I’m a newer guest of City Lash, but I’m OBSESSED.! I’m a volume to mega volume girl. I had originally been at another Lash studio and the previous girl I was seeing was just not really delivering what I was asking for, I gave her a few months but decided to make a switch. I called City Lash and spoke with Grace. I told her what I was looking for and my overall end result and she recommended I see Paola. I love very fluffy, long, dark lashes and Paola delivers just that! Plus I’m having a great retention, much better then I had previously been having! I’m so thrilled that I found Paola, my lashes look amazing + she’s super sweet and fun to talk to!

Paola is an AMAZING lash artist! If you're looking for stunning, dramatic, and fluffy mega lashes she's your girl! I recently moved to Nashville meaning I had to find a new lash artist, and I saw 5 different lash artists across town trying to find someone that did full fluffy dramatic mega lashes. I have literally left other lash shops in town crying because I hated how they did my lashes. I have been wearing mega lashes for over 5 years now, so I knew what I wanted and how I loved my lashes. Paola totally understood what I wanted and my style. And I have to say, thanks to Paola, my lashes are on point now!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I came here for my first ever lash lift with Angilee. She was extremely attentive, kind, and answered all my questions about the lash lift process and maintenance. I got my lift over 9 weeks ago and I still feel like I can tell a difference in how curly they are. I’m hooked! Lash lifts are a great way to highlight your eyes in a way that looks natural

I saw Rabbiya for an eyebrow threading and she did an amazing job! She was also wearing a mask during the service, which made me feel super COVID safe. I really appreciated this. As far as the service goes, I am very picky with my brows since they are naturally thick and fluffy, brow artists tend to take more than I like sometimes. Rabbiya listened to what I wanted, and did a quick and easy maintence clean up. Definitely recommend going to her!

I originally had been getting my lashes done at a different salon here in Nashville, but went to City Lash on the recommendation of a friend and could not be more pleased. It is not overly pretentious and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Multiple times they have helped me find an appointment that fits with my schedule. The lashes are high-quality, and you can design them in however a natural, or glammed up look that you want.

I can't say enough great things about my experiences at City Lash. I started as just a neighboring business and now feel like an old friend of the City Lash team. I've had my lashes done for the last year by these ladies and they are more than accommodating with my extremely challenging schedule. The salon is well appointed, over the top clean, and comfortable. I leave feeling more confident with my appearance and excited after each visit. They are very prepared with the current state of Covid and I feel at ease with the protocols they have in place. All the stars for this business!

The staff at City Lash and Beauty made my day! I love my lashes but have had allergic reactions in the past at other salons. I explained my situation and they told me their protocols for sensitive eyes and offered to do a test to see how I tolerated their products. Complete success! I will be back. Suzanne is the best lash artist in Nashville hands down! I have been getting my lashes done with her for almost 2 years - I look forward to every appointment. She is an expert at creating lashes that look incredible - I prefer a more natural look and she is the only artist I have found that is able to achieve this. She can also create a more dramatic look if you prefer! She listens to what YOU want, which is always appreciated. A perk of having lash extensions is that it allows me to get ready for the day in no time. I highly recommend trying lash extensions with Suzanne - I have tried almost every popular location in Nashville and none compare!

Recently discovered City Lash after seeing their name on the Nashville Scene website where the annual Reader’s Poll just named them “Best Lash Studio of 2020.” I’d been a customer of one of the “larger” lash studios, but continually felt they were mostly interested in getting me in and out, and on to their next client. I guess while paying ‘boutique’ prices I sort of hoped for a boutique experience — and that’s exactly what I’ve found at City Lash! First, the studio is both extremely clean and totally chic while my lash artist was a TOTAL perfectionist. Second, the extensions are very high-end (I just love all the compliments I’ve been getting on them!). And most importantly, I never felt rushed and appreciated how welcome everyone made me feel. And I love that the business is completely FEMALE OWNED & OPERATED!!

I did eyelashes lift and tint, dermaplane and hydrafacial. It's my first time doing eyelash lift done by professional (I do my own), didn't regret doing it. I can tell that it so much better if done professionally of course. My eyelashes looking so great like I have extensions. For the hydrafacial and dermaplane, it is my first time as well and I am happy with the result. My face feels so soft and my pores looks better, dead skin and facial hair was removed. Jordan D is great. Very friendly and professional.

After moving here from NYC and looking high and low for a quality lash stop, I found City Lash (albeit, I think Landen “told me” about them). The quality of the work done here is amazing and honestly rivals some of the amazing places I went to in Manhattan. The technicians (I’ve had Avery and Bailey) are incredibly professional, know what they are doing and seem to have a great support system at their shop. That’s to say they both referenced how they have mentors who help them perfect their craft. I just thought that was neat. I won’t go anywhere but here now.
