My hair hairdresser was the beautiful Theressa. She is extremely skilled and did an amazing job with my natural hair (3C/4A). I am so glad that I finally found a professional that I can trust with my hair. I strongly recommend!

I started going to John Lane in early 2017, and I must say the staff is always so friendly and professional. Great customer service! Minimal wait times if any. Theresa cares about making sure my hair is and stays healthy. She is very knowledgeable about each product that she uses and always explains the benefit of what it does for my hair. I know I'm in good hands. The new location is simply immaculate. From the area, to the shampoo bowls and even the styling chairs. Everything about the studio is amazing! I will definitely be a forever client.

Today was my first time ever getting sew ins and let me tell you, she did absolutely amazing. I’ve never loved my hair more. She was super nice and made sure I was okay the whole time, and with it being my first time she even showed me how to keep it maintained. The lady who did my hair was named Toya I think and she did absolutely amazing. Will for sure recommend to everyone

Great salon for natural/African american hair! I saw this girl at a restaurant who had the most beautiful crochet braids and I had to ask where she got it done. She said John Lane salon. I instantly did my research and decided to book an appointment. Chiara did a two strand twist on my hair and it turned out fabulous!! She was very personable and took a real interest in my hair. She did the best wash/head scratch I have ever received! The wait time was short, I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving and the stylist took her time on my hair! I have already booked another appointment to get crochet braids done!! This salon has gained a new customer!

Exceptional salon! Very professional and friendly staff. Minimum waiting times and reasonable prices. The staff are very knowledgeable in their crafts. It's someone there who can address any hair need from natural hair, cutting styles, coloring, extensions, and braiding. I have been a loyal customer since they opened and have zero complaints. They even do eye brow threading!!!!! Would definitely recommend this salon to anyone who ask!

Nothing but greatness!! Customer services is superb! Very skilled and talented stylist. great Salon great prices.....make sure you check them out ( & i never write reviews) (plus i am QUEEN OF PICKY about my hair) have loved each and every visit (yes i left with beautiful hair ) . im a single mom and would give it 10 stars if i could simple because i never have to wait! ( yes i hate waiting in addition to being VERY PICKY) nonetheless JOHN LANE is a great salon. LOVE IT!!! ....and you will too (they wont let you leave until you're SMILING) ENJOY
