absolutely wonderful! She saved this bride! I was in New Orleans for my destination wedding when half of my lashes extensions on one eye fell off, I could not get married with one lash! All other salons required removal and new set which I did not have time for the day before my wedding. Angelique was fully booked but squeezed me in and did not require complete removal. She had me in and out in half an hour and her fill was better than my original extensions. She is an absolute professional and her salon atmosphere is fabulous! I’m beyond grateful, my lashes were beautiful for my wedding day. If you’re looking for beautiful lashes come visit luxury salon. Angelique deserves your business!

I never ever post reviews but I had to today! I’ve never gotten eyelash extensions before and I originally scheduled my appointment for the Metairie location on Monday. There was a glitch in the scheduling system and since Angelique and her partner were out of town, they couldn’t take me, so Angelique quickly scheduled me in for Wednesday morning (today!) She was so kind and made sure I was well taken care of, despite there being an issue with originally scheduling. I absolutely adore my lashes and will be going back for a fill! They were absolutely professional and well skilled!! 15/5 stars!!

I got a lash lift and it looks sooo good! I’ve gotten a few lifts before but never here and my lashes have never looked so long with my other lifts as they do now! Angelique did a great job and I would definitely recommend her to others

I been meaning to right this review! The ladies here are so lovely and I really enjoyed the experience! And my lashes were amazing! I got so many compliments. I was nervous as I have never had false lashes, and I had no problems at all. I can’t wait to make another appt.

Luxury Studio & Zhané were amazing! I’ve been getting my lashes done for over a year, and this was my first time getting them done in New Orleans. Exceeded all my expectations and my lashes look better than ever. This is a local business and there are times where you need to be more patient than chains that have all the kinks worked out- which I think may explain some of the negative reviews. Anyways, 10/10 from me and highly recommend!

i made an appointment here for lash extensions while I was visiting New Orleans cause of good reviews. I was staying in downtown but went out of my way to come to this location because I trusted the review. Everything went well except that I noticed my right eye was rushed. I didn’t say anything because there are people there and it did look good. She started rushing when her next costumers walked in and she was by herself.But the next day when it’s time to washing my face it burn so bad and I notice the difference between my left eye lashes and the right eye lashes. The left one which she took her time doing looks good but the other one she use the clusters cheap one. While the left is all individual. After a week it still burns and I call them. They apologize nicely and told me to go get it redone somewhere and said they will refund me. I paid for the expensive one which I don’t mind cause you get what you paid for but I don’t think it’s fair that my left eye lashes looks good and the other side are all over the place,falling off and still burns after almost a week. I tried to contact them after a couple of days cause I trusted them, and that they will refund me but I didn't get a response or the refund. And I’m not that type of person that write bad reviews but it’s just so not fair. Or Atleast be honest. Still gunna wait for a response. Also be careful hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Im from Dallas..I came to NOLA for a surprise weekend Bday gift & had no time to get my lashes touched up. Luxury Studio exceeded my expectations. My lashes look superior!! I got so many complimants..I wish they were closer but just may have to travel for excellence. Thankyou Ladies for perfection!
