I received the hair style/coloring of MY DREAMS from Melanie. I told her what I wanted, we talked through all of my options and the routes we could go with it, and decided on the best option for me! By the time she finished my hair, I was feeling like my best self. She works absolute MAGIC. I will be back to Salon West and if you are considering this salon, you won’t regret booking with Mel!

This place is amazing!! I had several people recommend Salon West to me & I booked an appointment with Shelby. She was absolutely wonderful and did an amazing job. She listened to me and really understood what I wanted. All the other stylist were super kind. The salon has an industrial vibe and was very very clean.

Melanie cut my hair last week, and I highly recommend her. Melanie is very professional and has great attention to detail. I often feel like haircuts can be rushed, but I never felt that with Melanie. She took her time to focus on what I wanted to achieve but was still efficient. She takes serious pride in her work! I will definitely go back!

When we visit Nashville I try to make sure that I call ahead to get a hair appointment with the owner Kelsey. She is phenomenal ! She can make your dead strands come back to life. And if you’re really feeling like you need a true spa day, make it a double by walking upstairs for a facial and massage with Chelsea. The shop itself has a rustic cowgirl ranch style. A Very welcoming vibe.

Mel is my hair stylist! She is amazing! Not only does she give the best haircuts, she is also so friendly and a great chat for gossip! My hair is so thick and bushy and so hard to tame, but when I come to Mel she tames it so well. She cuts my hair exactly the way I like. She even double checks and makes sure she has hit all the corners of my head so that my dew is exactly as I envisioned it would be. I always leave my cut feeling lighter and like a brand new man - so fresh, so clean. Mel is the best! She does the lords work with my hair. You should have her do yours too!

I suffer from haircut phobia😂 salon west eases the pain I usually feel at other salons when getting my hairs cut. I see Kelsey, but have heard and seen great things from every hair stylist here. The salon itself is extremely instagrammable and has an industrial chic vibe. Kelsey always listens to me and to this day is the only one who can cut my hair without making me cry. When I wanted bangs like Zooey Deschanel she executed the angles perfectly and I was happy. When i just need a trim with no layers, bam she does a perfect job. When I wanted to cut 16 inches of hair off and rock a Victoria Beckham bob, boom it is done perfectly and highlighting my best features. I trust this salon and love the ladies that work here. Definitely give this place a try if you are like me and fear getting haircuts because no one ever listens to you. You wont regret it! I've also been sugared here. It's like waxing but with sugar. All my bits were exposed and she made me feel super comfortable about being plucked like a chicken. 10/10 would recommend if you want to try sugaring! It's better for the skin than waxing😁
