I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The owner is flexible with scheduling, very welcoming, and above all very good at her craft. It’s hard to find a good barber, but I found mine.

Tigi always does a great job. She is thorough and cuts hair the way you want it. Best to make an appointment, she's popular and has a lot of clients so walk-ins might have to wait a little bit.

Excellent haircut at a very reasonable price. Tigi was very nice and took care to be safe with Covid. This will be my new haircut place. I wish I would have found it years ago. And it's only 7 blocks from my house.

The owner is really nice and experienced. She talked to me about my hair and what I need to do to take care of it at home. The prices are amazing and can’t be found anywhere. I had a cut and a deep conditioning for a really reasonable price. I was sent here by a friend and will be going back again and sending everyone I know from now on.

I always get my hair done here, they made my prom hair and makeup and everyone loved it. When ever i want to die my hair i go to Universal because they know how and what to use considering your hair type. So my hair doesn't get damaged. Very experienced, nice people and good price. I highly reccomend this place. I got my curls back:)

Great customer service and very knowledgeable when it comes to natural hair care. And the prices are quiet affordable. Best times to visit to get extra attention would be weekdays.
